The hotel sets the bar quite high. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's clean, there's a variety of food and drinks (brands and local) served which is excellent. The ambiance is remarkable. Lots of activities offered. You won't get bored.
A big shout goes to Vasiliki who looks after customers in the gym. She gave me excellent advice on exercises specific to my needs that also pushed me to the next level. She explained well and kept it fun. She's very encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive.
Thank you very much to everyone at Mitsis for looking after us. We highly recommend Mitsis to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with a luxurious interior, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The food selection was excellent — varied, fresh, and very tasty. We especially appreciated that the hotel could prepare special meals for our 1-year-old child without salt or sugar.
A special thank you to the Kids Club Storyland team. The staff were incredibly kind, and our child absolutely loved the mini disco and evening entertainment. The Disney characters, bubble show, and magician were definitely the highlights for her.
Highly recommended for families with children — we would happily visit again!

The Mitsis Laguna Selection is, quite simply, an incredible hotel. The grounds are beautiful and cared for down to the last detail: immaculate gardens, spectacular pools, and a level of upkeep you notice everywhere.
It offers every service you could possibly imagine, and then some — a huge range of activities, restaurants of all kinds (from Greek cuisine to international options), and unique touches that set it well above average.
It's a place that works equally well for families with children and for couples. We came with ours and they had a wonderful time, while we still found quiet moments to unwind. In that sense, it's hard to beat.
But if there's one thing I have to single out above all else, it's the people. The staff are what truly make the experience special. Niko, one of the waiters, made every meal warmer; Odysseas, the pool lifeguard, always attentive and smiling; and the three girls from Storyland at the kids' club, who won the children over from day one. They are the ones who turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one.
One reflection, said with all due respect: it feels as though part of the model leans on Greece's economic situation. As Spaniards we were something of a rarity there — you'd occasionally spot an Italian, but the overwhelming majority of guests come from the UK, France and Germany, and at times I noticed a dynamic in how the local staff were treated, almost as if the Greeks owed these northern countries something. I didn't find that quite fair. I point it out not as a criticism of the hotel — which has a wonderful Greek team — but in the hope that the human quality of its people is recognised and valued as it deserves.
In short: an exceptional place, with a team worth their weight in gold. We'd come back without hesitation.

We booked Mitsis Laguna Resort & Spa based on its excellent reviews and chose the all-inclusive option as we were travelling with a toddler. Unfortunately, compared to previous five-star resorts we’ve stayed at, the experience was somewhat disappointing overall.
The biggest positive was the staff, who were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the buffet food was fairly average and lacked standout quality or variety. The à la carte restaurants were mixed — the brunch and fish restaurant were excellent and far superior to the buffet, but other options did not meet expectations.
Travelling with a toddler highlighted a few issues. We were initially allocated a room involving multiple stairs despite our child being included on the booking, although the hotel did promptly move us once we raised this. There were also ongoing difficulties getting a functional high chair, with several having broken straps and long waits during meal times.
Service at breakfast and dinner was often slower than expected for a five-star hotel, particularly when waiting for drinks. The indoor games area for children was also poorly organised, with limited staff support and payment machines not functioning properly.
Finally, on our last morning the toilet flush in our room stopped working. Despite reporting it early in the morning and following up again at checkout, nobody attended before we left.
To the hotel’s credit, management did make efforts to improve our experience after feedback was shared, which we appreciated. However, despite some positives, the overall stay did not meet the standards we expected from a five-star all-inclusive resort, and unfortunately we would not return based on this experience.

Absolutely fantastic food and service. Roula was brilliant looked after us and made sure we were happy with everything. Thoroughly recommend this place and give it 5 stars for everything. The other waiters were also superb especially our wine waiter.
