For a 4-star hotel, we expected much better. A male guest knocked on our door twice at midnight and tried to invite us to his room, which made us feel very unsafe. The manager did speak to him seriously and warned him, but the support for us was not enough. We were told to pack our things and change rooms in the middle of the night, even though we were tired and stressed
Additionally, I couldn’t sleep the whole night because the walls were so thin and I kept waking up several times. Even the jacuzzi in the spa was not working properly.
Overall, this was not the experience we expected from a 4-star hotel.

Repeat visit to this hotel after a number of years. Refurbishment has taken place with walk in rain showers, very comfortable beds and excellent buffet breakfast. Negative points:- housekeeping staff have a habit of leaving the lights on in the room after cleaning. The first day thought someone was in the room also the hotel has this habit of automatically turning on the balcony lights till midnight and there is no way to turn the light off plus it's a terrible waste of energy both housekeeping staff habit and a lit up hotel. Recommended as a hotel as well as it's situation.

Fabulous hotel. We were a group of 3 girls looking for a quiet getaway. We stayed by the pool for the days and got a taxi into Palma and Down to the Portals nous marina a 2nd night. (15mins and 5 mins in a cab). Pool side cocktails were fabulous and our room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
The immediate area was also lovely with a couple of small boutiques and shops.
Perfect for a mini break.

Arriving by car, we found there was no parking. The hotel was in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by houses and apartment buildings, with the sound of traffic in the background.
Once in our room, we took in the view: the sea in the distance, the pool and gardens below, framed by residential buildings and small villas.
It’s clear that the property has only been partially renovated. The bathroom in the room is new, but the building itself is not.
From the first night, we started having back pain due to the very low-quality mattress.
We are a healthy couple in our mid-thirties, and sleeping badly compromised our holiday. There was no support from the hotel.
The hotel has a new gym. However, there is no enforcement of hygiene rules: some guests, shirtless and barefoot, lie down on the equipment and mats while sweating, creating an impression of uncleanliness.
The dining room and bar staff were excellent. The buffets, both at breakfast and dinner, were good.
In terms of service and customer care, this is not a four-star hotel. Very poor value for money.

The hotel is 4 minutes away from the bus station.
The rooms are medium sized, clean with balconies, they have outdoor pools which are seasonal and indoor pool which is very small but heated and open all year and spa that is free yet you have to pre-book to be permitted in.
Breakfast has some good options yet no one to make you omelettes.
The staff were friendly and professional, but there was one receptionist who was rude and racist towards Arabs and Muslims ( Alexander was his name)
Over all I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities, size and location.
