We had a truly wonderful stay here. The food was good — not extremely special or very extensive, but definitely enjoyable. The swimming pool is lovely, and if you want to swim in the sea, you can either walk there in just a few minutes or take the free shuttle bus. At the beach you’ll find sunbeds and you can get water as well.
It’s not a super‑luxury hotel, and in my opinion it’s probably not a full five‑star experience, but that wasn’t our expectation anyway. The price–quality ratio is simply very good. Almost everyone here is friendly and helpful.
Our special thanks go to the cleaner, Bahar — a very kind and incredibly hardworking woman who keeps smiling despite the busy workload. Our room was spotless every time we returned. We also had an issue with the shower, which Ali, the technician, fixed very quickly. Another friendly man with a warm smile. So important.
We would like to thank you all for our wonderful stay.

Before I start, I have to mention one thing. There is a woman walking around the hotel asking guests to leave 5-star reviews. I think reviews should be honest and based on each guest's own experience, not requested during the holiday.
The hotel is made up of around 80% local Turkish families, with the remaining guests being a mix of Polish, Serbian, English and other nationalities. Despite being busy during the day, it became quiet after 11:00 pm, which was great for families and anyone wanting a peaceful night's sleep.
The room itself wasn't bad, but the bathroom definitely needs renovation. The shower was poor, and the worst part was the unpleasant smell coming from the toilet throughout our stay.
Food was available almost all day. As an adult, I could always find something to eat, but it was much harder for my children. They mostly lived on chips because the pasta dishes they wanted were usually cold. The outdoor BBQ was also disappointing, with meat sometimes being served undercooked. Overall, we had mixed feelings about the food.
The drinks were much better. There was a great selection of soft drinks, which made the children happy. The beer was surprisingly good, while the spirits were local brands and could have been of better quality.
The staff were friendly and tried their best to help, but almost none of them spoke English, which made communication very difficult.
The swimming pools were one of the best parts of the hotel. They were clean, well maintained and enjoyable for both adults and children.
The biggest disappointment for families was the Wi-Fi. There was no internet connection in our room, only a very weak signal on the balcony. The best connection was around the pool area. I'll attach photos showing the Wi-Fi signal.
Overall, this hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. Based on our experience, we would rate it somewhere between 2.5 and 3 stars. It has some positives, especially the pools, drinks and peaceful evenings, but there are too many shortcomings to justify a higher rating.

We stayed at Garden of Sun Hotel in July 2026 as a family with two young children. We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a **5-star All Inclusive** resort. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Our problems started on arrival. After a long journey, the hotel could not find our booking and we had to wait around **1.5 hours** at reception before we were finally given a room.
The room itself was far below what we expected from a 5-star hotel. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains, mould on the bathroom silicone, peeling wallpaper and the overall condition of the bathroom was poor. The toilet broke on the second day of our stay. Although it was repaired after we reported it, this should not happen in a hotel advertised as 5 stars.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. Towels were not replaced and our room was not cleaned during the first few days until we complained. Only after raising the issue did the room finally receive proper attention.
The room facilities were also poor. The television was extremely small with a bad signal, the safe did not work properly, the refrigerator was very basic, and no bathroom toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel were provided during our entire stay.
The food did not meet the standard expected from a 5-star All Inclusive hotel. The Kids Club was very disappointing, and most entertainment was only in Turkish, making it difficult for international guests and children to participate. Communication with many members of staff was also difficult because English was very limited.
On our final night and the following morning there was no water, which was extremely inconvenient before travelling home.
I have photographs documenting these issues.
There were a few positive points. The air conditioning worked well, the swimming pools were enjoyable, and when we reported the broken toilet it was repaired within about two hours.
Overall, however, this hotel did not provide the standard that we were promised when booking a 5-star All Inclusive holiday. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

I was on a trip with my whole family, and I have to say that the service was excellent, especially from the poolside bartenders, John and Samet. They were always friendly, funny, and professional, and they truly made our stay more enjoyable. They definitely deserve a bonus! Special greetings to John – thank you for always knowing my order before I even reached the bar. See you next time!

We had a very nice stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and we enjoyed spending time together here. Everything met our expectations, and we had a relaxing holiday. We would happily come back and recommend this hotel to others.
