Rooms are a bit small but for a couple they will do. I loved how clean the hotel was, always had a nice smell when passing the front doors and the location. Being on the central street I expected noise but we slept like a baby, very good isolated. Staff are amazing and so nice and helpful, only thing I disliked was the check in as it took ages I understand is the new Spanish law , but after a long flight you just want to sleep. Otherwise I recommend

I stayed here 4 nights for a solo summer getaway and it was absolutely perfect. My room was lovely, I had a private balcony, and the swimming pool was lovely. I was surprised by how good the buffet breakfast was too, with lots of choice and good quality products. When I next come back to Mallorca, I know where to come.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile.
We will be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! All the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help.
The buffet offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was well-stocked, and clearly prepared with care. The dining area itself was always very clean and well-organized, with a calm and civilised atmosphere that made every meal enjoyable.
Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed every 2–3 days, which we appreciated. The location is also a big plus—just a 10-minute walk (at most) to the bus station with direct connections to Alcudia and Palma. There are plenty of souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful—nothing like the chaos we dealt with last year in S'Arenal.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, quality getaway. We’d happily return!

My partner and I stayed here and had originally planned to stay for a week. Unfortunately due to multiple issues with the hotel and the area, we decided to cut our stay short and move to a different hotel.
Here's my general feedback:
- The hotel is more suited to an older crowd and would not be suitable for younger couples looking for a getaway. We certainly felt like the minority and got awkward stares by the pool.
- The food and buffet was outrageously stale, poorly executed and expensive.
- The hotel's reception didn't understand the difference between a twin room and double room. Despite booking a double room through BA, we were given two single beds originally and had to request a room change.
- Cleanliness is a huge issue, with marks and hair all over the floor when we checked in, to the pool being poorly maintained and cleaned (bubbles of unknown substances, dead wasps floating, and a grimey pool floor).
- The area isn't for everyone (C'an Picafort) - with a lot of shops selling fake football shirts and handbags, strange groups of men hanging around on the streets near the hotel, Benidorm-esque bars and restaurants, generally run down beaches and poorly maintained sun-beds
On the upside, the hotel didn't contest our decision to leave the hotel early, and were happy to honour a refund due to our unhappiness with the stay.
