We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with beautiful décor that gave it a real sense of luxury. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, always smiling and eager to help.
A special mention to Stephan at the bar, who was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The reception team, concierge and transport porters were all exceptional too – professional, attentive and always happy to assist.
It’s the people that really make this hotel stand out, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Where do I even start. The “Royal Myconian,” supposedly a Leading Hotel of the World, is an absolute joke. Room 113, and the bed is like a plank of wood, the pillows are rock hard. Five stars? Don’t make me laugh.
The staff are the most incompetent I’ve ever dealt with. Half of them barely speak English, and the ones who do are rude and downright unpleasant. For what you pay per night, this is unacceptable. I was furious.
It starts from check-in, cold, charmless, not even a hint of hospitality. And then you find out you have to PAY for the airport shuttle, while any random 3-star hotel in Mykonos picks you up for free. Says everything about their priorities.
This hotel is the complete opposite of class and luxury. I hate this place and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and your sanity. Run.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Royal Boutique on the -2 level of the Royal Myconian Resort. Manager Steve and her staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. They also have an excellent selection of beautiful, high-quality clothing and accessories. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, yet their professionalism and warm attitude made us want to come back—and we did! We returned a few days later for another purchase because the service was simply outstanding. Thank you for making our shopping experience so enjoyable. We highly recommend this boutique to anyone visiting Mykonos

Pristine location, stunning hotel, professional attentive staff. We had a room that was very private down, lower in the property. It was wonderful.
My only qualm is that, even though rooms are very nice and well cared for, there were a couple maintenance issues that I had to pester the staff for days to deal with (a very loud squeaky toilet room door).
A hack for Mykonos is to rent a car from the airport. The price of a one-way Uber ride to our resort was equal to 3 days car rental of a small car. It's a tiny little island and it's fun to get around on your own. We rented a car through this hotel, which was convenient, but it was 2-3x the price of renting from the airport. Also, a little market called My Market Local is a super nice little store that is actually huge inside and has everything you could think of, including fresh produce, great prices on alcohol, some very nice cigars, and many other things. It'll save you a ton over purchasing everything through the hotel.

We recently stayed at the Royal Myconian and organized a large kosher family event for around 200 guests. Our experience was simply exceptional from beginning to end.
What impressed us most was the incredible level of service. Every single member of the team was welcoming, attentive and always smiling. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The attention to detail, generosity and genuine desire to make every moment special were remarkable.
The food was another highlight. Organizing a fully kosher event of this size is not easy, yet the quality was outstanding throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. For kosher travelers, it is also worth mentioning that eating kosher at the Myconian is surprisingly easy, and the quality is far beyond what you would normally expect from hotel kosher dining.
We stayed in the Royal Suite, which was beautiful, extremely spacious and comfortable, with our own private pool and spectacular views. In fact, the entire property is stunning — almost every corner of the hotel offers an incredible view of the sea and Mykonos.
Another huge advantage is having access to the different Myconian properties nearby. We loved being able to enjoy the different atmospheres, pools and restaurants at the Royal, Imperial, Avaton and Villa Collection. It really feels like having several luxury resorts within one experience.
The private beach is also exceptional. It is beautifully set up and complimentary for hotel guests, with crystal-clear turquoise water and everything you need to spend a perfect day by the sea.
A very special thank you to Christiana, who managed the organization of our event with incredible professionalism, patience and attention to every detail. She played a huge part in making this celebration so special for our family.
We would also like to sincerely thank all the directors and the entire Royal Myconian team. The warmth and generosity we experienced throughout our stay were truly exceptional.
And finally, a special mention to Panos, the owner, who is incredibly friendly, approachable and always smiling. It is quite unique to see an owner so present around the property, taking the time to speak with guests, share a moment and even offer a drink. That personal touch says a lot about the spirit of the Myconian.
We came to Mykonos to celebrate a very important family event, and the Royal Myconian helped turn it into an unforgettable experience for us and our 200 guests.
Beautiful hotel, spectacular location, amazing food, outstanding service and, above all, wonderful people.
We cannot recommend the Royal Myconian highly enough and will definitely be back.
Thank you for everything!
