The beach was lovely and after a short swim out there's corals and plenty of fish to see. The rooms are lovely and hotel staff are fantastic. The drinks are overly sweet and syrapy and the cocktails don't taste the way you may imagine. All the cups are tiny and there's signs saying you can only get one drink at a time. There are staff all around that will keep your table supplied with drinks for the night so once your able to find a drink you like (and there is quite a lot to choose from) you can relax with your family and let the staff take care of you. There's a warm pool by the main lobby and the big pool was cold (in February) the sea was warm and crystal clear. The food was plentiful and not alot considering the size of the restaurant but I never ran out of new things to try.

The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. Nothing is ever too much for them! Lovely manager, head chef, restaurant team & poolside staff. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, there is also lots to do within the hotel. Lovely rooms too! Thank you Ali Baba Palace 😁

Stayed here on a couple of different occasions...
The resort offers a good selection of different restaurants, 3 open buffet restaurants and 4 ala carte restaurants which you have to book. You are only allowed to book each ala carte restaurant once every 7 days, so can try them all aslong as they are available and not fully booked.On all occasions we really enjoyed the shogun (ala carte).
The hotel itself is well-suited for everyone. The resort is very large and well maintained by the cleaners and gardeners.
The pools and waterpark is very popular with everyone, likewise the beach area.
We created some beautiful memories here on each occasion and surely will be back...

Had an amazing week here the colour party and foam party was amazing the staff work hard and we had loads of fun with them the cleaner Ahmed who does 5705 goes above and beyond the cook who works in the pool bar is amazing also the animation team had me going in when usually I dont!! I loved food at Bella Italia the pasta and pizza. Also I wasn't feeling well one night and had pizza and chips to take to my room which was lovely, beach is walking distance!!
Overall an amazing week with my family sad to he leaving

We've spent some time in this hotel and have only a few days left before travelling back home.
I consider myself quite a seasoned and experienced traveller. I've travelled extensively around the world and, due to the nature of my work, have stayed in many hotels. Fine dining is also something I'm familiar with, so I'm a bit picky.
With all that in mind, I have to tell you that Ali Baba Palace offers exceptional value for money. I'm not afraid to repeat the word exceptional.
* Rooms are modern and recently renovated.
* Spotless cleanliness throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms and even the beach toilets.
* Friendly, hardworking staff.
* The front desk and guest relations team are always ready to deal with any small problems, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* The food is above and beyond what you would expect from hotels in the same category. It's not just the variety that's impressive, but also the quality and attention to food safety. At the buffet, everything that is supposed to be cold is kept cold, and everything that is supposed to be hot stays hot.
To be honest, I had some concerns after reading negative reviews about this hotel, but come on. Those unhappy people must be nothing less than regular guests of The Ritz in London.
Please be realistic about what to expect from an Egyptian hotel in this price range.
I'm not usually a fan of staying at the same hotel twice, but I have to admit that I'm seriously considering returning to this hotel.
I'd like to thank the entire hotel team for making our holiday such a great experience.
