Just got back from an all inclusive trip, I was travelling with my 2 young kids and got put in the first floor but when I told them I struggled with my pram, they were brill and moved me to a ground floor room, even offering to help me move my stuff! I did find it strange however that there is no rail or fence on the ground floor balconies to stop little ones running off! Maids come in every day and swap towels etc, so it's well maintained. The pools were all clean and the water slides were great fun. Food was OK, there was always food available, however the fruit was never ripe! The entertainment was way too loud for my daughter (6) so we didn't go but looked good, apart from the volume 😂 there is however a very steep staircase next to the entertainment so be careful with young kids as there is no gate or anything blocking it off. There is a coin system in place, so you have to trade your coins for cups, and then give your cups back for another drink, which was incredibly annoying, especially if we had been out all day and fancied a coffee or drink at the bar. The beach is so close and beautiful. Honestly we had a really nice holiday here, thank you sol falco ❤️

The location was perfect for us and the hotel was well kept and clean. The staff were very good polite and always helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent.
What I expect from a four star is have basic facilities in the room including in the price you’ve paid. Not charging extra for safety deposit boxes and kettle, and basic drinks like fresh bottled water, tv and coffee should be available in the room. I’ve not travelled in Europe for 20 years,so is this standard practice in continental Europe now.
We enjoyed Menorca has a couple, lovely place to visit.

Great place for your vacation. Crew is really nice and fine. A lot of food, drinks and a lot of options what to do there with kids. Hotel is near to sea with lovely beaches. Rooms are clean and quite modern. One stupid think is that u need plastic coins for order drinks. If u dont have them, you cant order anything. You have all inclusive armlet but still u need plastic coins. Does not make sense.

We have holidayed here numerous times when my kids were little with my mum and mother in law when we lost my dad and father in law. This hotel has a special place in our hearts and cannot fault it. Wonderful wonderful memories made. We return after about 10 years in May after loosing my Mum. She loved it here and will be with us, we'll raise a glass of Rosado for her. Can't wait to see you Sol Falco.

This hotel is a little strange. The public areas are very nice and well cared for. Great choice of pools offering a variety of options. The rooms feel dated and small. Closer to 3 star than 4 in my opinion. The beds are poor and a disappointment to me. No lifts to rooms so if you have a pram like us get ready to be frustrated. Gym is good and has a decent selection of equipment.
Overall we wouldn't return, the staff are lovely and generally the hotel is good. Just a few key areas for us that let it down.

I have just come back from a week's holiday and we all had a great time. The kids pools were absolutely fantastic, my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed them. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There were queues for the restaurant but staff did get us seated as soon as they could, there were 5 of us in our party. The orange juice and milk did run out a few times but again the staff helped out, very minor problems really. My grandchildren loved the entertainment. If like me you drink English tea then I highly recommend you take your own t bags. The harbour is a short walk over the road and is surrounded by bars and restaurants and is very pretty. Highly recommend the area and hotel.

Sadly this hotel was a miss for us. We stayed in the newly renovated section and the soundproofing was horrible. We could hear our neighbours conversations and bathroom activity through the vents - not ideal at all.
The food was very basic (this is not our first all-inclusive buffet so we have some comparison points) and there was always lines / crowds to get food which also took away from the experience.
The staff did their best and were lovely but the hotel itself and food needs a lot of work.

We had a great stay at MarSenses! We travelled with our baby and everything was perfect. The food was really good, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and we loved both the location and the facilities.
We honestly enjoyed every part of our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Really great hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Food was great, all inclusive food can be very hit or miss but this was the best we've ever had. Pools were really great for kids and adults. Kids activities were good, we were hoping to be able to drop off and have an hour or so to ourselves but the majority of the activities were in the open bar/stage area so wasn't safe to leave a 5 year old as she could have wandered off. Kids disco in the evenings was loud but great fun! Only 2 min walk across the road to lots of shops, restaurants and the marina. Overall we had a really wonderful time!

We had a great week in May at this hotel. It's an extremely well run resort. The staff were fantastic, courteous and professional. Great food and drinks and the kids loved the entertainment. Would definitely return.
