EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERYWAY.
Spent 4 nights at the Alua Linda, and it did not disappoint. The location, being only minutes away from the airport, a very short stroll to various beaches, sensational decor (the aesthetics stole my heart) but more importantly, the food... I am coeliac, and need a Gluten Free Diet, the staff especially Ramon (Chef) and Roberto (Head of Restaurant) could not have been more accommodating and welcoming, I felt 'held' and in a very safe space. They knew when I went into the restaurant, would acknowledge us, then inform the staff on that I was coeliac, they would walk me through all dishes, highlighting what was safe, they naturally make most of their sauces as GF, cooked fresh dishes and also ensured I had all I needed. They are an asset to the Hotel, and the reason we have booked to return again in a few weeks.
OUTSTANDING.
Thank You, you made what can often be a stressful element of being away, a joy.

Don't be fooled. This is a very old building that has had some cosmetic surgery to make it look new and fancy. On arrival you will find two lifts that are likely from the 1970s (one of which was not working at the time) so be prepared to wait for a long time to get to your floor. Your rooms will look great in the pictures but you will struggle to sleep as the walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversation in the next room, the airport is nearby and so is a busy road and as there is there is NO sound insulation so you will hear it all at all hours! The aircon is also very weak so your room will get cooler, but not cold, which is an issue in the Mallorca heat. I wanted to like this hotel as the staff are friendly and it's part of Hyatt but honestly it's not good at all so I would recommend looking at other options.

The air conditioning was faulty. It kept turning on and off throughout the night, repeatedly waking me up and leaving the room warm and stuffy.
There was no internet access on the second floor, which was very inconvenient.
The elevator was out of service during our stay. This wasn’t a major issue for me since my room was on the second floor, but many other guests had to use the stairs.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and the hotel was close to bus stops and a supermarket, making it easy to get around.

Hotel is Amazing and also i see a lot of some-what bad reviews which are mostly peoples fault and not hotels.
First is that is really close to everything and when you land to palma, just get A2 bus that goes every 25 min and cost around 5 euros/person just tap your bank card when entering bus and thats it, you exit on the first stop from airport and it takes around 9 minuts.
AC works great, but you can not open you windows on sunny side of hotel for whole day and then expect to cool down your room in like 1 hour, ac is not the strongest, but just set jos desired temp and leave one card in card holder so that your ac doesnt shut down while your out.
Food is amazing and fresh.
Stuff is really nice.
Houskeeprs changes our towels every day.
We arrived around midnight to hotel since our flight was late and we missed our first dinner, gentleman at the desk made us dinner anyways so that we eat something before going to bed, which he didint have to but he did.
Pools are clean and large.
Only thing that could be better if they just had hotel towels by the pool that could be replaced as much time as we wanted during the day and if the pool stayed opened for a little bit longer and not to be closed at 18h.
Prices to eat at the hotel are pretty good, 10-12 eurs per dish with sides included.
But we had half board so we didint need it.
