Husband and I just spend 3 nights here and it has been one of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived everyone was so kind and helpful. Food was amazing, staff was always around helping, the hotel was always cleaned, and the room was perfect. The room has such and amazing view and the bed was the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We ended up going to the spas and I can rave enough about that. My biggest love about this hotel is that you can smell the scent from down the street. I wish I could bring that smell home.
Any bad review is just someone that hates their lives. This place is perfect. Thank you for the best experience while we were on our honeymoon.

Amazing hotel! The hotel was super pretty. Rooms were comfortable, pretty, modern, and spacious. Breakfast was so good as well. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Best hotel I've stayed that I can remember. You really feel you are at a 5-start hotel. Take advantage of the transportation from the hotel. They'll charge you a very reasonable flat fee vs fighting with random taxi drivers

We spent three amazing days at the Myconian Ambassador, and it was honestly perfect. The location couldn’t be better – right next to Scorpios and with breathtaking views over the sea. Our room was stunning, super clean, and had that dreamy Mykonos vibe.
But what really made the stay unforgettable was the people – the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and just genuinely warm. And the Greek hospitality… absolutely unmatched. We felt so welcome from the first minute.
Can’t wait to come back – this place is pure magic! 🇬🇷✨

We stayed five days here, and it was an excellent experience. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view complete with a Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after exploring Mykonos.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and attentive service that made each morning a pleasure. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury in Mykonos.

Don’t let the photos mislead you — this hotel is nowhere near 5-star quality. At first, I didn’t want to complain, but what truly pushed me to write this review was the staff’s attitude toward Western guests. The moment you turn your back, they whisper, giggle, and make unpleasant remarks. I’m referring mainly to the women at the front desk, including one of the managers, whose behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. They seem to think they’re doing us a favor by visiting their island, when in reality, they still have a long way to go in learning what genuine hospitality means.
Now, about the room: the mattress is basically a hard board mattress with a thin plush topper — and that’s what they consider “5-star comfort.” No matter how beautiful the view may be, if you can’t get a proper night’s sleep, nothing else matters.
To make things worse, every morning while I was still asleep, the hotel would call my room early morning to ask if I wanted it cleaned. A true 5-star property should know how to respect a guest’s rest and privacy.
For fellow Western travelers: if you’re looking for genuine hospitality, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Your claim regarding unpaid personal charges is incorrect — everything was paid in full at the time of my checkout. In addition, I am disappointed to see yet another false accusation made against me.
I simply asked your receptionist to explain the $17.00 climate tax, as they were unable to clarify what the charge was for. I declined to pay that specific fee until I could understand it, and instead I was met with a threat from your staff member.
Given the two false statement made and the unprofessional behavior I experienced, I am considering escalating this matter
