I wouldn’t touch this hotel again if I was paid to go! Honestly what a joke of a hotel!
It’s labelled as an ocean view hotel, funny because our room was over a supermarket opposite a bar that’s open til 3am. They first refused to move us, said they were full, until easyJet got involved and suddenly they found a room for us. The door was hanging off its hinges so we didn’t feel secure and the balcony on the lower floor could easily be climbed onto. Not safe at all!
Our second room wasn’t much better, the shower flooded the room every time we used it, and the room itself was a basic 2 star if that. The bathroom door is a slide along so you can’t actually close it fully, left us with no privacy when using the bathroom! A fridge so small it only fit a couple of bottles, the pillows and blankets were like tissue and the mattresses kill your back. Sockets didn’t work and the room needed a good scrub! The whole hotel was actually very dirty, corridors and communal areas scuffed and black with muck.
The food is vile. VILE. Don’t even bother! Meat and cheese was dripping wet and soggy so we didn’t touch that. Croissants and bread left out too long so they were stale and hard. Pancakes burnt. We visited every morning and never found a meal worth eating.
The only positive is how close you are to the main Palma nova strip, however if you what’s relaxing week don’t pick this one! It’s literally in the middle of all the bars and restaurants, fine for us but so noisy all night long!
Don’t waste your money or your time! The staff have no desire to help, they’re rude and unwelcoming. Never ever again!

Just returned from a last minute 4 night stay here and it was a gem of a hotel. The room was modern, spacious and spotless and the room maid was faultless and friendly. We had a lovely view of mountains, mini golf behind hotel and part view of the sea.
Took a little while to get checked in because the receptionist had trouble printing copies of our passports which would have been OK but she didn't communicate with us and was quite stony faced, but was maybe just under pressure. One small 4 person lift which was very small and inadequate for size of hotel.
Dining room was very well appointed, the main waitress was a star, very friendly, professional and quick and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening buffet, for what it cost, was value for money.
Nice pool area, kept very clean and obviously quiet because adults only.
Gym on rooftop light and airy and quite large and well kitted out but nearly all the machines were in need of repair so mostly had to rely on free weights. This definitely needs sorting if they are to continue to advertise the gym.
Although we didn't use it, the hot tub appeared to be in good condition and clean and was situated in a nice spot.
The hotel cocktail bar out front, Olivias, was a lovely ambiance and good selection of cocktails and drinks and food in the evening and live music some evenings but the service, although pleasant and friendly, was very slow and quite frustrating.
Location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite beach and in the middle of the main street of restaurants and bars and shops and only 20 minutes from the airport. All in all a gem of a hotel for the price.

We had a ok stay.
Great location. Rooms are dates ; but very clean and spacious.
We had to book two rooms, we asked for them to be close to each other but they weren't. We asked to move the next day but they said to come back the day after, but we couldn't then be bothered. The staff are friendly.
We were in rooms above the shops, the corridors are very smelly (damp), rooms are fine.
Breakfast was good, nice selection and plenty for everyone.
Loved being right by the beach.

I can fully recommend this hotel and can’t think of any real complaints.
From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are kind, welcoming, and always responsive to any questions.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, which felt a bit late for us since we were planning early bike trips. However, they kindly allowed us in at 7:30. Not everything was set up yet, but we could still enjoy a quiet breakfast and head out by 8. The food quality was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the staff were quick and efficient.
A special mention goes to the blond lady we saw regularly during our stay—she was always present, positive, and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Our had a sea view—it’s perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee on the terrace. Housekeeping was done properly and consistently.
The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to be working (perhaps because it wasn’t the season yet?). The room got quite warm at night, so we had to leave the terrace door open. That said, we didn’t report it to reception, so it might have been easily resolved.
There is also a spa, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but it’s a great added feature. The sauna needs to be reserved about 30 minutes in advance.
The location is excellent—close to Palma, right in front of a bus stop, just a minute from the beach, and near a large supermarket with plenty of restaurants around.
Oh yes, and there is a bike station that is locked, where you can store your bike:)

Reasonable hotel and well located. However, very disappointed with the service. I had money stolen from my room. I raised it with the hotel manager. He was defensive and wouldn't look at cctv or the room access data without a police report. He even asked me if I could have left my wallet on the beach! It's a concern there is a dishonest member of staff and it seems likely they will continue working at the hotel. Please be aware if staying here.
