What an incredible place. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels so well cared for. The food was outstanding — we tried the steakhouse, the Japanese restaurant, and the burger spot, and every meal was delicious. Even the buffet impressed us with its variety; we never got bored of the options. Our very picky eater even called it amazing, which says a lot!
The service was exceptional, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. There was the perfect balance of activities — plenty to do if you wanted to stay busy, or the option to simply relax and unwind. I would absolutely recommend this resort.

Algeria Eric and Rosie were amazing for the services. Omar was a lovely host, very pleasant and professional and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend visiting the spa when you are at the hotel. Alfonso was our waiter at beloved and he was amazing very kind and considerate and efficient and the food is wonderful. We were never disappointed with the meal we had here. The salmon was amazing and the sweet breads at breakfast were a nice touch. we had Alfonso twice and he was terrific and all the other staff were just as amazing.

We had an incredible dining experience tonight, and a huge part of that was thanks to Daniel and Rosa! From the moment we sat down, Daniel's warm and personable nature made us feel right at home. His cooking was absolutely outstanding — every dish was crafted with care and
skill. Daniel is a true gem, and we'll definitely be coming back because of him. If you're lucky enough to have him cook for you, you're in for a real treat! Felipe is the Best!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Gaby and the rest of the entertainment crew made every single day absolutely enjoyable. We always looked forward to their activities during the day. Her energy was so memorable and connecting with her during our time here was so lovely.
Ivan at concierge was so kind and helpful in giving us tips for areas to explore within our resort property.
We connected with Brenda at the Exclusive Club desk and this is something we will definitely be going back home to looking further into this!
Hector and Samuel were some bartenders we also connected with during our time here and they were so funny at the bar!
Ivan was another one of our servers at the Mexican Restaurant Adelita, and he was absolutely amazing to us!!
Keila was our server tonight Steakville and the service was amazing, food was soo good and the ambiance was perfect!
Overall, such an anaIng experience for us and we definitely looking forward to coming back with the amazing connections we made during our stay. Thank you all so much!!

Where to begin. For starters we booked a room with conjoined rooms in advance. Got to the resort and they had us on the same floor opposite ends of the hall. Not very convenient if your with a family of 5. (I was also in the customer service area where I overheard another woman complaining she booked 2 rooms for her and her 81 year old mother to be next to her and they also didn't get a room near each other she was also complaining about roaches) next apparently something was broken in the room and they made us change one of the rooms at 7pm and moved us even further away from the rest of the family. I had a king bed and was moved into a queen. Now let's talk about the restaurants. Be aware that if you are there for 5 nights you can only book 2 nights at a restaurants and you will most likely NOT get the places you want. Basically out of all the restaurants only 2 were available the whole time being Ayumi or the burger place. (Being an American I can assure you the last place we wanted to eat was a burger place) now the front desk said you were only allowed to book 2 restaurants at a time. So when we went to the service center to book our other dinners we were told we only get those 2 Nights BUT if you go to the restaurants when it's least busy they'll take you. He even gave us 2 times to go to the restaurant. So we show up (2 ppl) at the steak house 6pm on the dot not a soul in the restaurant and we were told reservations only. Unless someone happens to cancel. So basically your stuck eating at the 2 buffets that have the same food and poor selection. When we got to the resort we were told we had room service. When we called 1 day they told us we did and gave us a menu. Then when it came down to ordering we were told we were not provided room service. Then an hour later we get a phone call asking if we want food service. The bars on the resort are basically all virgin 😆 you'll be lucky if you can taste any alcohol. The cleaning service was good. Thats all I can say positive about my experience.
