The beach is like paradise! Swim up bar was fantastic! Staff are 50/50.. some helpful, some not. Wish we knew Camal rides were available at hotel, as we travelled an hour away to do this activity. Spent alot of time snorkeling. Unfortunately none of our tours materialised but that was not hotels fault. Thoroughly enjoyed the massages at the Spa. Food choice for younger children should be better, chicken nuggets, burgers etc.

The reason why I've only reaten 4stars , some of the hot food is cold in the chafing dishes , No allergien lables if the food contains any food allergies ( Nuts , gluten, eggs and so on ) if you are gluten intolerant the choice is very small ( hope you enjoy vegetable)
Where we use colour coded boards for chopping food the use what ever board they want ( they used a brown chopping board which is for raw veg not cooked meat )
I saw a gentleman with a prob taking the temperature of the food and use the same cloth for about 5 items of food not using a prob wipe but a tissue.
Food in the Shogun restaurant have to say was very good ,but rushed ,we got our starter we finished that not even took the plates away we had the second course put down in front of us with in 2min for the second course the main course was in front of us, just seemed to get us in and out ,
House keeping was very good .
There is a few things that are not included , you have to pay for ( icecreams , candyfloss, popcorn , shesha, premium cocktails ( I found the cocktails very watery) )
Entertainment is very shocking not worth watching bing card games or something to do .

The hotel was okay for the price, nothing special.
We arrived late in the evening and could have eaten in the restaurant, but we didn't because we were already tired from the journey.
The staff are sometimes chaotic and don't always give you their full attention, but this depends on where you are. The restaurant staff were always attentive.
There are four buffet restaurants and a few à la carte restaurants, but you can only go to an à la carte restaurant once every seven days. The à la carte menu was better than the buffet. The buffet was sometimes a bit bland. There was a lot of choice, but little flavor.
The evening activities were okay. There is something different every day, but it's all in the same vein and amounts to almost the same thing.
A plus point is that there are many facilities. You can go bowling, play pool, roller skate, go to the disco, beach, swim, and visit the water park.
Another plus point for the housekeeping, who took good care of the rooms, and special mention to employee Ali, who always welcomed guests warmly.
Minus points for some male staff who looked at women strangely.
Overall, it's okay, you shouldn't expect great luxury, we had expected a little more, but for the price you got what you paid for.

Stayed here on a couple of different occasions...
The resort offers a good selection of different restaurants, 3 open buffet restaurants and 4 ala carte restaurants which you have to book. You are only allowed to book each ala carte restaurant once every 7 days, so can try them all aslong as they are available and not fully booked. On all occasions we really enjoyed the shogun (ala carte).
The hotel itself is well-suited for everyone. The resort is very large and well maintained by the cleaners and gardeners.
The pools and waterpark is very popular with everyone, likewise the beach area.
We created some beautiful memories here on each occasion and surely will be back...

My second holiday here with a friend . We booked with Easyjet holidays both times . All we wanted was winter sun and some decent food . Looks were spotless, some have been refurbed but even older rooms spotlessly clean. Staff all happy & cant do enough . Food last year was good , this year even better. Fantastic choices every day on all inc and the a la carte Shogun was top notch. We will be going again next year
