Amazing experience for my 30th birthday.. complimentary Bottle of prosecco and a birthday cake.. all the Staff were amazing (big shout out to Laurence, Abby and Carrlene) who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Housekeeping staff were awesome and cleaned our room to a high standard every day. Location is perfect because you’re away from the busy centre but if you want to go into the centre of Kos it’s only 15 minutes on the bus which stops directly outside the hotel and is free which is so convenient. Food was lovely and had something for everyone. Drinks were lovely especially the amazing cocktails. Pools were clean and the sun beds were really comfy. Loved the adults only section which was quiet and relaxing. Stunning views of the beach and overall just an amazing experience. Don’t understand how anyone could fault this place. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

We have just spent 10 days here, and it is the first hotel i would consider revisiting.
It has the most stunning beachfront location, with beautiful views of turkey in the distance. Our bungalow room was spacious and very close to the pool!
The hotel itself is very pretty and clean at peak season!! But what really made our experience was the staff at the hotel. Every single member goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience, including bringing your drinks to your sunbed!!
The staff were the friendliest i’ve ever met with a massive shoutout to the evening bar staff Mark, Don, Japet and Carlene, who not only made amazing cocktails but made every guest smile!!
Mark makes the most incredible Pina Coladas and Mojitos and he is truly a credit to the hotel, such a kind and friendly man and me and my family loved chatting to him!!
The evening entertainment is amazing here with most evenings ending up with a packed dance floor and all ages dancing and singing, Bruno Mars and friends were especially popular but everynight was memorable. The guests at the hotel were again some of the nicest families/couples and groups of friends and across the trip many friends were made!!!
George made sure every night that all guests had seats or a table even when it was packed, and he went above and beyond as well to ensure we had the best time, he is a true credit to the hotel!
Overall the food was good, the gyros were amazing and the italian was definitely worth a visit!! The range of drinks that it is included within the all inclusive is incredible, all branded spirits such as Captain Morgans and Smirnoff. The best drinks menu i have experienced at an all inclusive, with every drink u could possibly want either on it or the staff are willing to make it. You definitely get your moneys worth here, and we are grateful for such a special experience

A pleasant welcome from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were attentive, friendly, and always happy to help.
We spent most of our time at the pool bar on the top floor, where Dennis and Cristina were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly, and really made our stay extra enjoyable.
We also ate in the restaurant below the pool bar. The food was good, and John and his team provided excellent service and were equally warm and friendly.
The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with a relaxed, chilled atmosphere and enjoyable evening entertainment. Every member of staff we spoke to was genuinely pleasant, which made all the difference.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so enjoyable!

This has been our best family holiday ever! The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of choices, and the team catered brilliantly to our special dietary requirements.
Every member of the hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The swimming pools were kept sparkling clean, and we really enjoyed relaxing with delicious cocktails by the pool.
We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for great value for money and the utmost experience of a truly unforgettable getaway.

Our holiday started badly with a three hour TUI delay from Bristol, meaning we arrived at the hotel just before midnight, exhausted and hungry. From that moment though, Dimitra Beach completely changed the mood.
George, the night manager, was fantastic. He checked us in quickly, told us to grab some food from the restaurant and had very kindly upgraded us from a sea view room to a sea view junior room. A porter then drove us and our luggage to the room, which was another thoughtful touch after a long journey.
The room was immaculate and stayed that way all week. The minibar was replenished daily and the whole hotel was incredibly clean.
What really makes this hotel special though is the staff. Everyone we passed smiled and said hello. Cleaners, waiters, bar staff and pool staff all made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Special mentions to Jimmy in the restaurant and Dennis around the top pool, although the service from everyone was excellent.
There is loads of space around the hotel, with busier areas if you want atmosphere and plenty of quiet places if you want to relax. The sunbeds are very comfortable and the beach is literally a stone's throw away.
The sea is beautiful and full of fish, so definitely take a snorkel. The beach is pebbly, so water shoes with a firm sole are well worth packing.
And the food is incredible. Huge choice every day, fantastic salads, plenty of meat including chicken, pork, veal and beef, and even Beef Wellington one day. The desserts, fruit and overall variety were excellent.
We have stayed in plenty of hotels, but what will bring us back to Dimitra Beach is how the staff made us feel.
