Our stay at Aqualand Resort was overall average, with some excellent aspects but also several disappointing ones.
Areas for improvement:
1. Customer Service & Reception (Major Concern) : The reception service was one of the worst we have experienced. Before checkout, we asked multiple times about using the resort shuttle to Corfu Old Town after checking out. Several reception staff members confirmed that it would be possible and advised us to arrive 10 minutes before departure.
However, on the day of checkout, we were denied access to the shuttle at the last minute, with staff saying it was against policy. When we tried to discuss the situation with the manager, the response was rude and unhelpful. The staff seemed unaware of basic policies or failed to communicate them correctly to guests. This incident completely spoiled the mood of our final day.
3.Pool Accessibility : The pool area was not accessible before 10:00 AM, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Overall
The excellent food and good poolside service were the highlights of our stay. However, the poor reception experience, rude handling of the shuttle issue, unreliable Wi-Fi, and room maintenance problems significantly affected our overall impression. With improvements in customer service and room maintenance, this resort could provide a much better guest experience.

Maid service - came in and changed towels, emptied bin. We had to find her for coffee, milk and water. Cups left dirty and bed left how we made it ourselves.
Reception - every question is too much! The information leaflet is out of date.
Food and Drink - the main restaurant is horrific! Its full of unsupervised children wasting table fulls of food. It isn't just the children but the adults too! Picking food up with fingers/hands instead of using the tongues then putting things back. The food is actually nice but the atmosphere is horrendous. We drink vodka and sprite on holiday but they use vodka liquor at 20% so we bought our own at the shop up the road. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
Waterpark- absolutely fantastic! However they say no food and drinks are allowed in as they want you to buy theirs. The waterpark is also open to the general public and they bring cool boxes with food and drinks.
Pool Bar Food - chips, hotdogs or cake. The poolside is swarmed with wasps after food is left at the side. No cleaning during the day and you've more chance of slipping on soggy chips and ice cream than water.

Amazing waffles and the wave pool is great but one thing in the room ants in the bed and all over the floor. Foods the exact same for breakfast lunch and dinner entertainment is pretty good but everything shuts at 11 pm.Staff really nice at the snack bar but apart from that its a nice holiday and you should definitely go to the waterpark.

I rarely write reviews, never mind bad ones, but this place truly earned it! My family booked a 2 week all inclusive stay in 2 separate rooms. From day 1 i have slept with ants in my bed, reading other reviews it’s clear many other guests have had this problem, why hasn’t it been resolved? It’s also very clear that 95% of the staff don’t want to be here and don’t care about customer service (apart from one or 2 staff members). The pools open at 10am and close at 5pm, sometimes 6. This is a very short window especially if you want to do other activities during the day. The water park is very good, i’ll give them that. The food is repetitive, bland and there is little to no fruit/ veg. On my 3rd night the apartment door jammed shut and i could not get out. A maintenance man ‘fixed’ it the next day, however a few days later i was trapped yet again. 3 maintenance men spent 1 hour trying to get me out. This resulted in cancelling a dinner reservation, so i’m now spending the night on an empty stomach. When i complained and insisted to be moved to a different room they offered us a different apartment across the way for the night while they fixed the door. Not even an hour later they said we had to move back to our original room as “they needed the room for another family”.This stay has been nothing short of a joke and i cannot express enough how disappointing it has been. Save your time, money and peace and please choose elsewhere.

We had such a wonderful time at Aqualand Corfu! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again — this place has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorites. Highly recommended!
