We came for the Mediterranean, the sunshine and a relaxing honeymoon. We got all of that, plus a lovely surprise from the hotel waiting for us because they noticed we were celebrating our honeymoon. That was a genuinely thoughtful touch.
The rooms were excellent, the service impeccable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient.
At this point, I’m almost offended by how difficult it will be to find another hotel that meets the same standard. 😏
Five stars without hesitation. Great hospitality, attention to detail, and the kind of personal touch that turns a good stay into a memorable one.
We’ll definitely be back, assuming they’ll have us after setting the bar this high. 🍾

We had a wonderful stay at Hipotels Mediterráneo Club and would happily return.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was ready about an hour before the official check-in time, which was a fantastic surprise after traveling with a young child. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
The hotel deserves a lot of credit for its organization. During our visit, it was almost at full capacity (around 1,000 guests), with many families and children, yet everything ran smoothly. The restaurants were well managed, the facilities were always clean, and the overall operation was impressively efficient.
The food was another highlight. There was an excellent variety every day, and the quality was consistently very good, especially considering the large number of guests being served. We were genuinely impressed.
I noticed that some guests complained about the hotel being noisy because of the many children. Personally, I think that’s simply part of staying at a family resort. Despite the number of families, we felt the hotel handled everything exceptionally well, and we never felt that the atmosphere was chaotic.
The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom showers. They are functional and clean, but they do feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the resort. A small renovation or refresh would make them match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel.
The only negative experience happened during check-out. I was asked to pay the local tourist tax a second time, even though I had already paid it in cash during check-in. I clearly remember paying it because the receptionist even made a light-hearted joke before asking for the payment, which made the moment memorable. Unfortunately, there was no receipt, and the payment could not be found. I was absolutely certain that I had already paid, so I politely declined to pay it again. It was a slightly uncomfortable situation, and I wish we could have reviewed the security camera footage to clarify what had happened. I don’t mention this to criticize anyone, but simply because I believe it could help avoid similar situations for future guests.
One small tip for future visitors: this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but if you need a taxi to the airport, allow plenty of extra time. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for ours, so it’s worth building in a generous time buffer if you have a flight to catch.
Overall, this was an excellent experience. The outstanding service, delicious food, excellent organization, and family-friendly atmosphere made this one of the best resort stays we’ve had. Thank you to the entire team—we hope to come back soon!

Writing this not as a critique of the hotel, but to give a heads up to other travelers like us. We have very stressful jobs and always choose adults-only resorts for a week of tranquility, sea views, and good food. That is not what this resort—or the entire area around Cala Millor—is.
While it is adults-only, it’s sandwiched between dozens of other loud, busy hotels (at least one of which has a nightly kids disco lol). All beaches are public, meaning they’re also pretty chaotic (and cost €37 per day!). Hotel breakfast is abundant, but largely inedible. Cocktails don’t seem to have alcohol. And there is loud “entertainment” throughout the day (e.g., pool DJs, aqua aerobics, and evening shows from approx 20:30-23:00).
That said, many people love it here and I can see why. Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Management clearly takes pride in providing the best experience possible. The room was one of the best we’ve ever had on holiday: spacious, clean, great view, and effective airco (American-approved!). It’s very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants (mostly terrible, but still). And we never had a problem finding pool loungers.
Again, this review is not to bash the hotel, but to warn travelers that this might not be the relaxing getaway they’re looking for. However, if this is your vibe, you’ll have a wonderful holiday!

Amazing hotel, we loved our stay. There half board is so worth it - lots of variety choice, something for everyone. Always something to do from gym, pool and spa area, bar, activities throughout the day and evening shows. The staff are super friendly and excellent as well. You can tell the waiters are really hard working - always attentive and have so much energy. Great location as well, right infront of the beach. We had a beautiful seaview in our hotel so we chilled at our balcony too. You defo won't be disappointed, we'd happily stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Generally feel hotel was good. Room was decent size with a large shower room. The balcony and view were fantastic. Beach parasols and sunbeds are expensive. However, as it’s a public beach it’s not a fault of the hotel. Some decided to take their own parasols and sit on the beach. Obviously pool parasols and sunbeds are free if people don’t want expense of beach parasols and sunbeds. Considering the size of hotel and how many people they cater for, I personally think the food was generally good. I liked the location. There are bus stops outside hotel if people want to explore further. You can walk to Cala Millor by following the cycle path/promenade by beach. Thank you again to the hotel for acknowledging a special occasion during our stay.
