The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic! Mario, Andrei, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew put on great shows and keep the kids engaged and laughing all day long. They bring so much energy and fun to every activity – you can tell they really love what they do.

I had an incredible stay at this all-inclusive hotel – everything from the food to the facilities exceeded my expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of dining options that kept things exciting every day.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the entertainment team – and especially Andrei. He brought such energy and enthusiasm to every activity. Whether it was poolside games, evening shows, or just his friendly conversations throughout the day, Andrei went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and included. His charisma and professionalism really made a lasting impression and created such a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with top-notch service and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend this place.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Ciudad Bianca! The service here is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional and will do anything for you. We are a family with allergies and The chefs were brilliant at talking us through the buffet and making special food - especially the vegan chocolate cake. The entertainment team work so hard and have boundless energy and enthusiasm. Plenty to entertain everyone; from pool parties, water carpets, and outdoor cinema - to cocktail making, live bands and lots of sports. Our room was very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the hotel or gardening the grounds. A fantastic perk having direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would have preferred them to keep water ready in rooms, however you can get water from downstairs. Susanna, the chef, helped us preparing vegan food, as some days the vegan options are quite limited. I would appreciate vegan choices becoming part of the norm rather than having to specially ask. No vegan puddings on display, which I found a shame. Otherwise the staff tried to accommodate us and special thanks to Susanna the chef.

Absolutely amazing, from the staff to the food to the facilities, everything was superb. The location is right on the most amazing beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious and the selection of food is vast. The dinner choices change every evening and there is something for everyone's taste. The staff are brilliant and extremely helpful. The kids club and entertainment staff were amazing, they are there from early morning to late at night and are brilliant with kids. The evening entertainment was excellent. Would highly recommend this place for a holiday.
