Had a week all-inclusive here at the end of September - the hotel was great. We chose to go on the off-season to avoid big families and queues in the water park and this turned out perfectly.
Food and drink was good, decent standard beer on tap and selection of spirits. Cocktails were a bit more of a mixed bag, but for me they were a nice extra, mostly on the beer and rum. Foodwise, there was a decent selection which changes up every day. Fair bit of the time the fresh grilled stuff could be a bit dry, but the big plate dishes like their stewed pork was delicious. The deserts are extremely cream and pudding based, but there'd be baklava and brownies occassionally
We were given an apartment room, which was extremely spacious - too big for us in a way since we weren't spending a lot of time in it, but the rooms were clean and chilled from the aircon.
The waterpark is so good, Hydrotube is amazing - if you hit the right speed you get airborne twice in there. The staff there are all really cool. We didn't try the food or drink because the hotel was right there. Cute little gift shop on-site with some nice Corfu & Greek things, helpful because of the locatione.
For the negatives:
We didn't really engage with the entertainment. We stayed by the wave pool, while the main pool had the actual stuff happening in it, and in the evenings, we found the sky bar to be really nice until the kid's club began - the music is way too loud up there, and it's pretty offputting. For the actual entertainment, it was hard to figure out what it was going to be. There's a board outside the restaurant but it didn't seem to be updated.
Location-wise it isn't the greatest - very isolated if you're not driving. They offer shuttle busses to the town and nearby beach, but these are limited both in capacities and times - for the town, you'd probably want more time, for the beach, possibly less. This is barely a negative really though because the public busses run very regular from right outside, and are only 2.50 euros a ticket. Also you know what's around there when you book so if you're upset by that why did you even book this hotel.
Last negative, and again not one for much control - the wasps. There are so many wasps here, which is to be expected, hot country and all. They aren't aggressive but they are annoying, so find a way to cover your drinks and eventually they'll go. This isn't helped by the hotel guests leaving all their rubbish around constantly.
There are also 3 cats on site - the grey one is very friendly, the calico one is pretty friendly, the ginger one sucks

My family and I have come here a handful of times during the years. We've always really enjoyed our stay, but this year was even more pleasent.
First thing we noticed were the renovations made to the facility. Since our last stay, a lot of changes were made and it really upgraded the experince.
The rooms were not only modern while very cozy, but also very clean.
The food is quite good and the choices are diverse so I reckon there's something for everyone.
The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful.
The enviroment felt very safe and welcoming.
Lastly, the waterpark is always very fun. There's a very wide variaty, from kids, teens and adults, so no matter the age I think they're fun for all.
All in all my family and I really like this place and would 100% come back. I highly recommend it for families with kids.

A good base if you want to spend the week at the resort with plenty to do and good entertainment. The food was nice and a variety of it, the problem was the seating. If you go in a big group do not expect to sit together and your not allowed to move tables to accommodate. The room service is not always adequate, with no clean towels given, our group had to ask for clean towels even after putting the sign on for a room clean. The resort appears to over accommodate for the size of it and often, not just at dinner but in the evenings there were no tables to sit at for the entertainment. However, the staff are brilliant during the day and evenings and this includes the JOKER and the DJ during the day. I have visited now and wouldn't come back, but having said that I never visit the same place twice but it is a good resort for young families.

Room - was lovely and clean, cleaned every other day, there was ants in our bathroom but that didnt bother us, they soon went after two days, great to see a stair gate on the stairs as well as we had the duplex room which had an big bedroom upstairs.
Great to have a safe with your own key as well.
Food - food was nice most days, breakfast we lovely every day and fresh made pancakes which was a hit for the kids.
Lunch we often missed as we was down the pool side or aqualand and just had the snack bar food which was hot dogs/chips/toasties/fruit/cakes which was enough for the kids until dinner time. The times we did have lunch it was nice, chicken wings or something with salad.
Dinner id say was 5 nights out the 7 which was lovely . They done koftes one night which were to die for. Desserts always lovely ! Ice cream station every dinner as well. They always have a kids station which is pizza /nuggets/chips/fish fingers/chicken burgers ect/spaghetti ect. Overall we really enjoyed the food and we never got sick or upset stomachs which is a added bonus !
Pool - kids pool wasn't ever busy. Few kids. My children made friends which made it nicer experience for them to enjoy.
Wave pool was good fun!
Aquapark- Absolutely amazing. Nothing else to say.
Entertainment- the staff were amazing! And ways funny where ever you saw them..always friendly. They have a disco on for the kids each night only down side is they play the same music and by the 3rd night I couldn't hake it anymore haha but the kids really enjoyed going to it. Does get busy though up there. But lovely views once up there in the sky bar.
Hotel overall- reception was lovely and cool. They are very helpful and give you all you need. Marina was our favourite receptionist my children loved her.
Shop onside which had all you need really and gift for children bit pricey though.
The hotel has coaches take you to the old town and the beach. (We did see nudist at glyfida beach which made us get a taxi back just a heads up if your not into that)
What i didnt like - nothing to say really. We enjoyed every single bit of our holiday.
Only thing id say, is some people were a bit rude during food buffet with queing up and stuff. I had some man push me quit hard into my children as he thought I pushed in which I didnt.
Overall 5* holiday. X
