We had an amazing family holiday. The entertainment for kids was great. Elena, Irina, Sergio, Marcel, Matah, Ilona, Cristal, David..sorry if I miss someone....thank you for your energy&positivity, trying to keep kids&adults entertained. Aqua classes, yoga, games for adults, etc. while kids could stay in the kids club.
Food was delicious, especially lunches.
The location of the hotel is brilliant, stanning views to the sea, but if you like to spend more time on the beach there is a very small one nearby, walking distance.
I also liked the fact that the hotel is not very overcrowded, not in the swimming pool, not during meal times. It has two pools, one for adults only, one for others. Lovely view from the top of the restaurant.
Thank you to All members of the Team to make our stay enjoyable!

Words cant even explain the love i have for the entertainers and workers in this hotel.
Elena, Irena, sergio, mater and all the bar staff are some of the most fun and beautiful ive ever met.
Im so happy to of came here for a week, the pools are beautiful. Rooms and beds are stunning, only issue i had was the smell in the rooms, im assuming sewage issues but nothing a lil air couldnt fix.
I dont want to leave today, ive made so many new friends, some who have gone back to belgium but especially the workers.
If i had all the money in the world, id make sure they all got a huge pay rise. But sadly i spent the little i had 🤣
Love and miss you all.

Firsty good points, fabulous views, pools superb, pool bar great if your at main pool. Complimentary free drinks in your fridge on arrival, pop, alcohol. Slippers and dressing gown were also a nice touch.
Entertainment good and the team work hard, Brian was great. Loads included in AI but only San Miguel as a lager, could have paid cash for bottled tho, cocktails were good and sangria was amazing. I felt the token for a cup worked well.
Bad points - on arrival we were allocated ground floor room even though we asked for high floor however 2 days later we were offered a higher floor room but we stayed in ground floor room due to access to pool area in block A and we had unpacked.
Had a few cockroaches in the room and patio had ants, to be expected being on ground floor, one cockroach on the floor in living area, one on the wall in the bedroom and one outside the door. Room smelt damp everyday which is why the room had a portable dehumidifier in the room which I emptied twice a day, bedding felt cold and damp at times, some parts of the room need an update like mirrors, sink plugs and a brush on the bottom of the door may prevent cockroach entry as theres a big gap at the bottom where they get in.
Room service changed towels daily but not the bed sheets, we found the maid was just turning the pillow cases inside out everyday as one was marked and we had it all week, we had same sheets all week too. Great to have a free safe though.
No bar at adult pool area, should put one there instead had to walk around building to get a drink.
Food- english breakfast tasteless, if offering british breakfast get better ingredients..went to Tony's in town 4 days out of 7. Good selection of lunch and evening meals. The snack bar needs a serious relocation and refurb, stuck under trees with pigeon poo all over tables together with ants not very appealing.
Great thing on check out is you get to keep using the all inclusive until you leave.
Overall with what I've said the main draw for this hotel is the views and beautiful pools. Would i go back....possibly if snack bar sorted and poor housekeeping. Not a 4 star establishment, I expected more given price.

Loved it!
Rooms are beautiful, very spacious, clean 👌 Food was fab, pool areas lovely 😍 brill selection of drinks on AI. I stayed as a group of 9 girls (42+ Yr olds 🤪) and would definitely return 😁 would also love to stay with my family as kids club area and mini disco looked great 👍

Had a poor experience at all inclusive here. For a start, food was poor quality and had incorrect or no labelling, hence if you had a food allergy you'd have a big issue here, it is also EU law to label food and allergens in buffet settings. Secondly, all members of my party were violently ill after consuming the food, however pinpointing this to the restaurant would be difficult - just stating fact. You are made to choose late / early dinner, lunch and breakfast, they must be the same and you cannot change per day - which is awkward and doesn't exactly scream 4* luxury, it's like lining up with your year group for lunch at the school refectory. The food isn't varied despite themed nights.
The drink offering was varied - however the wine and cocktails were truly truly awful, please avoid these at all costs. One of the glasses we were given a drink in had someone else's lipstick on the rim and was clearly not washed properly. You are also made to abide by a token system, which is 1 euro and you have to remember this to get a drink, and make sure you always get it back at the end of the night - which is a pain when the restaurant is busy.
The room itself was fine, but shower generally ran cold, and the cleaning staff did not turn up multiple times despite calling the reception for some towels.
The staff on the front desk were generally helpful and the location of the hotel is walking distance from many amenities and beautiful views (picture), which gives this review a fighting chance.
This is NOT a 4* hotel, whatever they have you believe. Find somewhere else and self-cater, spend £5 on a bottle of wine instead of drinking the de-icer they seem to serve here.
