The territory of the hotel is huge, clean, beautiful and diverse. In fact, guests can move around among three different hotels - Jasmine, Aladdin and Ali Baba. The cuisine in Aladdin is also cool and varied. The staff is excellent, I don't know why some reviews write about prejudice against Russians, I didn't see it at all. Everyone is always ready to help, they smile, they can even make jokes. There are a lot of activities for children, and for adults in general, too. The territory has access to the beach both from the shore and from the pier, it depends on the territory of the hotel you enter from. There is a swing in the sea, and somewhere, as it turned out (we found out after leaving), there is also a sunk submarine with corals. The water park is great for the hotel. In general, I would have put five stars in my feedback, but there is one thing that was totally awful - the room. Yes, there is a scheme for settling in Jasmine, but we realized it quite late. The rooms in Jasmin are old, the staff send you there and hope that you will not complain. The lack of toilet brushes everywhere is also disgusting. The cleaning is absolutely awful, even when you leave tips. It only includes making the bed neatly and folding the towels. No one touched the mirror or the sink during the entire 7 days of our stay. If it weren't like that, I might have thought about returning to Aladdin, but I don't want to go back to a place where there is such a dubious attitude to cleanliness.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall had a pleasant experience. The food was good, the rooms were well cleaned, and there was an evening program every day. The beaches were clean, and the service was generally very good. The waiters were attentive and provided fast service, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one negative aspect that affected our first impression. The attitude and communication style of the reception staff were not welcoming at all. On the day we arrived, the check-in process took a long time and felt unnecessarily tense, almost like a passport control experience. The staff seemed nervous and spoke in an aggressive manner, which surprised us and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had to justify staying at the hotel.
The reception team should remember that they are there to welcome guests and create a positive first impression, just like all other staff members. I hope they will improve their communication style and hospitality towards guests . The tone and style of communication was sarcastic , disappointing and egoistic. I have been to many 5 star hotels in different countries and never had such a negative communication issue. 4 star my first and probably last experience .

Really love the hotel, we as a family of 10 have been here twice now, however the food is a constant issue for our children, mash potatoe for breakfast is strange but also then not always available for dinner, chicken nuggets or goujons would be a great add to your hotel and maybe some beef burgers, cold milk for cereal in the morning would be great too. We love it here and the staff are amazing and so friendly no faults at all apart from the food options. Thank you

Honest review…
On arrival you have to fill out reservation cards per family per room. Not ideal when youve got tired young children. This took 30-45mins once filled in we received our key cards and towel cards.
The room was very spacious and house keeping came every day to change bedding, fresh towels and bottles of water. We paid for deluxe family rooms which are more modern.
The bar staff are a credit to the hotel. Very polite nothing was too much and as a group of 9 they always managed to get our order right. The bar staff near the pool with the lake and boats looked after us for the whole 10nights nothing too much for them. The chef there was lovely and the pizza was 10/10.
The beach bar restaurant has better food. Fresh pizza, fries, chicken shawarma, kebab, fresh fruit and salad and soups and breads. We ate her most days.
The grounds were/are very well kept with gardeners gardening everyday.
What we didn’t like…
The food in the main restaurant was mediocre very same everyday. Beef in gravy, fatty lamb, chicken or grilled fish on the bbq. Homemade chips not fries. Mash potatoes served for breakfast!!!!! Kids section homemade chips and green beans with grated carrots and sliced cucumber with a few deserts. No chicken nuggets no fish fingers very poor! Especially if this is all your child will eat- home comforts.
The lifeguards in the main pool need to relax abit moaning that water is getting on the tiles well of course it’s a swimming pool and people have wet clothing! It’s going to get wet! Eventually after 2 days my husband just told them how it was and they relaxed off. We moved to the quieter pool near the lake with boats was so much better and less rowdy.
The entertainment was dire! Every other day the had a man spinning in a skirt/dress to music (maybe cultural) they did have a white night but we missed this as we was having lunch. The nightclub was okay but you can smoke in there and as someone who doesn’t smoke I find this gross!
We went to the Italian à la carte it was vile! The only thing that was nice was the piped mash. You could help yourself to pasta, deserts and salads. We all had the steaks they was just burgers with some pepper sauce. Was not my cup of tea. Pretty poor for an à la carte.
The shops near the beach are soooo expensive £15 for a plane that’s something you get out of a cracker.
The food is cheap to eat out I would recommend chilis at senzo mall or grill and chill at the marina. Delish!
I would advise to venture out the locals are lovely.
I would also recommend Mac trips and Hurghada family tours for excursions.
We would return to Hurghada just not this hotel sadly.
