I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
All the staff were amazing and genuinely did their best to make guests happy. It was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I completely fell in love with the room and especially the view from the room.
I’ve been to Bodrum before, and although it was more expensive there, the food was pretty average. In this hotel, however, the quality and variety of both the food and desserts were excellent.
The drinks were a bit average, and the bartenders sometimes seemed inexperienced and slightly confused, but there were so many positive things about this hotel that I still gladly give it a full score!
I especially enjoyed the waffles, pizza, and ice cream at Pine Street near the main pool.
One negative point was that there wasn’t a proper bar menu available in some areas, and the bartenders often made drinks based on their own taste, which probably affected the overall quality and consistency of the cocktails. I think I only had one truly delicious mojito during my entire stay.
My husband also tried the massage service and was very satisfied with the experience.
During our stay, we were able to choose one à la carte restaurant from several available in the hotel. We chose the Italian restaurant, and the sunset view there was absolutely dreamy. The server at the Italian restaurant was also incredibly active, polite, and excellent.
The salsa performance was amazing and definitely the liveliest night of all. There were also Zumba, yoga, Pilates classes, and even canoeing, which was free and so much fun!
The water slides were incredibly fun, and I had such a great time on them. The views from the slides were absolutely stunning!
There were several pools and many different beachside areas for sunbathing. The hotel also had dedicated spaces for children, and it was obvious that kids absolutely loved this place — especially because there were dance programs for them every night.
We went there for our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with fruit and wine in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It truly made us happy, and we’re very thankful to the hotel for that.
A few important notes:
The hotel is really huge, and because of the Kurban Bayram holiday, it was very crowded. However, except during dinner time, it never felt too overwhelming during the rest of the day.
The food stations were constantly refilled until the very last minute, and everything was always plentiful. The variety of food was excellent.
There were several bars around the hotel, and our favorite was definitely the Sunset Bar.
The internet speed was excellent both in the room and throughout the entire hotel. I even suspect there might be separate Wi‑Fi routers inside the rooms, and honestly, this was a very important and valuable point for us.
Overall, the hotel could improve the drinks a little, but even without that, it still has so many wonderful qualities that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The resort is spotlessly clean and a huge space that has been very thoughtfully planned out.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and most go out of their way to serve you.
We're here in the quiet season, April , so the hotel is very quiet. I'm sure that it will be very busy and a lot more noisy in the peak summer season.
Plenty of choices with places to sit and relax and a lovely trekking area on the slopes of the hill amongst the pine trees to one side of the resort.
The buffet food is outstanding in terms of quality and variety.
Overall an excellent resort with no complaints

Pine Bay Hotel is an excellent resort located on a small beach!
The reception stuff was professional but also kind and helpful with anything we needed!
The food and buffets were delicious and well chosen according the season..
The room were clean and tidy, really comfortable beds and bathrooms can be with shower or bathtubs too.
It has an indoor pool surrounded by trees where you feel like you are in a secret garden.
The outdoor pools seem also good and you have the opportunity to go to the private beach in front of the hotel as well (we visited the hotel in winter so we didn't have the chance to swim)
The hamam was traditional and there is wellness spa as well with extra admission (normal prices)
We have kids so our 4 year-old daughter had a great time at the kids club where she made ceramic and watched movies.
Since we visited on winter we had limited access to outdoor activities but overall it was an amazing experience..
We would definitely visit the resort again.

It has been a pleasure to stay at Pine Bay Holiday Resort with my family over the course of 7 nights. The facilities, location, catering and most importantly the staff have been nothing but welcoming ready to help (especially the reception staff Ilyas & Orkun) also to Sezer (Consierge).
All the staff speak English and the signage are marked clearly in English also.
I will most definitely visit this 5 star resort hotel once again, when we return to Kusadasi, Turkey due to the positive impression it has left on me and my family.
Thank you guys, you have made our stay enjoyable and comforting.

We previously had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is why we chose it again for our honeymoon. However, we were disappointed to see that everything about the hotel has deteriorated. We stayed in room 3624 between September 30th and October 3rd. To summarize our feedback:
Except for the reception staff, most of the employees seemed unhappy and served guests with clear frustration.
Although the hotel is described as a family-friendly establishment, there were large groups of men whose behavior was disturbing to other guests.
The elevator connecting the hotel to the beach was out of order for an entire week.
At the bar, it was nearly impossible to find the cocktails you wanted, and the staff showed a careless attitude.
Seeing cockroaches in the open buffet area was shocking.
In addition, stray animals wandering freely around the dining area negatively affect public health. This is an issue that definitely requires preventive measures.
Worst of all, when we shared our feedback with guest relations, their indifferent and dismissive attitude was the final straw.
We sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore customer satisfaction, so that we can consider visiting again in the future.
