Writing this not as a critique of the hotel, but to give a heads up to other travelers like us. We have very stressful jobs and always choose adults-only resorts for a week of tranquility, sea views, and good food. That is not what this resort—or the entire area around Cala Millor—is.
While it is adults-only, it’s sandwiched between dozens of other loud, busy hotels (at least one of which has a nightly kids disco lol). All beaches are public, meaning they’re also pretty chaotic (and cost €37 per day!). Hotel breakfast is abundant, but largely inedible. Cocktails don’t seem to have alcohol. And there is loud “entertainment” throughout the day (e.g., pool DJs, aqua aerobics, and evening shows from approx 20:30-23:00).
That said, many people love it here and I can see why. Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Management clearly takes pride in providing the best experience possible. The room was one of the best we’ve ever had on holiday: spacious, clean, great view, and effective airco (American-approved!). It’s very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants (mostly terrible, but still). And we never had a problem finding pool loungers.
Again, this review is not to bash the hotel, but to warn travelers that this might not be the relaxing getaway they’re looking for. However, if this is your vibe, you’ll have a wonderful holiday!

A 4-star hotel not providing complimentary sunbeds and instead charging €37 per day for them is one of the most ridiculous policies I’ve encountered. It is completely unacceptable.
No showers are available at the beach. It all feels like no one has given it any thought.
Having to collect beach towels from the hotel basement is also highly inconvenient and unnecessary.
While the food offers a wide variety of options, it lacks flavor, and the overall quality is disappointing.
The staff is unhelpful and seems mean at times - when I turned down the „offer” to upgrade the room the lady gave me the room at the very end of the corridor which meant passing 30 rooms each day to get to the elevator. Very strange.
Moreover they informed me there is no first aid room or kit available for the guests, while the polyclinic and pharmacy close early and are completely closed on Sundays. Completely absurd for a hotel this size.
Edit: the hotel advertises as one with beach access therefore whether it’s your hotel or outside company charging for the sunbeds doesnt change anything. The review reflects my perception and your narrative of receiving amazing this or that is completely meaningless to me.

Amazing hotel, we loved our stay. There half board is so worth it - lots of variety choice, something for everyone. Always something to do from gym, pool and spa area, bar, activities throughout the day and evening shows. The staff are super friendly and excellent as well. You can tell the waiters are really hard working - always attentive and have so much energy. Great location as well, right infront of the beach. We had a beautiful seaview in our hotel so we chilled at our balcony too. You defo won't be disappointed, we'd happily stay here again if we get the opportunity.

We had a great 9 nights stay in this hotel.
The location is so peaceful and quiet, like a village. The beach is amazing and beautiful. Even it was still cold to swim in April, only +16, we enjoyed the view from our balcony and the walkes by the sea.
The food was very various, we had half board. Every day sea food and fish, salmon almost every day for dinner.
Just the soup and cakes are not tasty at all.
Hotel is very clean and well maintained, cleaning is good and every day.
Spa is simple, but good. I took a massage, it was weak, and 60 min instead of paid 70, not worth the price.
Overall I recommend this hotel to stay.
Also visit the caves Cuevas del Drach - it's just 27 min by bus, the bus stop is infront of the hotel.
Also you can walk to Castillo and next town Cala Millor - stunning beach!

The hotel is renovated completely and it was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The food is the best I’ve ever gotten at a hotel buffet. The staff are all friendly. The rooms were very nice with a big bathroom, a fan and a/c in the bedroom and you enjoy a wonderful view of the sea on your balcony. We had an amazing time and I would 100% recommend this hotel. The only downside is the city it’s in, there’s not much to see there and it’s a little dead but that’s an easy fix with excursions, renting a car and so on.
