4 Star Zante Holidays

What a fantastic place to stay! This was the most relaxing holiday we've ever had. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking, right down to the gardener, who kindly offered to help my wife with her suitcase. The hotel rooms and grounds were kept absolutely spotless throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the entertainment was excellent. The free shuttle bus to Keri Beach was a great bonus and made getting around very easy. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be returning! Perfect holiday for couples wanting a quiet time and in a place with stunning views. The check in and out was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, had everything needed for a stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, at all times. The food was varied every meal time and was spoilt for choice as to what to eat, but being self service buffet you could have a bit of everything if you wanted. Enough beds round the pool for everyone who wanted one. There was a minibus service to and from the local beach daily, couldn’t ask for more. We had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from it all. We will definitely be back.

Nice and quiet place to relax. Very nice view of a large bay, with boats, and a couple of islands. Mountains around a few directions, very nice and peaceful. Also, being high up meant the were cool breezes. Staff were friendly, especially the barman and Josh. I think Josh was reception, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the island. Nothing too much trouble for him, and he engaged with guests comfortably. I liked the pool, good depth, interesting shape, and nice temperature. Poolside bar was convenient. I like to see points of interest, such as statues, or sculptures, or fountains or something, but nothing like that, so expect just a tidy hotel, with some grass and the odd nice tree. There was a minibus that ran to the beach 4 times a day, i tended to walk the 2.5km then catch the minibus back. Plenty of boat hire kind of things down at the beach, with a few shops and taverna's. I thought the taxi to Zante (Zakynthos) town was a little expensive, since i was on my own (€35 + tip in 2026, each way.) Overall good if you want to relax by the pool with unlimited eating/drinking, and especially good that it's adults only, no kids, 😂

My husband & I stayed at Keri Village for a week from the 14th of July 2026 until the 21st July. First and foremost this is NOT a 4* hotel, however what was 4* was the very friendly & welcoming restaurant staff who ALWAYS gave you a welcoming greeting & a friendly smile. The barman whatever his name is was extremely miserable & quite abrupt which is not at all what you want on your holiday. The rooms are very outdated however the air con is fabulous which you need in the baking heat in July. The food is absolutely exquisite, even if you are a fussy eater you will always find something to eat. Would we return??...possibly if the reception staff were changed & the barman aswel, & if the rooms were updated to warrant paying 4* tourism tax which we found as a bit of a rip off! Dennis the minibus driver who took us to & from the beach everyday was brilliant, such a lovely man & so was the lovely life guard at the pool, he rescued my husband's hat when the wind blew it over the railing whilst we were admiring the fantastic view😊 We did have a truly lovely chilled week in the sun & we met some lovely people which outweigh the negatives that I have mentioned.

A very disappointing first trip to Zante, we have stayed in Rhodes and Crete this isn't a 4* hotel. Beautiful setting, staff attentive and food generally good but that's where the positives end. Our first room was dark and very grubby, with spiders along the ceilings and dead bug carcasses in the bathroom they addressed the spiders and said the bugs would be cleared the following day by housekeeping but 2 days later still there. Sought out the rep who had our room changed this was a little better with a bigger area and lighter but ants in the lounge area and in the cups and glasses stood at the teamaking area, so I had to move those. The ants were reported but nothing done. The doors wouldn't shut properly which we felt was needed to avoid the ants getting into bedroom or bathroom and the bathroom window wouldn't shut either. Some rooms have double glazing unfortunately the bathroom window was an old wooden one. We were asked to report back to rep once we'd moved which we did and he actually visited the room to log the issues including mold in the bathroom no fan to take out steam. Bathroom good size but shower.no more than a cupboard in the corner. The rep had told them about the doors and window their response was to send the odd job man who took an angle grinder which could be heard on site into the room and try to reduce the door in situ, no warning to us and when we returned after breakfast to our room he'd left the bathroom and lounge covered in sawdust, it was all over our personal items. Pool area is a lovely setting but sunbeds are terrible and need replacing many collapsing because the stays are broken or strained and some very dirty. Some parasols have seen better days and are torn. An area of the pool flooded nearly daily due to an issue with the pump. Decking area is grubby and the railings are very loose and at times has a smell due to food probably dropping through the gaps. Dining room is basic and no cloth's on tables for evening meal. Cutlery in large baskets for everyone to help themselves. Dining chairs badly worn and even being stuck back together with glue. This hotel needs to be regraded because it needs a lot of attention. This trip was for a special anniversary and just spoilt the occasion. Many.people moaning but got it on a deal so didn't feel they could complain unfortunately had paid brochure price in good faith and have travelled with Tui for many years this is one of the worst accommodations we have stayed in.

The rooms have just been renovated and we're absolutely amazing. Well done and the hotel is very clean. Facility's are good the all inclusive cuts at 11pm which is strange for it not to be 24hr like most other places. The food is well done good variation over the period we were there. We stayed for 1 week and never felt like we were getting bored of the food. The pool bar was well stocked as well which is always a bonus we stayed in the 1 of the 2 bed family rooms and they were beautiful well maintained and cleaned daily. The staff were helpful and very happy to chat along with you. We had a 2 year old with us and they were so good with him and seemed very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful one-day stay at Flioxenia Hotel Zakynthos. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh food. The hotel is in a great location, with the sea just a short walk away. The beach is rocky, but it is very clean and the water is beautiful. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing and memorable experience. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel if you re looking for chill vibes, you do need a car if you want to travel around to shops or to the beach, but they do offer a bus that goes you to the beach too. The rooms are great, big, there are two pools, decent size. The food was okay, could be better, but there were many varieties. The bar drinks arent great, cheap. Overall i would recommend the hotel, it was great.

We have just finished 10 days here after having been to the filoxenia hotel for two years in a row, it was such a wonderful experience and it was lovely to see the growth the hotel has endured over the years with new renovations. The bartenders in the day and night are great at what they do and they are always welcoming and friendly to everyone. The cleaners constantly check the rooms and make sure they are up to standard by always restocking and changing sheets, etc. The staff at reception were so helpful for anything we needed. The Greek cuisines, alongside, many other wonderful dishes have constantly been frowned upon from these reviews but it was absolutely amazing, with lots of options for those who may not want to try Greek food. Honestly the chefs are so hardworking and I feel they have not been credited as much as they deserve. Another group of individuals I feel have honestly not been recognised for their constant contribution into making the hotel the best it can be is the waiters and waitresses. They are always on their toes, cleaning, collecting dishes, helping anyone who needs it, and also being so friendly and welcoming to everyone. I much appreciate all the staffs efforts and never ending work to give a superb experience to all guests coming to the filoxenia hotel. The three pools were constantly clean and nice with two whole sides of sunbeds to choose from. Leaving on my birthday was honestly so hard as I will forever love this place, we will be back next year at this hotel for the third year in a row. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect—within easy walking distance to the beach and the main street filled with restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of fun activities around the main pool. The rooms, facilities, and cleanliness were on top! The only things that would have made it a 10/10 perfection would be a free gym and if the Coke in the main restaurant didn't taste flat. Aside from that, we are happy with our stay and had a great holiday!

Amazing holiday with amazing staff who work so hard to keep the whole hotel absolutley spotless. Every single member of staff were so helpful and friendly from check in, bar staff, cleaners, entertainment team and maintenance. Stathis the bar man worked so hard daily. We stayed in a deluxe room, 2 adults and my little boy. There is plenty space very clean and modern. There is a fridge, kettle, safe, iron, dressing gowns, slippers and hairdryer in the room. Bring coat hangers as there isn't too many. Air con is included all day. We had a pool view room, 105 looking straight out onto the bar area which was great for us so our little one can rest while we sat on the balcony and watch the entertainment. Pool area is spotless and never found a probelm getting a sun bed, although there is people who put towels down very early. There is a great selection of food, snacks and deserts. Drinks are great with a selection of cocktails. Ice cream behind bar is for kids only. Entertainment team worked so hard around the pool. It was great and brought such a good atmosphere getting everyone involved, young and old. Location is perfect right on the doorstep to bars, shops and restaurants. Not a long transfer 20 minutes. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is pebbles but a bus can take you to the main beach. We cannot fault this hotel and can't wait to come back! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Lovely good quality hotel. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Pool clean and 1.4m deep full length with steps and rail to walk in. Bar good with good all inclusive drinks. Restaurant lots of fresh food and good gluten free. Not much choice for picky kids all the time ( chips, fish fingers, pizza) but if they like chicken, pork, rice, pasta, salad there is plenty. Spa available, friendly Location great for bars restaurants and shops. Beach close with hood beach bars; Argassi is lovely. Entertainment good through the day, night time less so but there are new staff learning who are lovely do I am sure it will get better over the season. I would be happy to return here.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked and paid for what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but the room we were given was closer to a 2-star standard. The bathroom was in poor condition, and there were several other issues that significantly affected our holiday. We reported our concerns and met with both the hotel owner and the TUI representative. Unfortunately, we felt that neither took our complaints seriously. As a goodwill gesture, we were given a bottle of wine, which felt quite insulting considering we were staying on an all-inclusive basis where wine was already included. Another concern was a dog roaming freely around the pool and bar areas. The owner assured us he had spoken to the dog’s owner and that it would be be kept on a lead. However, for the rest of our holiday, the dog continued to wander around off the lead also all of the plant boxes around the pool area were full of cat feces. The most disappointing part of the experience was the response from the TUI representative, who told us that we “need to lower our standards when we come to Greece.” We found this comment dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We expected support in resolving the issues, not to be told to accept a lower standard than what we had paid for. Sadly, the poor condition of the room and the lack of concern shown when we raised our complaints overshadowed what should have been a relaxing holiday. Based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Lovely welcome lovely site. First time in Argassi and it was lovely but prefer Kalamaki just more to do for our teenagers. A beautiful hotel in a stunning and peaceful location. We had a swim up pool which was lovely and definitely worth the extra money. The hotel was clean and the food was tasty. The buffet changed daily but always offered a variety so there was something for everyone. The food was always fresh, and wasn’t like a typical all inclusive spread. All inclusive cocktails were unique but tasted nice. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The activity rota was varied and all activities were free of charge and you didn’t need to book on, this also included lots of local activities which was nice. The hotel was in close walking distance to the beach, marina, Agiou Sosti Bridge which leads to Cameo Island, Laganas and more. I’d highly recommend taking a walk to The Little Farm which is close by too. There was lots of places for you to sit and chill, me and my partner played chess most nights in the garden area whilst listening to the entertainment which was happening next to the pool. I could talk for hours, such a gorgeous hotel, I would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Wonderful staff and wonderful service. The best all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so accommodating, rooms cleaned daily (if wanted). No fuss over the all inclusive food/drinks (unlike lots of places). Staff always greeted with a smile. The grounds smelled like a luxury spa! (We visited in May). Just stunning experience all round. Highly recommend the swim up room! We’ll be again. James & Lindsey. G07 10/5/26.

The rooms are fine, some are excellent just where you end up I think. The newer accommodation is excellent but a very short walk from the main hotel and pool etc. The food is great as is the friendly service. The views from the older hotel are exceptional, sea, mountains, sky. The gentleman that owns it is always there to say goodbye and hello when you return from your day out. all in all a nice, friendly, welcoming place to stay. 🙏

Really enjoyed our stay at the Castelli Hotel, staff were really lovely and gave us multiple gifts throughout our stay. A downside was our room was much smaller than it appeared online. The bathroom wasn’t shown online either, it was a wet room with a very small shower which would flood when using. If we had known this we most likely wouldn’t have picked the room we did. Our room also did not have much storage, we had one wardrobe which just fit all our stuff in with small bed side tables. We upgraded to a “Double Room, Balcony, Garden View, 1 Queen Bed” from their regular room, which sadly didn’t feel like much of an upgrade when we arrived. We also booked through LoveHolidays where the hotel was advertised to have an À La Carte restaurant, which they also have a sign for in-front of the hotel. We were told our stay would include 1 complimentary meal at the restaurant but were sadly disappointed to arrive and be told that the restaurant isn’t open yet. Even though it is advertised online and shown at the hotel too. If you want a sunbed by the pool you need to be up early (earlier than 8:30) as there aren’t many with it being a smaller pool. There is a garden adjacent to the pool with sun loungers which you can walk from to get to the pool. Evening entertainment was great, the Quiz Night was our favourite (as well as the ABBA tribute). But overall, the owner of the hotel was lovely, staff were very hospitable. So would recommend if you’d want an intimate stay.

Me and my partner stayed here this past week in a the double room. I’ll start with saying how lovely the staff were, they always said hello and were very accommodating! The owner was there every day and always asking how we were and if we were having a nice time. The room itself was a lot smaller than it appeared online, the bathroom was especially small (to the point where they had cut a part of the door out so you could open it past the toilet). This wasn’t a cheap budget holiday so I must say that was disappointing. We found the room smelt of sewage sometimes too. The rooms wouldn’t really get cleaned either, our sheets weren’t changed at all during our stay and dirty mugs/glasses were left on the side all week. We also padlocked our suitcases whilst we went out, we set the lock to 0000 and when we got back, the lock numbers were different so someone had clearly tried to open it which is unsettling. The location was really good, a bit too close to the Laganas strip for our liking but that’s our fault for not doing enough research! You couldn’t hear the music and there was no disturbances. The beach, shops and restaurants were 10-20 mins walk away The food was ok, personally didn’t find it spectacular but I’m quite a picky eater so may have just been me. There wasn’t much variety. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but I don’t think we’d go again for the money we paid. The swim up rooms looked lovely however.
