What a fantastic Hotel!
We stayed from the 20th to 25th October.
On arrival we had a warm and friendly greeting from the reception staff. The room was spotlessly clean and well kempt.
The Hotel facilities were first class. A wide range of good quality meals in the restaurants and bars. It is a family orientated hotel so a lot of children. This did not affect our stay as we enjoyed the children's entertainment just as much as them. The evening's entertainment was the best we have ever seen.
The pools were clean and popular by all guests.
Olhos D'Agua beach was a short walk away we used the road as my partner has vertigo and was unable to use the scenic wooden walkway.
Albufeira was only a 10 euro taxi ride away and Vilamoura 20 euros.
Every member of staff was polite, friendly and a credit to the Hotel.
Thank you for a great stay

First time in Portugal, - absolutely loved the 3HB Guarana!
Went for 5 days from 8 October 2025
From the moment we arrived, the reception team were so lovely, very helpful and quick check in. I was really blown away with them, such a busy front desk but plenty staff on and they work fast. Loved the idea no extra safe charges plus the free water bottles to use on our stay to fill up around the complex was fab!
Rooms beautiful and spotless - food amazing choice in main buffet restaurant plus tried the oriental and Mediterranean restaurant - loved them!
Pools are freezing but once in your fine, loved the water aerobics' - the animation team work sooooo hard day and night, big shout out to them! amazing team and effort.
Plenty of sunbeds too.
Cocktails lovely - self service for beer, wine, water and soft drinks.
entertainment was fab, kids and adults, the 80's band were outstanding what a night!!!
Lovely local beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Short uber trip cost 5 euros to old town Albufeira- worth a visit, stunning.
We will absolutely be back!
Thank you - had the best time :)

We enjoyed a brilliant week here recently. First time abroad as a family of 6 and we were so glad to have picked this hotel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the week, from kids clubs to great pools, games rooms and even a sports bar. The food was one of the best all inclusive places we've been to and the staff could not have been any nicer. We dont normally return to places we've been on holiday, as we like variety however, we'll certainly be back here

This is a family hotel. When we arrived our room was not ready i asked how much a pool view upgrade would be for 10 nights I was told 620 euros. They give you a plastic water bottle to get water from different parts of the hotel if you don't return them theres a 2 euro charge each. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room bring your own Kettle though there is a fridge. The swim up bar was closed. Cocktails come out of a machine and are rubbish. You have to queue to be seated at the restaurant. The food is samey. We ate ate the Mediterranean restaurant nothing really Mediterranean about it food was not good at all. We cancelled the oriental restaurant after being to by several people it was not good. We ate out a few times breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel is on a slight hill the beach in Olhos is lovely there are lots of places to eat and drink around. The reception staff told us there were 700 children in the hotel the animation team were fantastic with them. This is not a couples hotel what so ever it is 100% a family hotel. We paid a lot of money for all inclusive and we have stayed at 5 star hotels around the world this is not one.

Both my husband and I agreed that this is the cleanest 4+ stars hotel we have been to and we have stayed in a lot of places. The rooms, pool, restaurants everything is kept very clean. The staff was really nice everywhere from reception to housekeeping to restaurants and pool/kids areas. The children’s pool, splash and play areas were super nice and our little one loved them. The hotel is also very close to a nice small beach that we enjoyed.
