Our stay at Aqualand Resort was overall average, with some excellent aspects but also several disappointing ones.
Areas for improvement:
1. Customer Service & Reception (Major Concern) : The reception service was one of the worst we have experienced. Before checkout, we asked multiple times about using the resort shuttle to Corfu Old Town after checking out. Several reception staff members confirmed that it would be possible and advised us to arrive 10 minutes before departure.
However, on the day of checkout, we were denied access to the shuttle at the last minute, with staff saying it was against policy. When we tried to discuss the situation with the manager, the response was rude and unhelpful. The staff seemed unaware of basic policies or failed to communicate them correctly to guests. This incident completely spoiled the mood of our final day.
3.Pool Accessibility : The pool area was not accessible before 10:00 AM, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Overall
The excellent food and good poolside service were the highlights of our stay. However, the poor reception experience, rude handling of the shuttle issue, unreliable Wi-Fi, and room maintenance problems significantly affected our overall impression. With improvements in customer service and room maintenance, this resort could provide a much better guest experience.

Amazing waffles and the wave pool is great but one thing in the room ants in the bed and all over the floor. Foods the exact same for breakfast lunch and dinner entertainment is pretty good but everything shuts at 11 pm.Staff really nice at the snack bar but apart from that its a nice holiday and you should definitely go to the waterpark.

We had such a wonderful time at Aqualand Corfu! The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again — this place has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorites. Highly recommended!

Free access to the aqua park is just brilliant, the staff is friendly, especially the ladies from the snack bar by the pool, we had some really nice conversation with them and their waffles are amazing! 👌👌👌👌 The rooms are renovated and clean, really good value for the price that you pay 😊😊😊

The only good thing about the resort is its location next to the aquapark. Otherwise the hotel management, treatment of guests and food is below average at best. All served drinks are low quality. Food is very basic, entertainment poor. Even though the aquapark closes 5.30pm the resort access door closes at 5pm, so you have to go all the way around to come back to the hotel. Rooms have been renovated but the mentality has not.
