Amazing trip, we spent a week in the hotel and it was fabulous. You wouldn't believe it if I told you that they have a games room, basketball court and kids club, but that is not all, a teens club in the games room. The food here is amazing it is a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, also if you don't want to do the buffet you can always go down to the burger bar. The staff were amazing and the entertainment is fabulous because they have so many different things on everyday. Also they do have a mini disco everyday for everyone. My favourite part about here is the walk to the beach it is really close, only a few minutes down the hill.

One of the best all inclusive holidays we’ve ever been on. The food is varied and of good quality. Theme nights, live cooking of meats and a BBQ a few times a week outside. Snack bar is also a great option for mid afternoon or late night nibbles.
Drinks options are great with strong cocktails on offer as well as daily specials.
The rooms themselves are large with ample room for a family of 4.
The animation team are amazing with constant high energy. The Friday pool party was a highlight of our holiday for the whole family!
Only downside was the towels around the pool, almost all sunbeds taken by 6.30/7am.

Small but very welcoming hotel. All the staff were excellent, the entertainment team did a great job during the day, but the evening entertainment was poor. The show on Friday night was vulgar and awful not good for children, and the girl shouting at the others on stage made no sense.

We had most of our wedding party stay at this hotel and all agreed that it was great in terms of food, cleanliness and quality. The only thing we would feedback on is that we felt the swimming pool is not big enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The manager is a real asset to this hotel! It's the first time I've seen a hotel manager make such an effort to introduce themselves to guests and show such caring nature. We could see how much work she put in to make the hotel a safe and happy environment. A lot of our family and friends said they would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for hosting all of us!

This surpassed expectation! I'm genuinely impressed with everything! So I'll breakdown my reasoning:
Facilities and rooms: Everything is extremely well maintained. Layout of restaurants, bars, pools, entertainment, and rooms are all well laid out and thought through. The resort is well situated, being under a 10 minute walk from the beach. The rooms they have everything you might need. Beds comfy, lovely having a balcony. There is also decent insulation to the windows, so when evening entertainment begins, you won't be disturbed. The on site splash park and Kids Club is a massive bonus this this resort.
Food and drinks: I was super impressed with the selection and quality of food available. The main restaurant rotated the menu throughout the week to keep variety. There are plenty of options for kids and adults. Drinks selections were very good. You won't get top shelf spirits, but cocktails were very nice(if not a bit lethal 😂). Wide selection of soft drinks (please can you let me know the ice tea name as it was delicious?). Between main meal times, the snack bar continuously was stocked (we were impressed with the pizza being made fresh on site-lovely).
Cleaniness: absolutely spotless (literally)! When we had our room cleaned, it was immaculate. We were super impressed with the towel swans.
Entertainment: Entertainment staff were really energetic and friendly and helped get peoples engagement with activities. Wide selection of activities at the resort. Evening entertainment had a rotation, so there was variety from discos, local folk dancing, quizzes, bingo, etc.
Lastly, the ultimate asset to this resort : It's staff! From the moment we arrived the staff were kind and helpful. Everyone was super hard working, energetic, and excited to ensure you were looked after. All staff had fantastic attention to detail (ended up listening to management discuss with staff opinions on how to make minor improvements). I also have to give a special mention that the entertainment staff are on the next level, they especially were great with the kids (really making them feel special).
This resort really looks to improve on an already impressive performance. It's great for everyone but especially for families with younger kids. We are considering coming back in the future.
