We visited this hotel for the second year in a row with our family, and once again it confirmed that we will definitely come back again in the future. This is the best hotel in Mallorca.
Everything was perfect again. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, the food was excellent and we really appreciated the different cuisines offered every day.
The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, especially Evgenii who always manages to make everyone smile and creates a friendly atmosphere.
The only downside this time was the dirty plates at the pool bar, some of them still had food leftovers on them. We understand that the hotel can get very busy and under pressure, but this is something that should receive a little more attention. And the barmans could be a little friendlier.
Overall, we had another amazing stay and already looking forward to returning again.

Advertised as a 4* plus but it is more like a 3* plus. Reason I say this is due to the quality of the hotel the restaurant and some of the staff and service. I am giving a honest review not to put the place down or to call it something that it isn’t but just to give a idea what to expect for £1500 paid by myself.
Rooms are nice but lack the finish of quality, broken/cracked shower trays, broken /cracked wall tiles from poor workmanship, blocked sink and when reported nothing was done so I unblocked it myself, TV in room does not work again when reported nothing done to solve it, money stolen from the room, can’t point fingers but it was there when I left the room amnd it wasn’t when I got back after the cleaners where in. Granted it was 5/10 euro in change left on the bedside table but taking anything that doesn’t belong to you is stealing.
The restaurant itself is nice but is far to small for the volume of people passing through it at one time. On a few occasions I had to keep doing multiple laps of the restaurant to try get a seat and notice there was other couples and families doing the same. I asked the restaurant manager who was called Tony if he could open a area which was cornered off as there were not enough seating and his reply was a straight stearn NO! As I tried to explain to him that there are multiple people doing laps of the restaurant Tony cut me off with another straight stearn LOOK! Well this did not go down well with me as I did point out how rude he was towards me and as the manager he could of at least offered a solution or helped with finding a table rather than just been rude. As soon as I pointed this out Tony then wanted to do that but from that point I was to angry to give him my time. I asked for his name he became more stearn and snapped at me with his name and said and I quote “ I am the boss of the restaurant so I don’t care” at this point I was seeing red and told him that I don’t care if he is a boss and let him know how rude he is and again I quote his reply of “ this is how I always am “ so my reply was good for you Tony but you have a attitude problem and it does not bode well in this line of work. I then did another few laps of the restaurant to find a seat.
The fresh food is good but when it comes to the meat and cooked food it lacks quality and is very repetitive. The meats are very poor quality (fatty and rubbery) pizza, spaghetti bolognaise, pork, chicken, fish are a staple every day. It’s like a cattle market you can’t move as there are that many people in a confined space.
By day 4/5 of my 10 night stay I actually ate out due to the poor quality of the food and service from the restaurant.
Main pool area is good but again becomes very busy and over run. The kids pool is very small tennis court size and lacks suitability for the amount of children and adults, the round pool again lacks size to the volume of people. 10 people in the pool and its full. The next pool with water jets I would say 6/8 people and its full. The pool side snack bar is actually better than the restaurant at dinner time which makes no sense. You can only order 2 drinks at a time at the bar so if you are a family get ready to do multiple trips to get a round of drinks for the family.
Entertainment I would give a 6 out of 10 I don’t expect Taylor swift or the Beatles, some were good and some are no good. But again they were polite and respectful and did their job I guess.
Not all staff are rude the majority are polite helpful and greet you with a smile and are willing to help.
The surrounding area of the hotel is great, the night life and shops are a 5min walk and you get that holiday hustle and bustle feeling. Things are fairly priced too.
In my opinion because that’s what it is, I wouldn’t come again as I don’t find it been £1500 worth of holiday.

A great family-friendly hotel!
We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 6 (including a child) on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner included). The food was amazing: every evening at dinner, there was a wide variety of themed dishes from different countries. The pools are very nice and large, and the spa with the jacuzzi is a great place to relax.
The location is very convenient, with supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby, and the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away.
A special mention goes to Avgenill, who was very kind and helpful in giving us information about transport to the airport. The evening events were also very nice and entertaining.
The only downside is that the hotel has 14 floors, so even though there are many elevators, we sometimes had to wait a little while for them. Overall, highly recommended for families!

Overall great stay!
Rooms are perfect for a family, very clean, comfortable and spacious.
Food is excellent! Lots of choice and tasty but restaurant does get very busy.
Children’s pool is fab, lots of slides and it is gated so the children can’t get out of the area. Always spare sunbeds by kids pool between 8-10am, busy after. Location is good, shop on site and aldi down the road, 10 / 15 mins ish walk down to the front. Staff are mostly nice and very helpful but odd one can be rude.
we really enjoyed it and would recommend.

What a great hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly, serice was great, food had plenty on offer, lots to choose from. Did not struggle to eat on any night. Pools and surrounding area were meticulously clean. It is next to a McDonalds but to be honest it didnt smell nor was it busy. Honestly seen busier libraries, not sure how theyre in business lol. Didn't hear the road either thanks to noise cancelling glass.
This hotel is an absolute gem, honestly looking for next year.
Its towards the end of Can Picafort but a literal 4mins walk away and your back in it. This is 100% recommended for families.
Thank you Tonga Tower, see you again soon.
