Olu Deniz
A magical adventure awaits in beautiful Olu Deniz, a picturesque blue lagoon resort on Turkey’s sun-kissed southern coast.
Located in the Fethiye district of Mugla Province, Olu Deniz has a laid-back atmosphere, in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of some other popular resorts in Turkey.
There’s plenty to see and do in this magical getaway which is nestled among lush forests and imposing jagged mountains.
You can take to a pedalo on the tranquil protected lagoon for some fun in the sun or simply enjoy a relaxing time on the nearby pristine sandy beach, watching paragliders descend from Babadag mountain which towers behind the sandy expanse.
In the mornings you’ll find dozens of charming gulet boats on the shoreline which can take you out to sea for an island-hopping cruise or some snorkelling, diving and sunbathing on deck. Many offer great-value deals which include drinks and a meal.
There are plenty of little souvenir shops and cafés in Olu Deniz, but if you want to do some serious shopping you’ll find everything you need in the nearby town of Hisaronu. This popular resort can be reached in around 15 minutes if you jump aboard a Dolmus bus, the popular and inexpensive way to travel in Turkey.
Olu Deniz has an impressive range of top-quality hotels and the seafront is lined with a wonderful selection of restaurants, serving Turkish delicacies, seafood specialities and a range of cuisines from around the world. These provide a truly romantic setting in the evening when spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation. The atmosphere was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent.
I would especially like to thank Suzan, who works at the hotel. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist made my experience even more enjoyable.
I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We love club sun city!!!
We stayed here for four nights this week and loved it here! The all inclusive food and drinks were very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and nice as well as being a really good size.
Because of the time of year, the sun loungers were readily available and were nice and comfortable.
It was my wife's birthday on the 21st of April and the staff surprised us by putting balloons and decorating the towels on the beds. That was a really cool touch that we didn't expect!

It was an amazing time in the hotel, all the staff was so friendly all the time, they deserve to be mentioned.
Hotel's chef was so talented, created different main courses, sides and salads every single day of our holiday and they were all fantastic. We arrived hotel around 2h earlier and they let us to enjoy lunch while we wait our room to be ready.
Hotel has its own private beach and shuttle service is provided and beach was also amazing sandy and no need to pay for sunbeds. I attached the view from the beach which is lovely under the shaddow of olive and pine trees 😊
I would deffinitely reccomend this place.

Had an amazing week away at Sun City. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly right from the start. We especially enjoyed the pool party which happens every Sunday - it was a lot of fun! The entertainments team are great at encouraging everyone to get involved with a really inclusive and safe feel.

Always stayed here since being 9 months old ,now 20. It's always clean, friendly staff and feels like home. The entertainment team are very friendly :Danny ,Berkay and Millie have got me up dancing, doing aqua aerobics and always saying hello. Me doing that in a hotel is not me which just proves there friendliness , they are determined to make sure everyone enjoys their holiday. Omer and Tamar are like family, but even new staff are so kind.

We have just returned from an extended holiday having stayed at this hotel. The hotels location is second to none. From the management to all the staff their polite- well mannered and attentive manner is brilliant. All inclusive - rooms are adequate. Food is OK and the varied menu is excellent for a 3/4 star hotel. Please be honest you are booking an all inclusive which is geared for price- so do not expect a 5 star hotel when your paying for a 3/4 star hotel. In conclusion we are returning in October for a 5 week holiday - for us its what we are happy to pay and have no 5 star expectations... get a grip and enjoy the sun. If the food isn’t for your taste then you have a huge selection of other restaurants to visit.

We are here atm, checked into our room on Friday at 2230hrs. The baggage man for the hotel (Mustafa) took our suitcases once we had booked in at reception and took us to our room, room 911. He turned on the aircon which was blowing out warm air and said, "all good" then shook his hands as if now waiting for a tip. I then gave him 100L but then pointed out to him that the door to the balcony wouldn't lock, the aircon was blowing warm air, long black hairs all over the dirty floor, the phone in the room didn't work, 2 very small pillows, 1 room key fob for 2 adults and a long LIVE WIRE hanging out of the bathroom mirror . I then said, im not staying in this room as its clearly not ready and not clean and not secure. He then frog marched us to a basement room, past everyone at the pool disco to another room with 2 single beds and a wire hanging out the ceiling which I think is where the fire alarm would be located?? I said "no chance" are we staying in this room. He then marched us back to reception where I tried talking to the 2 male staff behind reception but they weren't bothered at all and one of them couldn't speak English at all?? I asked when can I speak to the TUI rep the next day and they didn't know what day or time the rep was visiting? We then got frog marched back to room 911 with Mustafa again, and then a local bodgit builder turned up with his hammer, drill and tool box banging away at the balcony door to try to fix it? 90 minutes had now gone by and me and my partner were just fuming but seen the funny side that they even had the audacity to put us in this room??? I then followed guidance from my TUI text to text their certain number if any problems. I sent them a text to ask for help and a message came back saying I will now incur extra costs on my EE mobile bill if I continue to send anymore texts??
I spoke to the TUI rep and also the hotel rep the next morning, both very helpful and they did manage to sort out most issues.
Now Sunday, room 911 still has long black hairs all over the floor from the last occupants which ive now reported again. The food in the restaurant is absolutely shocking and poor. The main pool is mega loud and carnage.
If you want to pay £2100 for 7 nights all inclusive, then stay in the UK and book yourself in Butlins/Pontins as that is what it's like here 😀

My wife and I came here with our oldest son and his wife, as they had come here for their honeymoon last year. This was our first holiday abroad in nearly 35 years of marriage, due to the fact that we work together.
On arrival we went to our (adjacent) rooms and found that we were the first to enjoy the rooms since a very recent refurbishment. After explaining to front desk that we had what seemed like a film of concrete dust on our surfaces, they dealt with it.
Our rooms overlooked the main pool area, so we didn't have far to go for the restaurant, bar, reception and of course, pool and loungers. We all personally found the food to be good, with help from our son/daughter in law, who know their food. I had no worries trying different local food at each sitting, I certainly didn't fly for 4 hours to eat chips.
We certainly heard the evening's entertainment from our beds, due to our location, but that's why we have over ear headphones when we want to sleep to some of our music.
The beach was, at most, 10 minutes walk away, with it's gorgeous blue water. The location is a major bonus with this hotel, with the awesome surrounding mountains, the beach, the high Street to the beach and the ease of transport to some brilliant surrounding attractions. I don't know if we'll ever get the chance again but if we do, we'd love to come back here and maybe even for a little longer.

This was a very nice restaurant, food was served nearly all day. Hotel was located in the perfect place in terms of shopping and site seeing. Staff were very friendly and kept the the hotel clean. Housekeeping were brilliant and when asking for room to get cleaned, they did it on the spot. I loved the experience and will visit again.

My husband had booked this holiday as a surprise for my 40th birthday, he had rang
Up to confirm that the all inclusive included cocktails and drinks such as Malibu and Ameretto, assured they were. Got there- none of these were available and I was just grumbled at by a female bar attendant when I asked. I was also shocked that as a family hotel they didn't do mocktails or milkshakes for children!
The food was ok if you like mushrooms, they were in absolutely every single dish, which is no good if you don't like them or you have an allergy. The snack bar was nice; you can get pizza, chips or a burger. Lunch was probably the best time of day to eat in the hotel. We ate out most nights. Breakfast was typical Turkish food, the toaster wasn't really a toaster, just warmed the bread and made it hard.
The rooms are small but clean, our first room was dark and under the stairs, we couldn't even dry our towels on the balcony due to no light, we got moved 5 days in due to my husband complaining for 5 days straight that our WiFi would not connect, resulting in us spending a lot of money on mobile date to be in touch with our children at home. The room we moved to was lovely, pool view, bright and airy.
My husband had asked for an upgrade When we got there(he'd already sent 2 emails prior mentioning my birthday but no response) but was told no rooms were available, strange because the hotel was extremely quite when we had arrived, i actually thought it was adults only for the first 4 days.
The pool area is gorgeous, no complaints at all. And the views when sunbathing are beautiful.
The location is amazing also!

Incredible stay, from the moment we got there, staff were so helpful and happy. We got shown to our room, there was so much selection of food, always something you’d want to eat. Amazing facilities, loved the pool table, never too crowded as we went in May time. Attentive staff, bubbly and friendly, remembering our drink orders and always happy to help. Reception was super helpful with bus routes and general things you’d need. Great price for the value, room was spacious with a balcony so super happy! Definitely recommend!!!

A hotel styled like traditional Turkish houses, located in a cozy place at the foot of the mountain. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Nearby is the Leika Travel tourist agency, where I booked paragliding and boat trips at competitive prices with high-quality service.

Lovely hotel friendly staff only downside is that all rooms have steps and so do public toilets around the hotel, not disabled friendly. The lunchtime burgers and pizza are awesome. Plenty of sunbeds, close to shops

Been here 7 days 3 adults and 3 kids. Lovely location and gorgeous views, such a lovely little hotel. Cleaners in everyday and always fresh towels. Obviously quiet as end of season. Food is as you expect for all inclusive but we always found something to eat even the kids. Ufuk and rose where amazing and kept entertainment going even though not many here. Was playing bowls, darts and water polo. Would definitely come back.

We can't fault the beautiful scenery that this hotel has to offer ,I'd say 90% of the staff are lovely and are always willing to go above and beyond
The food is average I've had better at a 4* hotel but there was something I found to eat every day so I can't complain too much!
There's wasn't any day time entertainment like it does state, but the evening entertainment is good 👍
Our shower door broke twice during our stay but was fixed by maintenance within 20 mins
Room was cleaned every day bedding every two days and the fridge is topped up with water every two days and cans of pop which I thought was great...the room we stayed it was small considering it's for 3 adults
I personally think the rooms are what let this hotel down I wouldn't give it a 4* for the rooms as there's a lot of work that needs doing to bring them up to 4* standard...mould on the shower door, woodwork in the bathroom and in the bathroom where old and in need of some tlc and the balcony is very small, the telephone didn't work so If you wanted to talk to reception you would have to go down to the desk
We personally won't be staying here again

Honestly the BEST all inclusive hotel i have ever been too, im not even kidding. Now ive been to turkey before but this place was incredible.
Firstly nothing is too much for the staff you need help. They are ON it. Need a taxi? Theyve got you. Need a cheeky insiders scoop on cheapest way to get somewhere. Theyll show you how. (Bus stop is right outside the main gate), taxis can be called by front desk etc.
we werent leaving till late on our last day and asked if we could still use the pool which they kindly said we could use everything (including food areas) up until we left (you can get seperate pool towels aswell so we got the use all the facilities till we left!) we honestly just felt so truly cared for and looked after.
Now onto the main bits. The rooms, stunning, love that the mini fridge gets restocked daily (no extra cost) there are two pool areas and the little bars are fab. The air conditioning is great and we loved our little porch area aswell. We just had a regular room (not with the hottub or pool) and it was spacious and well looked after. Also the fob system at the door you just click a button if you want your room cleaned.
Food and drinks:
We always got our ice caramel (yeh they have all the syrups you could need) lattes in the morning and loved our turkish teas in the evening. We did go to the entertainment on an evening and it truly felt like a show, the drinks at the bar- they are actually good. In past resorts ive the drinks have been just so much alcohol and really awful tasting. These were delicious.
The actual meal times, now the selection and quality of the food. I have no words. 10/10. They have everything (my husband is a meat eater and im more vegetarian and catered well for both of us) they even do little areas of live chefs making the deserts/sushi etc there and then. It changes on the daily.
The "snack time menu"- its literally a restaurant, usually in my experience snack time at an all inclusive is like pizza/chips etc. no no no here you go in to the little cafe area. You have a menu you can have a look at all the deserts, the ice cream and order whatever meal you want from kebab to salad to spaghetti bolognese!
I could go on and on about the food but honestly theres something for everyone at every meal time. I especially loved the bread section where they have a stone oven baking fresh bread and pizza!
you can see the hotel staff cleaning up all areas throughout the day and also washing the floor areas around the pool. The pool by the bar side had music going on and on the other side it was more relaxed which we loved. And you also didnt have the entertainers coming round talking to you all day (which i know some people love but i dont and we liked that we could control when we spoke to people if that makes sense)
The spa:
Now this isnt part of your booking so you have to pay extra but it is so worth it. Its honestly stunning and it would be only you and your partner or just you when you book. The staff know what they are doing and make you feel like you are truly living a life of luxury.
They also have there own travel rep who comes around and talks about all the excursions you can book, yes you can go into the town to book but its cool that the hotel have a person there if you dont want to leave.
Talking about leaving,
The hotel itself feels very isolated- in a good way. Youre surrounded by moantains and palm trees and in the grass area near the pools you have lovely hammocks, and can see the sea. But actually the main town is only a 12- 15 minute walk down hill to the actual beach front and oludeniz town and blue lagoon and of course the hotel has a private beach aswell that it does shuttle buses for.
Fethiye is only a 15 minute bus ride (super easy to get to you literally flag down the bus it comes like every 10 minutes and hop on) and then the babadag moantains with the cable cars is literally a five minute taxi up the road.
The hotel also has a little supermarket that has literally everything in it (even shoes 😂)

We came here on December for a weekend retreat with my mom. It has the best view and amazing food, but what stood out to me was how kind the staff are. You can really understand when the people have a kind soul. There were many happy cats and the staff were geniuenly compassionate towards them. I hope the boss deserve such good staff and pays them well.

Me and my partner spent a week here in September and loved every second of it.
Pools were great and felt nice to not have to rush to get a bed each day. Food was superb, loved that whatever time you came for your meal the food was fresh & hot. Big shout out to Batman who always made sure we had what we wanted.
Great to have the snack bar aswell with some late night Options.
We also had a Balinese massage on day 1 which helped with the aches and pains of travel.
Great choice of cocktail's and drinks and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Location was perfect aswell, 10 minutes to restaurants and bars and a little bit longer for the beach, which was pebbles but plenty of beds and the sea was gorgeous.
We used the shuttle bus one day to blue lagoon, great bar, great sea and the live entertainment was unreal.
Thank you
Dean & millie

Stay away from this hotel at all costs!!!
I made a reservation through an online booking platform for 2 adults and 1 child, in a room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. However, the front desk agent, who clearly had no idea what they were doing insisted that my reservation was for only 2 people.
Despite the fact that my official reservation confirmation clearly states 3 guests, they refused to acknowledge it.
To make matters worse, they came up with a ridiculous excuse saying that the child was not under 6 years old, which was completely irrelevant. Then another hotel staff member told me that they accept children up to 14 years old, but insisted that I cancel and rebook directly through their own website for a higher price.
I have been using Priceline.com for years for all my hotel bookings, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue. Their intention was obvious: to charge me nearly double for the same room.
Before arriving at the hotel, I tried calling multiple times to ask for information, but no one ever answered the phone. When I mentioned this at the front desk, the staff member responded rudely and dismissively, saying:
“No, you must have called the wrong number.”
Yes, you read that right.
This hotel has:
No courtesy
No professionalism
No sense of customer service
Their only concern is how to extract more money from their guests.
This experience honestly felt like a scam. I am writing this review so others do not make the same mistake I did.
A hotel’s quality is reflected in the attitude of its staff.
If you don’t want to risk a terrible experience, stay far away from this hotel.
They reported my review as spam, now I understand why they have so many good ratings! What I wrote is true and I can provide my hotel reservation information if needed.
I have proof online reservation!!!
