A Wonderful Stay at Las Arenas, Can Pastilla.We had a truly wonderful experience at Las Arenas in Can Pastilla. What stood out most was the exceptional staff—every single team member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, the front office staff made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out, the restaurant team provided attentive service at every meal, and both the coffee shop and bar staff were always warm, friendly, and happy to help. Hotel is located just in the beach so it’s very convenient. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious dishes, with something to suit every taste. From the plentiful breakfast selection to the flavorful evening meals, every buffet was well presented, plentiful, and of a consistently high standard, making dining at the hotel a real pleasure.Beyond the outstanding service and food, the hotel’s terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views across the beautiful coastline, making it the perfect place to relax with a coffee or evening drink while taking in the scenery.
We highly recommend Las Arenas to anyone looking for a hotel that combines genuine hospitality, excellent food, and a fantastic location. It’s a place where the people truly make you feel valued and cared for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Las Arenas. Everything was very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and replaced the towels daily.
The breakfasts were delicious, and the dinners were just as good with plenty of choice. What I appreciate the most is the restaurant staff. They are always kind, professional, and friendly, making every meal a pleasure.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Can Pastilla, Mallorca. Every time we come to Mallorca, we stay here, and we will definitely keep coming back.

Falls a tad short from perfection in almost all fields, but it's a solid B&B choice if you find an offer, as you probably won't be able to use any of the hotel facilities.
I was quite concerned with the location and noise from the airport, but that's not the case. You can see the planes easily from the rooftop and looking west but they are a lot further than I expected. Noise is not an issue.
Need to know: breakfast is until 10.30 but already at 10 some food is gone and not restocked.
Rooftop opens at 10 and has not more than 30 sunbeds for potentially 300 guests (my guess). They all go within minutes even in low season. Fancy "double" sunbeds only occupy space and take dust cause they cost €50/day and... No one does that!
Rooftop "pool" is actually 2 tiny and shallow splash pools 90cm deep. There is a ground floor pool with a much worse view.
Gym exists but it was always close when I wanted to use it...
5* for the aircon system and the staff: responsive, helpful and friendly.

We bought the room with a sea view and they gave us a room with a side sea view. It took 2 nights before they changed our room. They say it is a 4 star hotel but it did not have the minimum amenities. We had to rent a kettle for 10 euros to make coffee or tea (which you brought from home) in the morning. The rooms are very small and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The scenery is absolutely stunning — it’s located right by the sea and very close to the beach, so you can enjoy beautiful ocean views at any time. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing and made the whole experience feel like a true getaway.
The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s easy and quick to get to the airport.
I would especially like to give a big thank you to Simona at the front desk. She was exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, she was always ready to help, answered all our questions with patience, and offered thoughtful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out and made us feel very welcome.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
