Very nice hotel, and friendly staff.
The food is good with plenty of variation, but could use a bit more spices.
Just not much to see outside the hotel area, but taxi is cheap, so it’s easy to get around.
I can recommend booking a snorkling trip from the hotel. Very friendly staff on the boat and not too crowded. Many others book too many people at one time.
There was also a good photographer with us on the trip, that took some great photos. You of course have to pay extra for that, but I think it was worth it.

Just spent 11 nights at this hotel, sadly today is check out day. A huge 5 star plus review.
Cocktail and drinks were perfect every single time ( very strong ) but tasty 😋
The Asian restaurant is a must visit, we also loved the buffet restaurant with different varieties of food each night.
A special mention to Muhammed at the beach bar ( utopia beach bar)
Muhammed from vibe and nada from the burger boulevard who become more like friends to us
A special mention also to jess from the animation team who supported us each day and kept us up to date with all the activities and parties that was happening.
Id highly recomend anyone to do the boat trip this was also amazing.
Our cleaner who may i add made our room spotless each day, also made me happy everyday to come to the room to an amazing towel model.
We are visiting again in 14 weeks due to having an amazing stay this time around. Meraki we will see you again soon 😁😁

Overall, this is a really good hotel. I spent 7 days here and, in general, had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the hotel even better.
I was not very satisfied with the taste and variety of the food, and the drinks were not of very good quality. I would also recommend replacing the sunbeds near the swimming pool, as they are quite worn.
I would really like to highlight the amazing entertainment team. They are doing a fantastic job — always happy to inform guests about the daily programme and consistently lifting the mood with their positivity and energy. The overall hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Additionally, I really liked the hotel territory, which is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean.

Couldn’t fault the place at all! The hotel was perfect! Rooms were always made spotless by the Lovely Ahmed, he even made decorations with the towels and flowers, loved coming back each day to a different one!
The entertainment and food were great! There was always something different going on, the entertainment team was amazing, such a fun and outgoing group of people, especially Ellie! He was always so kind and always went out of his way to talk to us and to see how we are doing, and to involve us in everything.
Highly recommend, will be back again 💝

We had a good stay at the hotel for Egyptian standards. The hotel grounds are beautifully designed, well-maintained, and create a really pleasant atmosphere to relax in.
The food was really good with a nice variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
However, there were a few downsides. A lot of Slavic “Russian” guests were reserving sunbeds by the pool very early in the morning (around 6–7 AM), which made it difficult to find a spot later in the day.
Additionally, we arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., check-in at 2 p.m. We handed over our passports and came back at 2 p.m. to get a room card. It was chaos; they wanted to take payment even though everything had been paid for through Booking. They asked if we had booked two rooms, I showed the confirmation from Booking several times, but they were too disorganized.
Room was big with side sea view. But there was mold in the bathroom, which definitely needs attention. The shower stall was not very comfortable.
Another issue was with our room. We booked a large double bed through Booking, but received two single beds instead. When we raised this at reception, we were told to come back the next day to check if another room might become available, which was quite inconvenient and not what we expected.
