In January and February, Cala’n Bosch, like the rest of Menorca, enjoys cool temperatures of around 12 degrees Celsius. While it may be a little cold for a swim, a romantic stroll along the beach is certainly not out of the question.

As we edge closer to Spring, Cala’n Bosch begins to warm up - no April showers here. You can expect temperatures of around 15 degrees in March and April.

As I write this review I am sill at the hotel, I thought I would share my views whilst still fresh.
In general we were very happy with the hotel, the staff and the amenities, however there are a few disappointing things most of which have already been highlighted before.
The rooms are adequate but not luxurious, the air-conditioning works well apart from the eggy smell, there is a shortage of power sockets and no facilities, if you want a kettle then it costs extra.
The pool areas are great and fun for the kids, however the main pools are far too deep, I understand the need for the drop areas for the slides to be deep, but the depth needs altering to a more reasonable and safer for the kids. Then for no reason at all the lifeguards decided that they would ban all floatation aids from the main pool for one afternoon, with no explanation given. We were unable to speak to any manager to find out why as the were all in a meeting with the hotel executive team, which according the receptionist they could not disturb, even to deal with complaints from many guests.
The bar is well stocked but under manned with large queues for drinks at peak times, I'm glad we got the gold upgrade which allows you to jump the queues with a special service area.
The restaurant has a large selection of food, so there is something for everyone one. However the temperature of the food could be higher. The main problem with the restaurant is lack of staff clearing tablets, we had to do this ourselves on most evenings just to get a table. If you are late in not only do you have to clear your own tablet, there is then a shortage of cups, glasses and cutlery, as most of this is used and just stacked up on trolleys.
The entertainment has been fantastic our 3 year old granddaughter loved the kids disco each evening and the shows were excellent.
The entertainment team are full of energy and work really hard for everyone

Beautiful Resort. Hotel was Excellent Clean and Modern. Several different pool areas which was brilliant if you want to relax in the quiet as the main pool is busy and noisy. Food was good, tasty and lots of variety, the only downside is that it's not kept at a warm enough temperature so by the time you sit to eat, it's basically Cold. This was not a one off it was daily and this is the only negative I have about the resort otherwise I would have given it 5 stars
15 min walk to the Marina for all bars and restaurants, and souvenir shops. And you pass the main beach area on the way.
Don't miss the lovely little beach area close to the resort, leave by the corner of the dining area and walk straight down and at the bottom is a lovely little beach area with Shops, and beach bars and restaurants... £21 euros for the 2xLoungers and a parasol for the day but well worth a visit. Beautiful little cove area.

Myself, my husband and my 3 year old little boy have just returned from a week at the Sol Falco. It was an amazing holiday!
The hotel is absolutely perfect, the rooms are a lovely size, the shower is great and the air con worked perfectly.
The splash pool was fantastic, my little boy from the moment it opened at 10am till we headed back to the room at 6pm was in it none stop.
The staff are brilliant, especially the entertainment team, they have a variety of activities throughout the day for all ages, from aqua dance for adults and then kids, foam parties, water mat, slip and slide, cocktail making and dance classes and many more.
The food was lovely, plenty of choices to choose from each day at eat meal and the all inclusive drink options were great.
The marina is about 10 min max walk away with some lovely bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach.
Overall, a wonderful experience at the Sol Falco and we are already thinking of re booking! :)

I have been loyal to Sol Falco for a very long time. It was the first hotel I had ever stayed at in Menorca since before I could walk. I have been countless times before and now at 25 years of age still visiting with my family and on this occasion my partner.
We would never look to consider any other hotel in Menorca as we would have no reason to. Sol Falco has never let us down. The staff are exceptional, as are the facilities and location. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
On this occasion our room was excellent, slight issue with the bathroom door sticking/catching and the ceiling near the entrance of our room appearing to have some very slight water damage but nothing that was of a detriment to our stay. Room was immaculately clean and refreshed daily.
Food offering as always was great, plenty of choice. As others have mentioned the food is not always the warmest but still great overall.
Location on the island is great too, plenty of parking in and around the hotel as well as a great selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Sol Falco has always been reliable and I’m sure we will continue to make fond memories there for years to come.

We stayed here during May Half Term and I've got to say it was very pleasant.
The staff were brilliant. When we first arrived, the reception staff were so welcoming and even give my child Spiderman sun glasses (my child is Spiderman obsessed). We asked about a dress code, and was told the only thing we need to do was to have fun. Then, the entertainment staff- they made our holidays. They were so full of energy, polite and funny. The entertainment was brilliant and catered for both adults and children, they even had a cinema night in the kids area. The pools and slides were great fun and kept my child entertained for the week. Some of the pools are deep and cold but wasn't an issue. The hotel was clean and tidy, they even had a robot cleaning the pools which entertained my child. The food was great, and plenty of variety. The all inclusive coin system was such a great idea as it encourages you to take the cups back.
We loved how close we were to the beach and the marina. Beautiful walks.
We had the best week and would definitely return in the future.

Great multi-generation holiday. All staff were happy and helpful at reception restaurant and bars. Any issues were sorted quickly. Great location. Entertainment staff hard working. Food was good plenty of vegetarian options. All.inclusive premium drinks were good at main bar. Only negative is that pool tiling needs re-doing as one of our party cut their foot badly due to lots of mising tiles.

Very disappointing compared with MarSenses Cala d’Or
We are just coming to the end of our summer holiday here after previously having a fantastic stay at the MarSenses resort in Cala d’Or. To say we have been disappointed with this resort would be a huge understatement.
The biggest issue has been the food. It has been bland, repetitive and lacking in variety, with virtually the same options available at lunch and dinner every day. There were constant queues just to get a table, followed by more queues for the food, making every meal feel like being back in a school dinner hall. We actually ended up paying to eat out several times despite booking an all-inclusive holiday, simply because we couldn’t face eating the same food again.
To make matters worse, the pool bar ran out of drinks and was closed for the entire afternoon today, which is simply unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort in peak season.
The entertainment has also been very poor. The children’s disco runs from 8:30–9:30 pm but consists of the same five or six songs every single night, mostly aimed at toddlers (Baby Shark, etc.). Our daughters, aged 6 and 7, were bored after the first couple of evenings and asked to go back to the room on the remaining nights. The daytime entertainment around the pool follows the same pattern, with the same songs and activities repeated day after day.
Our apartment itself was good, and we have no complaints about the room. However, we appear to have been one of the lucky ones, as many guests commented that they had older rooms with dated décor and ageing wall-mounted air conditioning units that struggled to keep the rooms cool.
Overall, the resort feels significantly understaffed and under-resourced. Between the poor food, long queues, repetitive entertainment and operational issues, this has been a very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return to this resort. There are much better all-inclusive options available in Menorca for the money.

The staff at the Marsenses were absolutely amazing! Some of the best I have ever seen, the Sensi-crew were just fantastic! Our eldest son had so much interaction with them, big shoutout to Xavi and Andrei, they were amazing! I’m hoping they will remember George (my eldest son) well and we can’t wait to come back again soon! They were very interactive with our youngest son as well, he loved it when they did baby shark at the mini disco! The reception team really looked after us during our stay, the bar team were brilliant and the restaurant staff were the absolute best! The male restaurant worker who has a ponytail was very interactive with my two sons when they was sitting down for food and made us feel so welcome, there is nothing bad I could say about this hotel or the staff at all!

Just arrived back from a 7-night stay in this hotel and we had a fabulous holiday. The hotel is located in an area in which we were familiar with, but this was the first time we had stayed at MarSenses.
We found the hotel to be clean and well run. The food was to a good standard, although at times was slightly repetitive. The staff, particularly in the restaurant area worked so hard in keeping the place moving...hats off to you all...Particularly Toni on the door with his green highlighter pen...(you know what I'm on about :-))
This was the first hotel where I actually found the beds and pillows to be of a really good quality...this really helped in getting some much needed rest. Overall, just a really nice, family-oriented place. Our two kids loved every minute!
Lastly, I wanted to say thank you to Julia on the front desk for arranging a last-minute room change (not the hotels fault). You were so professional and I wanted to personally thank you for organising this at such short notice. (Room 267).

NH Daysout
Beautiful family hotel in a quiet area of Menorca. Great for younger children but not loads to do for primary age+. although the pools and slides were brilliant and kept the kids entertained for the most. No kids club but a few activities on throughout the day. A bit lacking for my kids but depends on how busy you want to be! Evening entertainment was so so. Food was plentiful with lots of choice for kids, salad bar, pizza station, vegetarian options, fresh grilled fish and meat with a different theme every night. Rooms were spacious. Aircon was absolutely fine in 25c night. Sofa bed just ok. Appreciated the sustainability efforts and free water filling stations. As others have said staff work tirelessly.
