Stayed for 1 week. £150 deposit on arive was a bit of a shock. Apartment was a good size with a lovely balcony that got the evening sun, perfect for eating out on. WiFi was good and worked all around the building. Kitchen had a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and cooking pans/crockery provided. I was surprised to fing a hairdryer.
2 shops pretty close by for shopping, nice pool but had no shade coverage and you had to hire the sun loungers. Beach was 15 mint walk away. Friendly staff.

Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments.
150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. However check in is 5pm but we got let in at 2pm when we arrived which is a bonus.

The apartments are really nice, it’s close to everything and not a long walk to the beach, would definitely go back. Staff are lovely, theres a lovely guy who is on at night and will help u with anything u need, he is a sweetheart

I stayed here a week and really enjoyed it, the one bedroom apartment is spacious with an large balcony. Daniel, Elena and Izzy are all very friendly and welcoming I recommend this apartment as it is walking to the famous Benidorm nightlife and the promenade. My apartment 1301 is at the corner so there is a view of the sea although the building is about 5 blocks away to the promenade,I will definitely stay here again.
Just to point out as most reviewers mentioned here everything is charged from safe to aircon etc etc if you decide to avail of it.

€200 straight up for deposit.
Lifts were a joke the whole time we were there (the whole first week one was out of order), they were big enough for four people at most.
Our room was spacious and balcony was huge which was great, our friends apartment was smaller in the front room and their balcony too.
Pool was great, €1-1:50 a day for a sun bed. Shop next door was handy, basement had a couple washing machines but wasn’t clear if they were for staff or paying customers which would have been helpful.
Bed was okay but not the sofa bed, it was hard and killed my back every morning, doesn’t have slats instead with a hard base board. Sheets change every other day and I think towels every three days (may be other way around.)
Free WiFi was great until it boots you off every four days.
Drinks in the bar were fair in price.
Front terrace was a great feature especially with the umbrellas too. There’s a lounge in the back by the bar which had books, tables and chairs and a pool table but nothing else, it needs more.
€7:50 a day for air con in your room but if you pop to the shop on your left few minutes down they’ll rent you a big fan for €18
Always wear shoes when going to the pool as the floor is quite hot and the hard floor around the pool hurts your feet when you walk barefoot.
