This hotel was amazing, the rooms were really modern, clean and tidy. The location was a 2 minute walk from all bars and restaurants and 200 metres from the beach. It was also a 10 minute walk from palmanova the next beach on.
The pool area was a real attraction and was really easy to get beds, and was very accommodating for our 8 month old.
The breakfast was spot on and had everything you could think of.
All in all the value for money for this hotel was 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The reception staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It felt damp and humid the entire time, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning was not available, as we were told it wasn’t yet the time to have it turned on, which made the humidity even harder to deal with.
Opening the balcony door wasn’t a good alternative either, since there was no insect screen, and flies would easily get into the room.
Breakfast was another downside, as most of the food was cold, which wasn’t very enjoyable. That said, the staff were willing to prepare a fresh omelette on request, and that was quite good.
Overall, while the service at reception was great, the room conditions and breakfast experience made the stay less comfortable than expected.

One of the best stays in Mallorca so far. We stayed in a loft room that is super spacious, with soundproof windows, great views, and all the amenities, including bathrobes, a coffee machine, microwave, and a minibar with free drinks, including a couple of beers.
The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and we fell asleep in just a couple of seconds.
Thanks so much for the warm welcome at the reception. We will continue choosing the Melia brand to enhance our stays in the future.
A small suggestion: The rooftop bar and pool close at 6pm We stayed off-season, in mid-May, but it would be great to enjoy the sunset with a drink even in May.

I'm not used to expect a standard hotel to be perfect, but there's a couple of things that I do like here ; the bed is very comfortable and the room is very well- isolated so you will for sure have a good sleep after your long night of club-hopping 😉.. location perfect and breakfast is good, I just wish that they use a better coffee beans to help with my hangover 😁. All in all, thank you for the service.

The entire trip my room smelled like feces/a dead animal and the hotel never did anything about it. It felt like nobody who worked there wanted to help you. Everytime we requested something the staff member would groan and be obviously reluctant and rude. The hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and hookers. No matter the time of night, we couldn't find any peace and quiet with individuals constantly yelling and chanting in and around the hotel. We are definitely not staying here again.
