I am extremely disappointed with our stay at Divani Corfu Palace.
The renovated reception creates the impression that you are checking into a modern 4-star hotel, but this could not be further from the truth. Our room (239) was very outdated, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible mould and worn fixtures. This is simply not what you expect from a hotel of this category.
The biggest issue was that the bathroom door would not close. As we are travelling with a young child, this was a genuine safety concern because she kept running into the bathroom, where she could easily slip on the wet floor.
After reporting the issue, a maintenance worker arrived. Instead of a quick repair, he left the room door wide open and spent around 30 minutes drilling and hammering inside our bathroom. During this time, we had no privacy, could not use the bathroom, and nobody informed us how long the repair would take or apologised for the disruption in a meaningful way.
After we complained at reception, the hotel's gesture of goodwill was a few bruised apples and plums. Frankly, this felt inadequate given the inconvenience. I would have appreciated having the bathroom cleaned after the repair, as it was left covered in dust and debris, and having the dirty bathroom mat replaced. Instead, we had to deal with the mess ourselves.
The "repair" itself was also disappointing. The maintenance worker simply bent the metal strike plate outward so the door would latch. This looked like a temporary workaround rather than a proper repair. Is this really the standard of a 4-star hotel?
The management repeatedly said, "We're sorry," but apologies alone do not compensate for a poor guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have offered appropriate compensation or at least a partial refund for the room.
Overall, the renovated lobby hides the reality of the accommodation. Based on our experience, I would rate this hotel closer to 2 stars than 4. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to travellers expecting the quality that a 4-star rating promises.

I spent a week at Divani Palice Hotel early July 2026. I thought it was a really nice hotel, located in an elevated position overlooking the airport. Surprisingly there was no noise from the airport inside the hotel. The room was nice if a little small and it took a couple of attempts to get a twin room as I was sharing with a friend. We had booked a triple room but we're first offered a double then a twin with the beds very close together. It would have been less stressful if we had just been given the room we booked. After this thought the experience improved, the staff were great, especially Akis and Kristos behind the bar and Tokis who went out of his way to teach me a new Greek work every morning at breakfast 😃
The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and on Friday they had a couple of artists playing electro music with a viola, very entertaining.

Great stay overall! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel has wonderful amenities, including a large pool, gym, and spacious grounds that make it easy to relax. The location is very convenient, with frequent buses providing quick access to downtown Corfu and nearby attractions.
The main drawbacks are that the room interiors feel a bit dated, and soundproofing could be improved as noise can sometimes carry between rooms and hallways. That said, if you can overlook the older décor, this is a fantastic option for travelers looking for good amenities, great service, and easy access to Corfu's activities and city center.

Had a great time during a last minute 2 night stay. We had executive rooms which were lovely - super comfortable, great view of runway if that’s your thing. Decent breakfast with lots of choice although coffee not great! Spiridoula on front desk was very helpful to us. 2euro bus, takes twenty mins, goes approx every twenty mins, into Corfu town. V easy

Due to an early checkout from appt and late flight, and having a baby and toddler we arranged with hotel to spend day there. From the moment we arrived till we left the hotel staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Christos at pool bar who kept the drinks flowing, a light lunch was very good especially the pizzas. Pool area, toilets and areas of hotel we saw were spotless. It was very close to airport but like a little oasis. Without doubt if you wanted a hotel close to airport or Corfu town wouldnt hesitate to stay here. Thank you to all the staff!
