We stayed for six nights in a Deluxe Junior Suite with a whirlpool and were very satisfied with our overall experience. Special compliments go to the staff, especially the waiters, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Our only criticism is the soundproofing. The bathroom door in the room is not well insulated and the overall sound insulation between rooms could be improved.
Despite this, we had a very positive experience and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

My wife and I spent our second summer holiday in Alcudia last year and once again chose Astoria Playa, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is modern, clean, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday.
The pools are excellent, and the beach is less than a five-minute walk away. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, ensuring a proper rest. The food and drink selection is outstanding, and there is great entertainment every evening.
Most importantly, the hotel staff could not be nicer - they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be returning again this year. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 5 nights during the Ironman 70.3 and couldn't have asked for more. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout, the hotel is clean and well maintained, rooms comfortable and good sized.
The pool area has a great vibe with good music and a bar, plus a separate quieter section if you want to relax away from the crowd. Adults only is a big plus.
Really sport and cycling friendly hotel. They collaborate with an on-site bike store for rental, storage, repairs and washing, plus there's a small gym above it. No need to bring the bike into your room which is a huge convenience.
Half board breakfast was excellent with loads of options. Dinners were varied and tasty, though the meats were often overdone. On race morning they opened breakfast from 04:30 for competitors which was an incredibly thoughtful touch.
Great location, walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants, and the nearby bus stop connects you to Alcudia, Pollença and Palma easily. No road noise despite being close to the main road.
Suits both sporty guests and those just wanting a relaxing pool holiday equally well. Highly recommend.

We've had an outstanding week at Astoria Playa, using it as our base camp whilst cycling around the island.
The staff were absolutely amazing, super polite, friendly and helpful, and really made the experience great.
We opted to go half board and it was a great choice. The food had brilliant options every day, and we were a bit taken back by how much was on offer that all tasted amazing. Worth every penny in my opinion.
The bike situation was also made really easy with the bike store being on site. I think it's a touch more money (about €5 a day) than some other bike hire places, but super convenient being on site.
The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was the biggest I've ever seen. Mattress was also very good which was much appreciated after a day in the bike saddle.
Our only slight annoyances was the room only having one tiny bin in the toilet, and the shower mats being pretty small. You can tell how great our stay is by how much this is nit-picking!
Overall I'd absolutely recommend this place to friends and family, and will likely be back myself.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a vibrant, young, and professional team that truly understood the meaning of modern hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our entire visit.
The food was simply perfect—each meal was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, rivaling some of the best fine-dining restaurants we've visited.
At the same time, we would like to thank Miss Lenka at the reception, who helped us and made our stay pleasant. ♥️
