Just left after a weeks stay. Thank you so much for making our stay even more memorable.
The whole hotel is prestine clean and the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. The entertainment they put on both during the day and evening accommodates all ages and was just brilliant. Big hats off to you all.
The room we had slept 3 with a balcony view on the 9th floor. Lifts can be busy so be prepared. Cool air con was a major boost, its well needed. The room was on the smaller side but we was out all day so it was just to sleep so it served its purpose really well.
The meals are good, plenty to go around and have a great selection from hot/cold main courses to a variety of cakes, ice cream and fruit. However, be warned, especially at dinner, is that the wait can be mental! Dinner starts at 7pm, best to get down and wait from atleast 6.30pm or you wont get a seat any time soon. The downside, is that at breakfast you get fruit juice which is great but at dinner, there is nothing so you have to buy from the bar. Even a jug of water on the table would have been ideal.
Plenty to do and see from this location and only a 5-10min walk to the beach which opens up for places to explore such as Old Town.
Overall, loved our stay and so hope to come back real soon.

Been a few times to this hotel, staff are friendly, unfortunately the service has gone down hill, think it's mostly due to them not having enough staff. The food is ok, not much choice really and again the restaurant is chaos, again I put this down to them just not having enough staff....rooms are good and clean.
The hotel is ok overall...TUI are not much use as always, just there to sell you overpriced trips. Just a little disappointed on this occasion.
The entertainment is hit and miss....but not too bad overall.
Well placed to be honest, not to far to walk to most places and is quite. Main bus station is 20 min walk away.
They could really do with some movable parasols, they have only a limited number of fix in the floor ones. And like most hotels suffer from the typical hogging...
The pools are a reasonable size.
Obviously this is my subjective/personal opinion, I have tried to be constructive and honest.....hope this helps..

Location is perfect to want you need .service is great very helpful 👍. Rooms are clean and adequate. We were on the 12th floor werent a,problem for us but lifts are very busy .so expect a wait .bar area was busy properly time off year .que for drinks .restaurant also busy add to que once for our evening meal que was long but went down quick food was plentiful and great no complaints. Lots off choice .only thing I would say is if you do suffer with mosquito s and get bite take repellant s or plug ins for your room I was there 4 days and got bite alot .seen a few in the room .does have air conditioning. All in all tho we've been here 3 times and would come back.

Great place! Rooms are clean and comfy, Cleaning services are great, All staff that work there are very friendly, dont be put of by the "Yellow brick road", We didnt try food. , Location a 10 minute walk from the beach, there is shops nearby, Entertaiment in evenings which was quite good, There is also a sports bar, The pool area is clean and good although it opens late and shuts quite early!, Wifi was a bit slow, other than that wouldnt fault it! Thank you for the lovely stay. The glass lift is cool!!

We stayed here recently and overall it was a decent stay, but there were a few notable downsides that affected our comfort.
First, the lifts were a constant issue. We were on the 12th floor, and almost every time we needed to go up or down, we faced long waits. Often there would be a queue in the lobby, and it could take 10–15 minutes just to get a lift. With so many floors and guests, the system simply couldn’t cope, and it became quite frustrating having to plan our day around waiting times.
Our final day was especially disappointing. From the morning onwards, we had no running water in our room—no taps, no shower, nothing. Check-out time was strictly 12:00, but our transfer pick-up wasn’t until 18:45, leaving us with over six hours to wait. Worse still, there were no facilities or spare rooms available for us to freshen up or take a shower after packing. Having to sit around for hours without being able to wash was really inconvenient, especially after a holiday.
On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly when we spoke to them. The location is also good, close to the beach and local amenities. However, the lift congestion and the lack of support on our departure day are things the hotel really needs to address to improve the guest experience.
