Stayed here for a week, all inclusive.
Lovely hotel, really really great location, just two minute walk to the beach. We had a lovely welcome from reception when we arrived. Rooms are ok, with balcony. I would say that was the only thing that let it down(not major,i may add) its only to sleep in!! No mirror in the room tho, just in bathroom. Food was good, with plenty for all.
Just could have been different with the puddings. Great pool, with great entertainment team, Toni, Linda, Edu and Alex were brilliant, very friendly, very polite and couldnt do enough for us. We all loved getting involved in what they had planned. I would say i throughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone.

If you are planning to stay here with a dog, be aware that the hotel charges €50 per night for pets. In my opinion, this is far too expensive, especially for a very small dog. For a longer stay, these costs add up quickly – in my case, it comes to around €500, which is enough for a small vacation elsewhere.
What is particularly disappointing is that this fee was not clearly visible during the booking process and seemed to be hidden in the details. Many nearby hotels charge around €50 for the entire stay, not per night.
I would strongly recommend checking all pet-related fees carefully before booking.

We were very satisfied with everything, the food was great and we always found tasty things to eat, and even though we stayed 6 nights, it was not boring.
The rooms are spacious and cleaned well, and it was nice and quiet during the night. We got a room on the 5th floor, so it was absolutely peaceful and the room itself was also in a good condition.
The pool area is clean, the bar close to the pool is also nice.
The location is excellent, close to the beach, and also, a lot of local shops are close.
The staff is simply great, they really went above and beyond to make sure we have a good time. The entertainment staff (Vivi and Andrea for example), the cleaners, the kitchen staff, the receptionists are all super friendly and nice.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and we really hope we will be back!😊

The location of the hotel is excellent - 5-minute walk to the beautiful Playa de Muro, with plenty of shops nearby and bus stops close, making it easy to explore different parts of the island.
The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily, with a spacious bathroom and towel changes available whenever needed. Sheets can also be changed on request. On arrival, our room wasn’t perfectly clean, but the situation improved during the stay. Beds are not the most comfortable, but acceptable. Occasionally there was a slight sewer smell, which happens on islands, so it wasn’t a major issue.
The food was good in both quality and taste, though the selection was not as wide as in some other 4-star hotels I’ve visited. The coffee was to be honest disgusting but since I’m not a big coffee drinker, this didn’t bother me much. The dining area itself was always clean and well maintained.
The staff were generally very kind and helpful, especially at reception, in the dining area, and among the cleaning team. The bar staff seemed a little less enthusiastic, apart from one blonde lady (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) who was always nice.
A special mention goes to the animation team – Andrea and Daha. They were fantastic: friendly, energetic, and genuinely uplifting. Thanks to them, the atmosphere in the hotel was much livelier and more enjoyable. Activities organized by the team were well-balanced – some more active, others more relaxed – so both introverts and extroverts could find something they liked. Evening shows were held every day, sometimes featuring external performers like singers, dancers, or magicians. Personally, I loved the bingo evenings led by the animators.
The swimming pool and surrounding area were spotless, with a lifeguard always on duty. There were plenty of sunbeds, which were comfortable and always available (at least in September).
On rainy day, the hotel made sure guests still had things to do indoors, which was a great touch.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for couples of all ages.
