Staff at this hotel are AMAZING. In the restaurant staff are all wonderful. Reception are so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help us with recommendations for where to go on our holiday. The animation team are fantastic shout out to Richi for all the fun in the pool. They are all working hard, but always greet you with a smile. Thank you for making our holiday special. The restaurants are lovely but the rooms could do with some improvement. Can't wait to return.

We had a really fantastic stay at this hotel! All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist who welcomed us, Lara, was so friendly and helpful the whole week. She recommended places to visit and was very willing to help us.
The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet, easy to get to with ample free parking down the roads.
The hotel has great facilities, including a fantastic pool and sunbeds. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the aircon was great. The view from the balcony in our hotel room was stunning too.

Fantastic location for total relaxation. This hotel is very quiet but you can visit the sister hotel down the road for evening entertainment and sports. Fantastic staff. Food brill we were half board and there was something for everyone at everymeal. Fresh fruit and salad at all meals. Activities for the kids ran by Richi who was fantastic with getting the kids involved and even some adults. Our first family holiday in menorca and defo not our last.

We had a lovely stay at AluaSun Mediterráneo. The accommodation was comfortable, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, and the food was good with enough variety to keep everyone happy.
One thing we really liked was that the evening mini disco took place every night at the larger sister hotel, which is just a pleasant few-minute walk away along the garden pathways.
The entertainment team, especially Richi, made a real difference to our holiday. He has endless enthusiasm and gets everyone involved, from young children to adults, without ever making anyone feel pressured.
A particular highlight was the Magic Carpet activity, which took place most afternoons. It’s such a unique and surprisingly fun activity that had people of all ages laughing and joining in. Along with the organised sports and games, there was always something to do if you wanted to get involved.
Overall, a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting with great entertainment for families. A special thank you to Richi for helping make our stay so enjoyable!

We have just returned from a week half board here as a group of 7 and a toddler across 4 apartments, we loved it. Great breakfast options, enough choice on the buffet at night, drinks reasonably priced and the other restaurant does lovely pizzas and snacks. Perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation - Richi is great with kids and adults alike! Low key entertainment on a couple of evenings with music, all staff were friendly and attentive, rooms cleaned daily if you wanted it. Bus stop right outside for Mao and two supermarkets in walking distance. We would definitely recommend! Never any sunbed issues like other places.
