Amazing hotel, we loved our stay. There half board is so worth it - lots of variety choice, something for everyone. Always something to do from gym, pool and spa area, bar, activities throughout the day and evening shows. The staff are super friendly and excellent as well. You can tell the waiters are really hard working - always attentive and have so much energy. Great location as well, right infront of the beach. We had a beautiful seaview in our hotel so we chilled at our balcony too. You defo won't be disappointed, we'd happily stay here again if we get the opportunity.

This is a large hotel that seems to have managed what others cannot..spotlessly clean and well maintained..a buffet that in the main is varied and good quality ..outside pool area immaculate organised with plenty of sunbeds..spa and entertainment for those who want it..I'm not a fan of larger hotels and we came here because of an issue with another booked hotel..Mediterranean wont be for everyone but I cannot fault them..exceptionally hard working polite staff throughout

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable – the smiling staff, good food, and excellent location made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and well equipped, with an overall calm atmosphere at first glance.
The main downside was the pool area, where the sunbeds are placed too close to each other, leaving no privacy. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from other guests since 6 am.making restful sleep and relaxation impossible. On top of that, cigarette smoke from balconies and loud TikToks played at full volume were disturbing – surprisingly, this behavior came mostly from middle-aged guests. This feels at odds with the hotel’s high ratings for sleep comfort.
Despite these inconveniences, we still consider this hotel a safe choice for the future – it clearly has potential and ambition, though unfortunately not all guests seem to respect that.

Renovated a few years ago, but they forgot about the elevators. You can easily wait 10 minutes to catch one. Dining hall densely packed and buffet food of mediocre quality. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will not go back.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and included a small kitchen with everything needed for a week-long stay.
The food at the hotel was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of healthy options alongside sweets and desserts. The hotel also offered entertainment for children. We didn’t use this service ourselves, but I noticed there were daily activities organized (except on Sundays).
One particularly thoughtful gesture was when we arrived late, after dinner hours. The reception kindly provided us with some food so we wouldn’t have to go out searching at night—this really made a positive impression.
The location is also great: Sa Coma is a lovely place, and the hotel is only a 1–2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself is about 900 meters long, very clean, and ideal for children since the water stays shallow for quite a while, making it safe for them to play.
The only small downside was that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. At times it felt a bit too warm at night, and it would have been nice to adjust it individually. However, this was only a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.
