First time we stayed here. Rooms were large and we had loads of space. Kitchen was basic but had no problems. V.clean hotel. Just a 5min walk into the bars and restraunts in the new town. Only slight problem were the lifts...sometimes slow and pain waiting around.

Very disappointed with this hotel! We were initially really greatful that this hotel accommodated 23 of us for a hen do, rooms were clean and in a good location, however all 7 rooms were charged a €200 deposit to cover any damages, we were told we would be refunded if there were no damages but they would only take debit or credit card for this clearly so they can take the money without you being able to fight it! One of the rooms bathroom cabinets was already broken before we went in, clearly stuck back together with a little bit of silicone, we took photos of the damage that was clearly there before they went into the room & then we were charged €200, & we didn’t do the damage! The staff have been unhelpful and refuse to refund the €200 even though it was clearly already broken! Have seen a few other reviews about people not getting their money back! Wouldn’t reccomend staying here unless you’re willing to lose €200 for nothing! I imagine they charge every person that stays in that room instead of fixing the damage🙄

No bar after pool closes, just reception, also a few rooms broken into including ours!! Nice pool area, just boring

Stayed from 20/02/26 until 23/02/26 took a €300 deposit only me and my son stayed so wasn’t part of a stag do or anything got told on departure that my deposit would be paid back as soon as the cleaner had inspected it we took videos of before and after as proof of no damage! As I’d seen some people had never got there’s back? Still not got it and don’t really know why but will take this further!!!

17 floors and only 1 working lift that holds 4 people, apartments were nice and clean and so was the pool. Let down by the lifts.
