We checked in the reverance mare after having one night at a hotel we were really unhappy with. We approached the receptionist and explained our situation and she was really kind and understanding and tried her very best to find us a room at a reasonable rate. We booked and moved our stuff from the other hotel and when checking in we were given a box of chocolates a notepad and a pen and 2 bottles of water. The receptionist was very informative about the hotel and told us where everything was and the times of everything. The room was very clean and the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in. I could not get over the fact it was a whole king sized bed!!! Usually abroad it's two beds pushed together but this was one massive bed and it was very comfy! The Aircon is silent but very powerful, we had it on the lowest setting and that was enough! The rooftop pool and bar is stunning and you must go up there if you get the chance. The spa is also lovely and free to use and the outdoor pools also very clean. We only went bed and breakfast but the bufet was quite small not a lot of choice for dinner either I would say this is my only criticism of the whole stay, but with it being small the chef cooks to order so I suppose that is a good thing! The hotel is very relaxed and quiet so I would say if your looking for a party vibe this is not for you, but we loved how chilled and quiet it was, it was exactly what we wanted. Soundproofing is good except between the rooms you can hear the room next door if they are talking loudly like the people were next to us but the hotel handle noise complaints very well. Overall I would definitely recommend the reverance mare if your looking for somewhere to stay in palmanova the staff are amazing and the facilities really good value for money

My husband & I stayed at the Adults Only Reverence Mare Hotel 14th - 28th June, with friends who have stayed there many times before. It's a light, bright, modern hotel. Our Pool View room with balcony was well appointed on the 1st Floor. It was minimalistic, spacious, with twin Queen beds which were really comfortable. The wardrobes were more than adequate with loads of hangers 👏 The bathroom, was one of the best I've encountered in a hotel. Again quite minimalistic but catered for all your needs; shower a good size, always hot water, large basin unit with equally large mirror above & large shelf below for all your toiletries. Robe / towel hooks on the wall👏 The beach was literally across the road where we swam early each morning & used the pools during the day. We were bed & breakfast & enjoyed the buffet style which catered for all tastes & whilst there were many guests, it didn't feel like a cattle market. In the evenings, we would choose from an amazing number of restaurants within easy walking distance. We 'ate in' about 4 times & whilst it wasn't fine-dining, the buffet style was very good value. As others have said. the staff are amazing. Bar Manager Angel was so friendly, funny & efficient. The rest of the staff are a credit to the hotel too. We were up early but the cleaning staff were up earlier mopping every outside surface, (sun beds were hosed down in the evenings) and that level of cleanliness was mirrored throughout the whole hotel. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel in Palma Nova.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and honestly, I think it might be the best hotel on the entire island of Mallorca. Everything was absolutely perfect — outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and delicious food. Without a doubt, this was one of the best levels of service I have ever experienced. The staff is always ready to help with anything, everywhere and at any time. Everyone is very attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Mallorca, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and luxurious vacation.

The hotel was lovely and modern, Staff very friendly, are room was very nice room 204 on same level as reception. Breakfast was very good could could not say the same for dinner thought the variety of cooked food was limited and salad bar not replenish enough times so so days was not a good choice. Would say the soup was amazing every day. Would stay here again on bed and breakfast but definitely not with evening meal.

Beautiful hotel , staff are so nice and helpful , restraunt staff are really lovely , very hard worked . Food is gorgeous , sometimes could be a little repetitive. Restraunt manager is very nice ( I think he is from England) Pools are lovely , staff could keep an eye on towels , but not a big issue ! I have booked for next year , best hotel I've stayed in in Palma nova and great location .
