This hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly, the renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, and the bathrooms are modern and well maintained.
The breakfast is very good, and the dinner buffet is equally impressive, with live cooking stations and excellent quality products. All of this is offered at a very reasonable price.
Although I did not use the pool myself, it looked very inviting. The terrace and bar area also appeared to be excellent places to relax.
I made a mistake with my booking. I had accidentally booked the same dates in July, while my intention was to stay in June. When I arrived, the hotel staff did everything they could to help me change the reservation, even though it was entirely my mistake and the booking was non-refundable. Their willingness to help was extremely kind and greatly appreciated. It truly reflects their commitment to providing guests with a great experience.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Lovely welcome at reception. Room cleaned daily, towels available for around the pool. Small infinity pool with sunbathing deck and nice sun loungers, larger swimming pool next to the pool bar. Great cocktail menu and pool side food available, the bar staff are great and really friendly.
Spa circuit was really nice and relaxing, mum had some,treatments in the spa aswell. We did not have breakfast but the selection looked good in the buffet.
Staff work hard do keep the hotel clean in all public areas.
TV channels available in English and Netflix available.
Quiet hotel close to all local amenities and transport links.

Came here with my wife and two kids last week. It really is an urban oasis - quite a rare place so close to the centre of Palma. Highly attentive staff, fantastic location just a short walk from the harbour and Santa Catalina. We had buffet breakfast every morning which was excellent (especially the freshly made omelette!) Would definitely stay here again. While I would say this place is absolutely accommodating for families it seems to be geared more for couples wanting to relax. It is a very peaceful spot and we had to tell our kids to pipe down a few times as to not disturb other guests!

cool place, rooms were clean and spacious, nice view from there as well. they have 2 pools, and plenty of space, you can have some drinks besides the pool which is great. service is also good, staff were very nice and polite, they offered help with places to visit. the only thing i didn’t like that much is the buffet menu, it’s kinda expensive for it’s taste

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here.
The hotel advertises itself as a four-star property, but the service and guest experience fall far below that standard.
First, there was no complimentary bottled water refill during the stay, which is unusual for a hotel in this category.
One night, an alarm went off at around 4:00 a.m. In addition, the power in my room restarted several times, causing the TV to switch on by itself and waking me up.
The customer service was particularly disappointing. I asked reception if the volume of the evening live music could be reduced because it was extremely loud in my room. They refused, even though the noise made it difficult to relax until 9:30 p.m.
I also asked for a spoon to use in my room. Reception told me to get one from the restaurant. The restaurant refused to lend me a metal spoon and instead wanted to charge me €1 for a plastic set of cutlery. I returned to reception and asked if I could borrow one of their coffee spoons, but they refused as well. It was surprising that such a simple request could not be accommodated.
Housekeeping was careless too. After cleaning my room, the housekeeper threw away my “Please make up my room” door on the floor.
Taken individually, some of these issues might seem minor. Together, they demonstrate a consistent lack of attention to guests and poor customer service. I expected much better from a four-star hotel. I would not stay here again.
