The worst hotel I have ever been at, especially one claiming to be a 5 star hotel. The rooms are absolutely filthy, there's rot and grime all over bathroom corners. Shower cabin is poorly constructed. When we first arrived the air conditioner was leaking, which left the carpets damp. We ask several times for the room to be cleaned. Also found tooth floss on the floor. Several times towels were missing in the room. Towards last few days we stopped asking for room to be cleaned as it was pointless. One time they left baby's bed sheet on the side. Another time they left pouch of hand wash gel on the counter without installing it. The bathroom always has poor damp smell. Carpets in the room are old and dirty and weird pattern that you find on London underground. There are not enough staff at the hotel. Lunch and dinner time is chaos as not enough tables. The staff are actually friendly but over worked. The pool toilets are disgusting and very dark for some reason. Evening entertainment are basic and repeats every day. One night was Turkish night which barely had any flags or decorations. Not a baby friendly hotel. Only 2 small lifts at the lobby which are always full. You need to take 3 separate lifts to reach the docks. So it's funny on how this hotel has 5 stars, very dodgy. We have seen many 3 stars that are much cleaner. Again, staff are nice, typically working summer jobs during their university studies but not enough. Good luck if somehow you still decide to go.

This hotel is nowhere near deserving 5 stars — realistically, it barely qualifies for 3. I am currently staying here and I’m honestly disappointed.
The rooms are sparsely furnished, with outdated, wobbly furniture that’s practically falling apart. There is absolutely no comfort. The air conditioning doesn’t work, making the stay even more uncomfortable.
Getting to the beach is a tiring and inconvenient task — you need to take 3 to 4 elevators, and if you opt for the stairs, be prepared for a serious physical challenge. As for sunbeds, be ready to wake up at dawn and race for one, or you’ll be left without any.
The food in the restaurant is of good quality, but the organization is a complete mess. Cutlery and plates are frequently missing, and sometimes they even offer plastic plates. When you finally find a plate, it's often dirty with leftover food, clearly showing poor hygiene standards. The same chaos applies to the tables — during dinner, you may wait up to 10 minutes just to find an available table, and then wait even longer for staff to clean up the mess from previous guests. The restaurant capacity is far from sufficient for the number of guests, so on two separate nights, I had to skip dinner entirely, because I refuse to stand around and wait like I’m at a train station.
I will never return to this hotel. I’m counting the days until I leave — this has been nothing but torture for the money I’ve paid. An absolute disgrace for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.

I stayed at the Ladonia Adakule Hotel with three of my friends Ali, Rahman and Sattar for 6 nights in July 2016. Our rooms were in the back building with a clear view of the mountains. The carpets in the rooms were old and dated and unfortunately the air conditioning system was off every day which was unbearable considering the heat. We used the hotel spa and massage, we paid more than outside the hotel but the quality was poor. The food and drinks were good. The restaurant was large and the pide was baked in the oven. Mrs. Yasemin was the best and answered our questions both in the hotel and hosted us one night at the Alacarte restaurant and I am very grateful to her. To go to the beach which is a cliff you have to take the elevator. Every night there was live music on the terrace which was very interesting and there was music for dancing but the animation It wasn't working. Overall the hotel is quiet but as a five star hotel it has a lot of room for improvement. Overall the choice and decision is yours.

1. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were covered in stains.
2. Even though the hotel is all-inclusive, their way of cutting costs is by serving the lowest-quality food and drinks. All drinks are made from syrups that burn your throat and leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
3. The hotel is, at best, a 2-star. It’s nowhere near the 5-star rating they claim.
4. There are power outages in the evenings.
5. The quality of service is poor. The staff consists of undertrained individuals, some of whom are literal teenagers.

Good hotel. I would like to especially mention the girls working at the SPA - Seyran, Aynur and Songul. They were very nice and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more relaxing. The massage was also really nice – just what I needed. Definitely worth a visit if you're staying at the hotel!
