Great hotel, fabulous service. The best breakfast with everything you can imagine including custom order omelets, eggs, etc. Proseco station with orange juice was a nice touch included. Servers are constantly taking care of you. They charge for items in the refrigerator bar, which is normal but also for each coffee pod, not cool. We had a hot tub on our balcony, very nice amenity. Bartender was awesome guy and the front desk was exceptional. Pools were very nice and clean. 3 separate hotels on property with several restaurants. Wonderful shower with large rain type head. We had complimentary pickup from the airport. Not sure if that is normal or based on our Marriott status and Elite Titanium. Dinner was phenomenal. The Greek salad was easily shareable and the bread is now our favorite on Earth. Lovely view of the bay from the restaurant. Would go back to this hotel for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has great amenities and the breakfast, in particular, was excellent with plenty of high-quality options.
The rooms are spacious and kept clean with daily service.
The entire team is kind and attentive, but I want to give a special shout-out to the two staff members working at the pool; they provided exceptional service and truly elevated our overall stay.

Just reminiscing of my trip to Mykonos brings a smile to my face! It started with my hotel the Myconian Kyma. My first 5 star hotel and I loved it. Not crazy busy and I felt so welcomed as the staff knew who I was... being a solo traveler this made me feel safe. The size of the room are like those in NYC small but cute...and the view!!! OMG beautiful. The water is gorgeous and overlooking Mykonos Town. Breakfast was amazing... normally I skip the buffet breakfast at most resorts but I quickly got dressed every morning to make it in time. So many fresh selections. My favorites tomatoes with broiled feta, scrambled eggs (perfectly made... soft & moist), eggs over easy (somebody in the kitchen has skills!!l) smoked salmon with capers, Greek yogurt with walnuts, granola and dried plums (so fresh). Slices of watermelon and honeydew and there was so much more. A few afternoons I took a nap at the pool. I love the water beds & cabanas...reservations not needed. The heated jacuzzi was great just not sure why parents allowed their kids to play in the jacuzzi. Please note... if you have mobility issues this may not be a good place for you. There are a ton of stairs. Its apparent across the island that nothing was leveled out instead every building was constructed around the terrain. You go up & down stairs to get to your room. If you decide to walk to Fabrika or Mykonos Town/Chora its about a 10 minute walk but you need a good pair of walking shoes. I wore my tennis shoes the entire trip. Again very hilly but at least you build up an appetite or you burn off a ton of calories.

This was our second stay at Myconian Kyma, and the fact that we chose to return says everything. We travel a lot, and coming back to the same hotel is something we rarely do. Kyma truly deserves it.
The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and incredibly family-friendly. Everything is maintained to the highest standard. The two swimming pools are beautiful, especially the sunbeds that extend into the water. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, there were always plenty of excellent sunbeds available, which made the pool area feel relaxed rather than crowded.
The food was outstanding every single day, and the service was simply exceptional. The level of hospitality here goes far beyond what most people expect—even in Greece, where hospitality is already famous. Every member of the staff, from the restaurant team and pool attendants to housekeeping, was genuinely warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
A special thank you to Val, the hotel manager, who took the time to introduce us to the two neighboring Myconian Collection hotels, just a few steps away. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that guests of Kyma can also enjoy the facilities, pools, and breakfast at both properties. Naia offers a peaceful adults-only ultra-luxury atmosphere, while Korali has a more vibrant, stylish vibe with a DJ and a fantastic pool scene. Having access to all three hotels adds tremendous value to the stay.
Our 36 m² room with two balconies was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day.
One small but very thoughtful touch that we loved was the complimentary ice cream served around the pool every afternoon. It’s little details like this that make guests feel truly appreciated.
Overall, everything deserves a perfect 10/10—the facilities, the food, the pools, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and above all, the incredible people who work here.
We can recommend Myconian Kyma without the slightest hesitation, and we are already looking forward to returning for the third time.

There is a €15 daily environmental charge, which was on the registration form. I specifically asked Poppy when we checked in what I was signing for and she said “don’t worry about it, it’s just for incidentals” so the charge at checkout was a surprise.
The hotel is very clean but not so practical. Eg. No USB/C charging, bring an adaptor. Only one small hook for wet towels. Limited storage. The shower is fabulous.
Bed’s comfy and clean fresh sheets. The cleaning staff were meticulous.
The hotel advertised a gym, but this was only just being built.
Breakfast wasn’t great. All the ‘hot’ food was lukewarm at best. There were a lot of friendly staff, but lack of management. e.g. 4 different people came and asked if we wanted juice. The breads, cheeses, cold cuts etc were good quality. The cakes were stale.
There is a supermarket up the hill, no shop in the hotel to buy water (2 small bottles of water were left in the room everyday, but nobody mentioned this in the 5 min room tour)
There is a coffee machine in the room but €2 per pod. We had some instant coffee but no spoons in the room.
We had a room with a hot tub, which was perfect for the early May weather.
WiFi was good.
Hotel is a ten minute walk downhill, into town with plenty of very good restaurants/coffee shops and shopping.
