Lovely family hotel with amazing friendly staff. We were very pleasantly surprised at how big the place is.
There are 3 pools, one large one at the bottom (nearest the bar 🍺🍻), one up some stairs/ramp which is a bit quieter and a splash and slide area for the little ones that has a snack and drinks bar.
Rooms are spacious and clean and depending on the room you have, there is a balcony or a ground level deck area with access straight to the pool area.
Food is decent too with plenty of choice for everyone.
We had a really great time and will probably stay again!

Just returned from an amazing week at MarSenses with my wife and our 2.5-year-old. We don’t usually go on all-inclusive holidays, but this one made everything so easy—we’d absolutely do it again!
Our toddler had an absolute blast—he loved all the pools and especially looked forward to the evening mini disco, which was a real highlight. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone travelling with young children (especially under 10).
We had read reviews mentioning queues at meal times, but we didn’t find this to be an issue—we just made sure to time things right. The food was plentiful and convenient, which is just what you want with a little one in tow.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, really adding to the relaxed and welcoming vibe.
That said, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for couples or groups without kids—this place is very much geared towards families.
All in all, a great experience for young families looking for a stress-free break in the sun!

Beautiful hotel,
We stopped in the part just off the splash pool as we thought our son would want to be out in the night if he seen the pool, this was his first hoilday abroad.
He's 6 non- varbel & has autism.
The staff were lovely they couldn't do enough to help, especially tony
In the restaurant. And a lady with short brown hair that worked on the snack bar. the hotel was nice and clean pools cleaned every morning, food was lovely got a bit repetitive to wards the end of the week, loads of options.
It wasn't too busy when we went which was the week before half trem holidays may,
To wards the end of our hoilday it was starting to get very busy. The only issue we had with this hotel was we couldn't really get a sun bed. There was familys that would get up early and put towels out on the sun beds at the splash pool then not even go there they would go down to the main pool where you werent aloud to save or put your towel down before it opened at 10 o'clock they would stop there all morning sometimes we seen they didn't even come to the splash pool till after 4 in the afternoon but had taken up a load of sun beds and not used them. Which meant other couldn't get one.
Food time breakfast was 7.45am till 10.30 lunch 1.30 till 3 and tea was 7 till 9.30 the tea in restaurant was crazy, even at 7 you had to que outside. Then get your table then que to get food. We were a family of 3 we wouldn't leave our son and he was unable to stand in the que due to health problems with his legs it would have been too long standing for him, so one of us got his and there's and then the other got up for theses, we found we were eating separately before the wait in the que was over 40 minutes due to other familys only having one person standing in the que then when they got to the front the rest of the family would join next to them this was sometimes up to 6 people extra pushing in. Nothing was said as nobody mangeaged the question we experienced the que being wrapped around the whole room, I personally think the times for tea was too late and they need someone watching the ques. Childrens entertainment was okay nothing too much a few songs on the stage, no games etc and didn't start till after 9 o'clock I would go back to this hotel but it wouldn't be anywhere near school hoilday, I could see it been worse in July ,August if it was like this in may, food around the pool was good burgers, hot dogs, meats cheeses, chicken nuggets. Lot of fresh fruit.
All in all a lovely hotel the transfer was over 1hour 30 mins, the splash pools weren't too big were lovely to play in our son enjoyed them very much and the main pool was good to there is a pool at the top where the water fall is but we never got to go in there as we lovely the other pools.in there as was only a little area and the rooms that were on the side of it made sure they had there spots before 7.30 even tho the pools didn't open till 10
Beautiful hotel very clean. The location was beautiful very green on thw way there normally on the transfer everything you see is dead, not much growing on the way here was lovely nice area for familys

Great hotel, full of amenities and great entertainment for the kids. The staff were amazing during our stay and our kids loved it during the week we spent.
We found the food good quality and plenty of options and variety, changing themes every day.
The area is also full of things to do and Ciutadella is only 30m away by bus.
Would definitely come back

Absolutely spot on for a family holiday. The resort is well catered for young families, the staff are fantastic and the food was very good.
Very happy with our room, a good sized apartment with an ample balcony. The water stations around the site are also a very handy touch.
It’s worth booking directly through the hotel to get the premium all inclusive as you get a few more options at the bar!
The hotel is excellently located right on the Marina and only a five minute walk to the beach and there’s a supermarket 30 seconds across the road.
