Just spent a week at the albufeira sol over-all it was pretty good. The room was huge ( studio ) and had great aircon two actually but they do take half the balcony up and blow hot air on you if you sit out . The food was a little bit limited compared to most all inclusives but was very nice. Location was very close to the main strip and the hotel does have quite a lot of youths staying but it never got to rowdy to be fair .Free shuttle bus to the old town which is handy , We did have ants in the room which although we did report to reception day one they were there for the week around the bed . Drinks are served in flimsy plastic or paper cups at all times ( beers cocktails and coffee ) if you want to sit outside and unless you ask you will get it indoors too . You can get a meal in the speciality restaurant which was nice but for some reason you have to pay for your drinks in there even though its all inclusive makes no sense .
Just these little things let it down it would be nice to sit out in the evening without the nasty plastic cups or in the morning with a brew .

Absolute Perfection - Highly Recommend!
I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. My package included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all drinks at the bar, and I was blown away by the quality of the food everything was delicious.
The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained. What impressed me most was the staff. Despite the high number of guests, the service was seamless and efficient. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind, especially the bartenders who always had a smile on their faces despite being so busy. I was so impressed by the management that I even wondered who the owner was. If you're looking for a flawless stay, this is the place!

Hotel is lovely. About an hour from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are in a 1 bedroom apartment/junior suite. Rooms are bit dated but tidy and in good repair. WiFi, kitchenette, bathroom all functional. Bed was comfortable.
All inclusive restaurant has excellent food, good selection available dinner doesn't open until 7pm but snacks available through out day. Pool was warm, small park for the kids along with a kids club.
Definitely worth a visit and would stay again. A little ways from the beach but they have shuttle available daily to and from. But that seems to be the only downside. Plenty of loungers available on our visit but maybe a little limited in peak season.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Albufeira Sol Hotel and Spa, and we had a great time. We are both in our twenties, and the hotel had a really relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay.
The animation team were friendly and made the experience fun, but one of the biggest highlights was definitely the homemade pancakes and crêpes. They were absolutely amazing, and the lady who made them was fantastic.
The all-you-can-eat food was perfect for us, the drinks were decent, and overall the hotel had great vibes. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy the local area.
I would definitely recommend Albufeira Sol Hotel and Spa for young couples looking for a fun, relaxed holiday in a great location.

The staff at this hotel make it from the animation team to the bar staff to the cleaners.
When we arrived, we were greated by a staff member to collect our and guided to our room.
Rooms
The rooms were big, we stayed in the pool view suite, they were spotless and plenty of towels.
During our stay we witnessed everyday the cleaners hovering windows, dusting them down all on the outside, the place was very clean throughout.
Food
The food for an all inclusive was very nice with a great variety. The only thing that could improve was the pool bar selection of food for kids, and the size of the beer glass, but that is me being very picky.
Staff
where do you start. From Alejandro the pool guy, who works tirelessly to clean and tidy the pool area, but also has time for families, with a beamingismile and a welcoming chat.
Gigantica the bar man was brilliant, very friendly and funny.
Animation team
These guys are are credit to the hotel, we were there during off peak and even though only one child was getting up for the mini disco they still went ahead with it and still tried to make that one child happy, when it rained or there was not enough participant's in the activities, they adapted the games to suit.
All of the team Tammy, Vinni, Cele, Laylay, Pedro, Diana, and the three from Frama agency were just amazing. They really made it for us and our kids. They have so much time for the kids, and put on good shows.
Location
Only 5 min in a taxi to the old and new town.
We will definitely go back,
