My friend and her family stayed at this hotel recently. I live in Kuşadası and know most of the hotels here, so i can say that this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. First of all, the food was nothing special, but the desserts were especially disappointing. If you don’t want to ruin your impression of Turkish cuisine, never, believe me, never try the baklava or other traditional desserts in this hotel. You’ll be sad and shocked. Second, the staff, especially the waiters and security, didn’t seem able to handle their responsibilities properly. The security staff were mostly sitting in their small office in the entrance, and they didn’t check who was entering or leaving the hotel, which is a safety concern. The biggest issue, however, was the internet. Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby; there was no internet connection in the rooms. Also, almost no one spoke English, which made communication quite difficult. Overall, i expected much more for the price this hotel charges

⭐ 1/5 – ABSOLUTELY AWFUL – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I honestly don’t know how this hotel can justify calling itself a decent holiday resort. This place is an absolute disgrace. The cleanliness is disgusting. Everywhere you look there is dirt, the rooms are poorly cleaned, and basic things like towels are not properly provided or replaced. The cleaners clearly don’t care, and the whole hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. The food is honestly one of the worst things about this place. The same tasteless, low-quality food is served over and over again. There is almost no variety, and after a few days you are completely sick of it. Calling this “all inclusive” is embarrassing. And then there is the ridiculous treatment of guests. They actually SWITCH OFF THE TERRACE LIGHTS while people are still sitting outside. Imagine paying for a holiday and then being treated as if you are an inconvenience because you want to sit outside in the evening. This is not what anyone should expect from a holiday hotel. Dirty, poor food, terrible service, inadequate cleaning and absolutely no attention to basic guest comfort. We came here to relax and enjoy our holiday. Instead, we are constantly disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking this place. There are plenty of better hotels where your money will actually be respected. Ladonia Adakule seriously needs to get its act together. This place is nowhere near the standard it should be.

The view from the hotel was amazing, but this hotel has a very bad management, they constantly run out of food, alcohol and ice. They have 2 elevators but is not enough for how big is that hotel and they are not working all the time. All the employers was nice and kind, is not their fault for how bad the things is working there.

The hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation, but it has a beautiful view that really makes up for it. The food is quite good – even though some dishes repeat, there’s something for every taste. The Turkish tea is amazing! On our first day, our room had a bad smell, but the staff immediately changed it, which was great. The bartenders are fantastic – always friendly and cheerful. The hotel doesn’t have terraces, which is a bit of a downside, but the sauna is excellent. The indoor and outdoor pools have clean water, though the areas around them, especially the toilets, need better maintenance. There are also many parts of the hotel that are closed or not in use, which makes it feel a bit neglected. The guys cleaning the tables in the restaurant are very hardworking and always make sure everything looks neat and tidy. Overall, the biggest thing missing is renovation, but everything else is generally good – nice views, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every area was maintained to a very high standard. What made the experience even more special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The combination of outstanding cleanliness, excellent service and a beautiful location made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the stone houses. The rooms are beautifully designed, full of character, and thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. They offer a unique, authentic atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. The gardens have great potential and provide a pleasant setting. However, we believe they would benefit from some renovation and better maintenance to match the exceptional quality of the stone houses and the overall standard of the property. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of meeting Nisan, the Human Resources Manager. Although it was only a brief conversation, she was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her warmth and hospitality reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and left a lasting positive impression on us. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic 5-Star Stay with Exceptional Food and Views! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the true luxury, elegance, and cleanliness of a genuine 5-star hotel. Our check-in was handled swiftly, and we were comfortably escorted to our room via golf cart. Rooms & Design: The room was beautifully designed—minimalist, elegant, and spotless upon arrival. The only minor flaw was housekeeping's handling of towels: on a couple of occasions, used towels were neatly folded back up instead of being replaced with fresh ones, leaving us to realize they were still damp. However, after reminding the staff a few times, fresh towels were promptly provided. Dining & Quality: The food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was absolutely outstanding! Everything was remarkably fresh, clean, rich in flavor, and offered an incredible variety and generous portions. Location & Views: The views and overall landscape around the property are breathtaking, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Pool & Beach Sunbeds: The only notable downside—mostly due to other guests' behavior—was sunbed reservation etiquette. People would wake up early, throw towels over the loungers around both pools and the beach, and disappear for hours. When we went down around 8:00 AM, there was literally nobody around, yet every single chair was blocked with a towel. It would be great if management implemented a policy to manage this. Staff & Service: Aside from that small observation, the entire team was welcoming, warm, and highly professional throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. I would love to return here in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium holiday experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Pine Bay Holiday Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt like royalty throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully located in a stunning bay surrounded by nature. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent for both adults and children. What impressed us the most was the incredible service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Pine Bay team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuşadası. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked directly through Booking.com and paid about £180 per day for three people with a discount—roughly the same price of a stinky UK caravan with all exclusive. We stayed in late August/early September and would give the hotel five stars, mainly because of the staff’s tremendous effort. The chefs, cleaners, lifeguards, entertainers, bar staff and everyone else worked hard to keep guests comfortable. The hotel grounds and beaches The resort is enormous, with a long coastline and several beaches. The concrete beach near the aquapark is excellent for snorkelling, while the quieter rocky beach near the marina offers fish feeding, free canoe rides and shallow, clear water. The hotel shop sells essentials, swimming equipment, sunscreen, goggles and souvenirs. I recommend buying a snorkelling mask and water shoes, as the seabed is rocky. The sea was generally clean, although wind occasionally brought debris close to shore. There is a main pool, several aquapark pools and walking routes into the hills. The aquapark The aquapark is not huge but has enough slides to entertain children of all ages, including a large tube, a slow orange slide, a fast green slide and smaller slides for younger children. It closes from about 12:40 to 1:40 p.m. Mornings are quieter, while afternoons are busier and finding a sun lounger can be harder. Sun loungers Loungers can be difficult to find at busy times, and some guests reserve them early with towels. We never did this, but always managed to find somewhere eventually. Staff explained that a towel alone does not reserve a lounger indefinitely. If personal belongings are present, the guest is probably nearby. Food, snacks and drinks The main restaurant becomes very busy at peak times, so arriving early is advisable. Dinner at around 7 p.m. was particularly comfortable for us. The buffet offers a huge variety, including vegetarian, meat and lighter options. The desserts were excellent, especially the cheesecakes and Turkish sweets such as baklava. Stays of five or more days include one à la carte visit. We chose the seafood restaurant by the marina and enjoyed the excellent fish and generous portions. Several snack areas serve burgers, fries, döner, salads, jacket potatoes, waffles and pizza. These generally close around 4 p.m., while ice cream is available until about 6 p.m. There are also several bars offering cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and tea as part of the all-inclusive package. Entertainment There is a different show almost every evening, including performances by Mongolian, Colombian and Filipino groups. Nightlife is limited, however, as this is mainly a family resort. Most guests were families, including Turkish, Polish, Iranian, Russian, German and British visitors. The room The rooms are the weakest part of the hotel. They are dated and need renovation. We had a bathroom drainage problem and a door that did not close properly, but everything else worked. Our room included a TV, kettle, small fridge with water and balcony. It faced the quieter rear side of the hotel, and I would not pay much more for a sea view. The gym The gym is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is old, and some equipment is broken, but there are treadmills, weights and pulley machines. Sports shoes are required. Overall, it was functional enough for basic exercise. Getting around and visiting Ephesus Getting a taxi independently can be difficult. Uber and Bitaksi drivers often refuse trips from the resort, especially card payments. Hotel reception can arrange a taxi, but you need cash. Since there is no ATM, bring cash from the airport or exchange money in Kuşadası. Overall This is a large, older-style, all-inclusive resort focused on throughout and scale, with good level of organisation. Cannot give less than 5 for the efforts of the crew. Recommended. For the management: fix room issues, provide more sun umbrellas to buffet area, open the windows at the terrace area around the indoor pool, for the fresh air to accommodate more people, improve allergen information, for desserts too.

​I have just returned from this hotel, and I am bringing back the most beautiful impressions! ​Hotel Pine Bay is the true definition of beauty and spaciousness. The resort is stunning, beautifully integrated into lush greenery, and offers a wonderful sense of freedom. The beach is pristine and perfectly maintained, with the staff working tirelessly to keep everything spotless at all times. ​I must especially highlight the top-notch organization and the absolute feeling of safety. The entire complex is well-secured with guards, and the whole team operates in perfect synchronization, making you feel completely safe and well-cared-for throughout your stay. ​What fascinated me the most was the incredible kindness of the staff. Since I have mobility difficulties, the hilly terrain of the hotel could have been a serious obstacle on its own. However, the management and the team have set up a fantastic system: along with an elevator that takes you right down to the beach, a hotel shuttle (golf cart) picks you up on demand, anytime and anywhere within the resort. A huge thank you to the wonderful, polite young men who drive these vehicles and always transport you from point A to point B with a smile. You truly made my stay so much easier and more beautiful! ​I have absolutely no complaints regarding the service. My only well-intentioned suggestion to the management for the future would be to install a ramp for easier access into the water, which would make the hotel even more accessible. ​Thank you, Pine Bay, for the wonderful memories and for a team that truly works with heart. Rooms are good, but not excellent. First one we got had an issue with air conditioning - it just blew air instead actually cooling, and it also had leaking fridge. Second room didn't have any issues. Service is proper. Not poor, not excellent, just proper. Drinks in room weren't replaced only two times, other times it was fine. Located on hill, sometimes you have to go up, sometimes you have to go down. It is not very close to the city center, but there are taxis and local bus for half of the taxi price. Now food. There is a lot of it for every meal, but most of it repeats every day with few dishes variating every day. A la carte restaurants appear to serve more European dishes, but it still lacks in seasoning. I am missing pool with about of 120cm depth- they currently have either 70 or 140, so same kids are bored or are struggling if they cannot swim.

We had an amazing stay at Ramada Hotel for a week, and honestly everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and valued. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. Since the hotel is all-inclusive, we could enjoy tasty meals, snacks, and drinks anytime, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was also fantastic — very large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Kids club and animations were great too. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, especially great for families with children who need space to play and move around comfortably. One thing that touched me personally was the respect and kindness the hotel showed after our check-out. I needed a private place to pray, and even though we had already checked out, they still kindly gave me a room to use for prayer. We genuinely had beautiful memories at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

We travelled for a family holiday and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We checked in late, after dinner service and we were provided with a lunchbox for our room which was nice. We found our room to be comfortable with everything we needed, including toiletries and stocked mini fridge (free). We enjoyed the animation team entertainment, special mention to Alex, Mario, Hannah and Melissa for providing lots of activities from aquarobics, table tennis, water polo, yoga, darts and zumba. We took the free shuttle to the beach and found the beach was great, it had the bar and snacks included along with loungers for free. It is a stony beach but the water is so clear! Be careful as there are some stones when entering the water and you can get hurt. We enjoyed the slides but these were not always open for use which was a shame. The food was good with good variety in the main buffet. The drink selection at breakfast was hit and miss with the machine occasionally not working and getting served for drinks for dinner was hit and miss, this was our main issue with service so not a big problem really. There are pool towels available for use to be changed daily and you can book 30 mins free use of the spa which includes a Turkish bath and a sauna which was nice. We booked during term time and there were still lots of children around but this is to be expected with a family friendly hotel. However, at night, guests and entertainment are noisy and can be heard in the room until around midnight so this may be an issue for some. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and destination!

Family Holiday 2026 at the Ramada Suites hotel in Kusadasi. Overall we had an enjoyable experience at the Hotel. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning is really good. A few days the floors were not swept or mopped but just the bedding changed and fresh towels. This did not bother us too much as we were not spending much time in the room anyway. The food in the restaurant was ok and was something every night even if some of the nights it was just chips and bread. The snack bar in the afternoon had burgers, chicken, chips and salad which was fine. There are cats everywhere but as we love cats that is not a problem with us. The entertainment team are extremely good including Mario, Solomon, Melissa and Hanna. They bring the life to the afternoon and evenings. For the price we paid we cannot really grumble and had family time at hotel and explored the area of Kusadasi and the marina.

Late review stay with family of 5 - 3 adults and 2 kids between 09/07/26-16/07/26 Lovely hotel always nice, presentable and clean. Facilities and amenities were plentiful no one will get bored. Hotel staff including front desk staff, Jet2 representative and guest relations always went out of their way to make you feel understood, welcome and well looked after. Restaurant, lobby bar and snack bar staff are all very professional and friendly. The building is completely wheelchair and pram friendly with ramps. Nice food with wide variety, very fast service with drinks. Popcorn and candy floss lady there every evening. You won't go hungry or thirsty at this hotel. Kids club - all girls and we're amazing with boys and happy to help only downfall is your expected to visit every 30 minutes and the kids club is not as big as I would expect for a large hotel. Kids did not complain and loved all activities and play area including staff. Junior Suite with two double bedrooms 8502 bathroom and shower room, kitchen, living space (with your own sound bar) spacious balcony access from both living and bedroom. Housekeepers didn’t always clean or change towels and beddings so would have to call main desk for these or ask housekeeper when we saw one. Water in bathrooms never cut off, washing machine fully operational so returned with washed and dry clothes. Pools and splash pools - Main pool is where all the fun things and activities take place, other side it's more quieter and splash areas/ slides are pretty safe. I read reviews about slippery tiles but didn't experience anything like that. All pool except splash pool include stairs to walk and climb in pools with hand rails. Main pool has hoisted equipment for access. Spa 10/10 please agree a reasonable price with the manager or lady at spa desk they are all friendly and very welcoming. We hired the VIP private room and 5 of us had a lovely, relaxing time. Salon to avoid at all costs if you want to pay card as they don't tell you initially but charge extra at the time of payment (unless your okay paying the charges) We took this up with jet2 rep and hotel manager who said will inform salon staff to put up a notice for customers. On site shop's - lovely staff and welcoming, reasonable prices and there is a lad who is originally from Ireland working there so no language barrier:-) Extended room hire until pick up time was changed to another building in the 7000 however this side seemed very dated and old. We didn't travel out much but visited the old town, Kuşadası port and the bazaar. Can get a taxi or bus. Pretty cheap and easy access.

We have just come back and Wow. Fantastic hotel and facilities for kids and adults alike. So much lively fun activities throughout the whole day and evenings and the food was fantastic with so many choices. Beach and shopping a short distance away. Three very large pools and pool areas for seating and refreshments kept very clean and tidy with lifeguards on. Lots of staff available and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the main areas were maintained continually throughout the day. Will absolutely be back!!
