Kusadasi
This vibrant cosmopolitan town on the South West Coast of sun-drenched Turkey has something for everyone.
Glorious sandy beaches, calm glassy waters, magnificent ancient ruins and vibrant nightlife are among the attractions of this popular holiday destination.
Kasadasi is steeped in rich culture and history which date back to the Neolithic age and historical landmarks include Kusadasi Castle on Pigeon Island, the pocket of land that is joined to the town by a walkway.
This was a quaint little town consisting mainly of fishermen and farmers until a big tourism boom took place in the 1980s.
The town is located on a little peninsula which is shaped like a bird’s head - hence the name Kusadasi which translates as The Bird’s Island.
This wonderful sunshine escape has several superb beaches which are perfect for families craving some fun in the sun or couples wanting a romantic stroll along the sandy expanses.
Ladies Beach is a popular choice where you’ll discover plenty of water sports action and some charming cafes and bars. Other pleasant sandy stretches at Kusadasi are Green Beach, Papas Beach and Kustur Beach.
There’s no shortage of marvellous restaurants in Kasadasi offering local and international delicacies, and Bar Street is the place to head for when you fancy some nightlife in a pulsating club or disco.
Shopping fanatics will love Kusadasi with its lively department stores and bustling bazaar area next to the port where you can barter for a bargain.
Nearby attractions include Aqua Fantasy Aquapark, Dilek National Park and the ancient city of Ephesus with its famous archaeological ruins. There are also several excellent golf courses near the town.

My friend and her family stayed at this hotel recently. I live in Kuşadası and know most of the hotels here, so i can say that this hotel is overpriced for what it offers.
First of all, the food was nothing special, but the desserts were especially disappointing. If you don’t want to ruin your impression of Turkish cuisine, never, believe me, never try the baklava or other traditional desserts in this hotel. You’ll be sad and shocked.
Second, the staff, especially the waiters and security, didn’t seem able to handle their responsibilities properly. The security staff were mostly sitting in their small office in the entrance, and they didn’t check who was entering or leaving the hotel, which is a safety concern.
The biggest issue, however, was the internet. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby; there was no internet connection in the rooms.
Also, almost no one spoke English, which made communication quite difficult.
Overall, i expected much more for the price this hotel charges

The view from the hotel was amazing, but this hotel has a very bad management, they constantly run out of food, alcohol and ice. They have 2 elevators but is not enough for how big is that hotel and they are not working all the time. All the employers was nice and kind, is not their fault for how bad the things is working there.

The hotel's location is amazing, near the beach so you can visit the sea, or relax near the bar near the 3 main pools!
However the cleaning staff is a bit of a let down, the pool staff is good, but the room staff is another story, our room was not clean, with some dust on the shelves, but it is not that big of a deal if you want to have a good time with the entertainment activities throughout the day and night also!

This hotel is the worst I have had the misfortune of staying in. The rooms are dirty, with stains all over the floors and furniture. The shower was that bad I washed at the sink because I wouldn't go in it! Food was vile, completed inedible. The pool area was not cleaned the entirety of my stay.
I would absolutely NOT recommend going anywhere near this horrendous hotel.

The hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation, but it has a beautiful view that really makes up for it. The food is quite good – even though some dishes repeat, there’s something for every taste. The Turkish tea is amazing! On our first day, our room had a bad smell, but the staff immediately changed it, which was great. The bartenders are fantastic – always friendly and cheerful. The hotel doesn’t have terraces, which is a bit of a downside, but the sauna is excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools have clean water, though the areas around them, especially the toilets, need better maintenance. There are also many parts of the hotel that are closed or not in use, which makes it feel a bit neglected. The guys cleaning the tables in the restaurant are very hardworking and always make sure everything looks neat and tidy.
Overall, the biggest thing missing is renovation, but everything else is generally good – nice views, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the stone houses. The rooms are beautifully designed, full of character, and thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. They offer a unique, authentic atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable.
The gardens have great potential and provide a pleasant setting. However, we believe they would benefit from some renovation and better maintenance to match the exceptional quality of the stone houses and the overall standard of the property.
During our stay, we also had the pleasure of meeting Nisan, the Human Resources Manager. Although it was only a brief conversation, she was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her warmth and hospitality reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and left a lasting positive impression on us.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!

One of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was maintained to a very high standard. What made the experience even more special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The combination of outstanding cleanliness, excellent service and a beautiful location made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

We booked in for 3 nights. My wife fell ill on the first day requiring a trip to the hospital. The staff at the Hotel, Zeynep and Nisa were so caring and professional in their help. A credit to Doubletree. Would come back again. Breakfast superb. Beautiful fresh Turkish produce. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Ramada Hotel for a week, and honestly everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and valued.
The food was delicious with a great variety of options. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, we could enjoy tasty meals, snacks, and drinks anytime, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was also fantastic — very large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Kids club and animations were great too. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, especially great for families with children who need space to play and move around comfortably.
One thing that touched me personally was the respect and kindness the hotel showed after our check-out. I needed a private place to pray, and even though we had already checked out, they still kindly gave me a room to use for prayer.
We genuinely had beautiful memories at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

We travelled for a family holiday and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
We checked in late, after dinner service and we were provided with a lunchbox for our room which was nice. We found our room to be comfortable with everything we needed, including toiletries and stocked mini fridge (free).
We enjoyed the animation team entertainment, special mention to Alex, Mario, Hannah and Melissa for providing lots of activities from aquarobics, table tennis, water polo, yoga, darts and zumba.
We took the free shuttle to the beach and found the beach was great, it had the bar and snacks included along with loungers for free. It is a stony beach but the water is so clear! Be careful as there are some stones when entering the water and you can get hurt.
We enjoyed the slides but these were not always open for use which was a shame.
The food was good with good variety in the main buffet. The drink selection at breakfast was hit and miss with the machine occasionally not working and getting served for drinks for dinner was hit and miss, this was our main issue with service so not a big problem really.
There are pool towels available for use to be changed daily and you can book 30 mins free use of the spa which includes a Turkish bath and a sauna which was nice.
We booked during term time and there were still lots of children around but this is to be expected with a family friendly hotel. However, at night, guests and entertainment are noisy and can be heard in the room until around midnight so this may be an issue for some.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel and destination!

Family Holiday 2026 at the Ramada Suites hotel in Kusadasi.
Overall we had an enjoyable experience at the Hotel.
Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is really good. A few days the floors were not swept or mopped but just the bedding changed and fresh towels. This did not bother us too much as we were not spending much time in the room anyway.
The food in the restaurant was ok and was something every night even if some of the nights it was just chips and bread. The snack bar in the afternoon had burgers, chicken, chips and salad which was fine.
There are cats everywhere but as we love cats that is not a problem with us.
The entertainment team are extremely good including Mario, Solomon, Melissa and Hanna. They bring the life to the afternoon and evenings.
For the price we paid we cannot really grumble and had family time at hotel and explored the area of Kusadasi and the marina.

On arrival at midnight staff brought us all snack boxes with sandwich roll and drink. Took our luggage to our rooms (a first for us) rooms are huge and clean. Stocked with items in fridge tea and coffee bits too. Beds comfy one pillow each but spare in cupboard sofa pulls out balcony with nice views. Pools aren't cold after 5 minutes lots of kids in there everyday in April! Slides good fun. All inclusive drinks okay what u expect for what u pay food was great at lunch breakfast but limited with salads cheeses cereals scrambled eggs hot dog type sausages my kids struggled to find anything they would eat they are very fussy. Juices very sweet and strong kids stuck to water Pepsi ok machines off sometimes during dinner time which was a pain. Especially if u just want water. Entertainment ok we took uno to play lots of seating areas staff friendly and fun we loved Mario he was a great laugh we played darts games by the pool zumba polo ...bus to town 5 mins 3 lira I think from outside hotel. Town great but the locals are too much we did quad biking which was fun bit misorganised tho and was a little frustrating we got bit to high heaven too wasnt warned about being picked up in open bus on a breezy day was freezing! Everything is quite expensive to buy here to what I remember they defo try overcharge you my husband wanted a coat in lira it worked out £100 he knew he could buy it at home for £30 after much haggling and walking away the guy finally settled on 30. Overall a good holiday good hotel

We stayed for 10 days and loved every second of it. The highlight for us was the life guard Şenal at the slide pool, he was awesome! He was funny, always happy and made the holiday so fun for the kids. Great food and entertainment also. Highly recommend

I wouldn’t consider this a true 5-star hotel; however, if you arrive with realistic expectations, you can still have an enjoyable stay.
The rooms are simple yet clean and comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. The beach is a highlight, especially the family area, which is calm, clear, and free of waves. The resort is quite large, offering plenty of space to wander and explore.
Food and drinks are average with a few tasty dishes while most of the desserts are delicious. The children’s entertainment is delightful, with Superman and Disney characters engaging with the kids through songs and activities. The live music on Sunday evening is also excellent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning, mainly for the beach, the entertainment, and the stunning views.

Our stay at Pine Bay Holiday Resort was absolutely amazing!
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt like royalty throughout our stay.
The hotel is beautifully located in a stunning bay surrounded by nature. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent for both adults and children.
What impressed us the most was the incredible service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made our vacation unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire Pine Bay team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuşadası.

I have just returned from this hotel, and I am bringing back the most beautiful impressions!
Hotel Pine Bay is the true definition of beauty and spaciousness. The resort is stunning, beautifully integrated into lush greenery, and offers a wonderful sense of freedom. The beach is pristine and perfectly maintained, with the staff working tirelessly to keep everything spotless at all times.
I must especially highlight the top-notch organization and the absolute feeling of safety. The entire complex is well-secured with guards, and the whole team operates in perfect synchronization, making you feel completely safe and well-cared-for throughout your stay.
What fascinated me the most was the incredible kindness of the staff. Since I have mobility difficulties, the hilly terrain of the hotel could have been a serious obstacle on its own. However, the management and the team have set up a fantastic system: along with an elevator that takes you right down to the beach, a hotel shuttle (golf cart) picks you up on demand, anytime and anywhere within the resort. A huge thank you to the wonderful, polite young men who drive these vehicles and always transport you from point A to point B with a smile. You truly made my stay so much easier and more beautiful!
I have absolutely no complaints regarding the service. My only well-intentioned suggestion to the management for the future would be to install a ramp for easier access into the water, which would make the hotel even more accessible.
Thank you, Pine Bay, for the wonderful memories and for a team that truly works with heart. See you again!

My experience at Pine Bay Holiday Resort was unfortunately disappointing, especially for a five-star hotel. The sweets were poor in quality, and the food and restaurants were very average and nothing special. The room we were given was designed for guests with disabilities, and the carpet was visibly dirty and unpleasant. The TV was also not up to the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel.
We specifically requested connecting rooms or at least rooms close to each other, but instead we were given rooms that were very far apart. On top of that, we were given one of the worst views in the hotel, even though there are much nicer views available throughout the property.
Whenever we tried to call reception, there was often no answer, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Considering the price we paid, I do not think the view or the overall experience was worth the money.
Overall, the experience was far below what I expected from a five-star hotel, and I do not feel that Pine Bay offers good value for money.

The location is amazing – surrounded by beautiful greenery, with plenty of swimming pools and the sea just nearby. The entertainment and activities are excellent, especially the darts. The animation team and the staff running the activities are fantastic – always friendly, energetic, and they create a great atmosphere.
