Wouldn’t call it a 4star maybe more a 3star . The staff can’t do enough but I think it’s the manager who is visible during breakfast and evening meals in my opinion was very openly chastising the waiters/waitress in front of guests which again in my opinion was not very professional and felt uncomfortable at times . The rooms are very small with not much storage . The rooms are also a bit dated . The carpets in the hallways was a bit smelly which was very noticeable due to water leaks . The view from our balcony was beautiful which made up for the size of the room . The Breakfast was great plenty of selection along with drinks . PLEASE NOTE they are only 10 sunbeds with a hotel population of maybe 100+ and the pool is more of a plunge pool which is very shallow . So please be aware . We went across the road opposite the hotel . Sunbeds are free but I think you may have to buy a drink to claim a sunbed which wasn’t a problem at all . There are steps down into the sea if you need to cool off where the water is shallow and easy to swim . I recommend going towards the Windmill if you don’t mind laying on concrete. Where access to the sea is much easier and not rocky at all . I would visit Corfu again but maybe choose a different hotel . The pictures on the site are not a very good representation of the rooms . They look a lot nicer on the website than in real life . This is an honest reflection of my time at this hotel

Our first holiday to Corfu,Oh My Word! We Loved every moment!. The hotel is about 30 mins walk, from the airport. On arrival,we recieved a very warm, genuine welcome, from the receptionist(cant remember her name), she had reddish hair, very well,spoken/"pronounced" english.. she checked us in,and made our day, telling us our room had been upgraded! Nice1! Another receptionist gave us each,a complimentary limoncello, cold drink- very much needed in the 30degree heat!! We felt so,"at home",from that moment. Loved the greek music, which played,in the lifts! Our room was 407 on the top floor,What A View!! Absolutely stunning, sea view, huge, clean, airy room, fresh, shower was pretty good! 2single beds as opposed to a double- didnt matter, they were comfortable, a fridge with bottles of iced water, tea/coffee machine,in the room. The staff were all, just lovely, pleasant, always spoke to us, i didnt get everyones name, but i Must mention Angela,Angelina,Maria Alexandra,Stella(restaurant supervisor), and... oh my word, one of the most charmimg, most pleasant young men,i could ever meet, Marjun(i think i have the correct name?!) Hes quite a new start,as i inadvertantly "put put him on th spot", at the restaurant the 2nd night, Alexandra graciously helped him,he was so apologetic.. I made a new friend, from that moment,he was such a Darling! I couldve taken him home with me!, haha. He even said, for a laugh the day we were leaving, hed come with us! What a character!! Anyway, aside from.that, the food is excellent,a wide variety,at breakfast,we also.enjoyed the a la carte menu, the 2nd evening we were there. I LOVE the detox flavoured water,at breakfast! It is Soo refreshing! The hotel is ansolutely wonderful, and i Can guarantee you,God Willing we Will return! THANK YOU SO MUCH,to you all, for your friendship and hospitality, and makimg our first visit to Corfu,a memorable, happy one! Corfu,we Love you!!

The hotel was initially disappointing, due to an underwhelming arrival experience but we grew into it during our week there. We had a large (and expensive!) room on the 4th floor but apart from its size, it offered less than we had hoped for. A large external terrace had sufficient chairs and lounging facilities but offered no shade, so it wasn’t used to its potential. The staff were generally helpful but room service needed to attend to details, such as replenishing consumed items on a daily basis. The breakfasts were very good and the evening optional buffet was enjoyed on 2 of our 3 visits. The choices didn’t always inspire. The location afforded a delightful view of the bay, although was 1.5 miles from the town centre, which would challenge some walkers in the hotter weather. Overall, we enjoyed our week but would probably select a smaller room, which offered much better value without much compromise of facility.

This hotel is ranked as 4 star this was probably true in the 1980s but not now. The majority of the hotel needs a complete overhaul, especially in the bedrooms as there is only a shower in a bath, in which the bath is not functional as there is no taps or a plug, there is no extractor fan either, so you need to keep the bathroom door open.
The restaurant/bar staff were exceptional and very hard working
The pool area is quite limited as there is only 12 sunbeds and there is definitely not a beach 2 minutes away across the road, this is a small area of sand/gravel and dead vegetation

Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid for a sea view room and tried contacting the hotel multiple times beforehand to confirm it — no response at all.
On arrival, I was delayed due to passport control and checked online that dinner was served until 9:30 pm. I arrived at 9:00 pm and was rushed straight to dinner without check-in, only to find it was actually closing. Staff were lovely but clearly not informed, food was being taken away while I was serving myself, and the whole experience felt very uncomfortable and rushed.
Once in the room, I found two single beds instead of a double and the air conditioning didn’t work.
To make matters worse, I was called at 9:30/40pm and asked to go down to reception to pay for a small plastic bottle of water. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I also noticed staff working late at night were back again early in the morning, which raises concerns about working conditions.
At check-out, I spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. However, I felt the manager’s response was dismissive and full of excuses rather than taking responsibility.
Overall, I paid over £200 for a 4 star hotel, but the experience felt worse than many hostels I’ve stayed in.
Would not recommend.
