Me and my boyfriend booked a one night get away here, and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The rooms are just as described and clean. The food is impeccable and credit to them as we enjoyed every bite. Our waiter was a joy, always with a smile and paid incredible attention to our needs. We booked a last minute massage which was insanely good too! Definitely recommend and we will be back!

The room was one of the biggest issues. We were given a street-facing room with no balcony, and the window directly overlooked the neighbouring property’s balcony. For privacy, we essentially had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The bed was also very uncomfortable and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. Only one extremely thin pillow was provided, barely two inches thick, making it feel like we were almost sleeping directly on the mattress. The overall bedding quality was closer to what I would expect from a basic hostel than a mid-range hotel. Cleanliness was also only average.
The room was not properly prepared upon arrival. There was no pool towel, the safe was locked and unusable, the body wash, conditionner and body lotions bottle were all empty. A front desk employee eventually came to the room and attempted to replace the bottles but was unable to do so. I asked her to have housekeeping resolve it the following day. Unfortunately, when we returned at around 5 PM the next day, the room had still not been serviced.
Our booking also indicated that a complimentary bottle of wine was included, but this was never provided, either at check-in or in the room.
Wi-Fi connectivity was also unreliable during our stay, requiring me to use my own mobile data.
Another particularly unusual aspect was the hotel’s policy prohibiting guests from keeping their own food and beverages in the room refrigerator, with a notice stating that housekeeping may remove them. Only hotel-provided or purchased items are apparently permitted. This felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Breakfast was also underwhelming. At around 9 AM, despite breakfast being served until 11 AM, there were no eggs, no juice, no coffee in the machine left and the selection was already quite limited. Replenishment should be much better during a breakfast service of this duration.
Overall, there were simply too many shortcomings: poor room privacy, uncomfortable bedding, poor soundproofing, average cleanliness, missing amenities, delayed housekeeping, unreliable Wi-Fi, a missing booking inclusion and a disappointing breakfast. Individually, some of these issues might be minor, but together they significantly affected our stay.
The views around the hotel are genuinely beautiful, which makes the experience all the more unfortunate. The property clearly has potential and could offer a much better experience with greater attention to detail and guest service. Unfortunately, the gap between that potential and the experience we received was quite significant, particularly given what felt like an overly pretentious approach from management.
After requesting a refund of one night for all those issue, the property refused. I will now contest the entire charge on my credit card for the service paid not received.

One of the best hotel experiences! The hotel is located in a charming medieval village surrounded by mountains. Super clean and it smelled so fresh everwhere. The hotel has stunning views out to the sea which made breakfast and dinner extra special. We went for the half board option which I would recommend 100%. The breakfast was delicious (everything from the pastries to the fresh orange juice) and we really enjoyed dinner whilst watching the sunset. You could choice 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert with the halfboard option. (Note there were a few options e.g. the steak which you had to pay 5 euros extra). The quality of the food was really good and everything was delicious!
We stayed in 3 different places whilst on the island and this was by far the best!
Extra big thanks to the hotel staff who made the stay even better especially Toni and Margarita who were always so welcoming and nice. Margarita was like a ray of sun always with a big smile on her face and making us feel right at home. Thank you and we will be definitely back!

The hotel is located in a beautiful village with nice view and peaceful environment. Very good breakfast, but the staff was unhelpful. The room was not clean and warn out, the AC was loud and not cooling. Anything we asked for was not possible or we had to pay. Considering that it is 4 star hotel with the level of room prices high, one expects client oriented approach and willingness to help.

This hotel was amazing and definitely worth every euro. The breakfast was especially wonderful — so many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly, the pool had a beautiful view, and the location was perfect for our trip.
