Definitely the worst hotel i have stayed in. Food was terrible im not a fussy eater but I couldn't find anything to eat other than the fresh bread you cut yourself. We travelled as a group of 7 two children age 18months and 4 to say its good for children is an uderstatement hills and hills not suitable for buggy. Also rooms are not cleaned very well and we had yo ask for the sheets to be changed on the beds. Noise at night is very loud and not suitable for young children. The nicest people here were the two men in the bar and the life guard with the red cowboy hat. This is definetly not a 4 star hotel.

Visited 8th to 19th May 2026, had a great time. Good value for money. Hotel staff were amazing, family friendly with great kids pool, separate aqua park onsite too. Shout out to the Entertainment team..right mix of games for all. Travelled as a couple. Would recommend

This hotel is great for families with children. There are apartments with kitchens and beautiful views, several swimming pools, and a lovely beach. The hotel offers very good food, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Everything was great—until the power outage happened. It lasted more than 18 hours. There was no water in the bathrooms at all, no way to use the toilets, no lights, no air conditioning, and no water filtration in the still-open swimming pools 😱. We only received a glass of water at the reception, and that was it.

We had an excellent family holiday at H10 Mediterranean Village in September. My partner is a dialysis patient and had to have vital medical equipment delivered to the hotel in advance. The team were great with communication both before and during the holiday, and assisted us in moving the delivery to our room, and with clearing medical waste afterwards. What could have been a very stressful time was made much easier thanks to the team at H10. We found the room, food, pools and entertainment all great, as well as the location. Slightly away from the centre but with easy access to the main town and port Aventura world. Highly recommended for families.

Worst holiday. We asked for a quiet room, we got a room above the bar which meant that until 23.30-00.00 we could hear the chairs and tables being moved around. The rooms are dated, relatively clean. The food is edible but tasteless, deep fried or burnt. There are no vegetables for breakfast. The restaurant looks and smells like an old cafeteria. The kids swimming pool is overcrowded and there are not enough umbrellas so it’s rather uncomfortable in July. Our kids didn’t really like the mini disco and preferred doing other things. Some of the evening shows were nice. The Italian restaurant on site has good food so at least the lunch was ok. The whole place feels cramped and dated. First time when I was actually happy to leave.

Just home today from here and it didn't disappoint. The staff are all very pleasant and so friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is of a very high standard. The food has so many choices available even if you are fussy with food you will find something. And the roof top bar with the pool is the most beautiful part of the hotel it is so relaxing and stunning. I will be returning and recommending this hotel to family and friends. Also the location is fantastic everything so easy to get to from this hotel

Very good stay, large room with pool view. No cash option at the bar, customers had to load cash onto their room key wristband, could have been explained better. Food generally good. No children😀

This hotel offers a great location walking distance to portaventura theme park and to the beach + close to the shops, a great hotel that has a lot to offer i would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to salou.

Just returned from a 7 night stay. Fabulous hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. They always greet residents and are genuinely pleased to see you. The waiting staff are extremely hardworking and run the restaurant with precision. The choice of food for breakfast and evening meal was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean and the daily housekeeping is wonderful. The hotel is very well situated for both the beach and local shops, bars and restaurants.

We were very pleased with our stay at the H10 Salou Princess. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food and restaurant also good. The staff are very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and It is only 4 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely go back.

What an amazing hotel this. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and always smells fresh & clean. Each and every member of staff are a credit to the H10 Chain. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable with towel change everyday "if" required. Each and every member of staff works so hard to keep their clients happy. The food choice in the restaurant at breakfast and evening was fantastic, with a whole range of different foods suitable for all kinds of diets. Drinks in the bar areas, indoor & outdoors are very reasonable with extremely pleasant staff. Location of this hotel was perfect for us too👌. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, again very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay at the H10 Salou Princess that much, we have already booked up for 2 weeks September 2026. Sincerely, thanks to each and everyone of you for making our holiday so enjoyable 🫶😊 x

You get what you pay for here. It's not a luxury hotel but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great - to close to the beach, shops and restaurants - and it's super convenient. Noise was our only issue. Guests and cleaning staff alike could be heard banging doors and shouting throughout the corridors from early morning. The walls are paper thin so we could hear kids screaming and TV's blaring from neighbouring rooms.

I had a really nice experience at this hotel, lovely buffet, everyone who works there always looked at you with a smile. The rooms are nice and clean, bed was nice and holy moly the showers was so nice and powerful! They have shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Toothbrushes, combs.. its was really lovely. We were members of the H10 hotels, got a free cocktail, was lush! And biscuits with water in our room :)! The hotel had a lovely pool and nice entertainment at night times, lovely atmosphere. Aswell the hotel is in the center of everything and 15min walk to Portadventura Park. We will definitely be coming back. :)

We had a fantastic stay at H10 Salauris Palace in Salou. The food throughout our holiday was excellent, with plenty of choice every day but the Mexican themed night was definitely a highlight for us - we absolutely loved it! The location was great too, only around a 10 minute walk into the centre of Salou, so it was easy to explore the area while still being in a quieter spot. The hotel facilities were excellent and everything was kept very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a lovely place to relax during the day. The staff really made the stay special - every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Mariana in the restaurant who was so lovely and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. The bar staff also deserve a mention as they made some lovely cocktails! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!

We’re currently staying at the hotel and having a really lovely time so far. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the front desk staff have been very friendly and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. The entertainment team deserve a special mention because they have been absolutely fantastic with the children. There are activities running throughout the day, and they work so hard to keep everyone entertained and involved. Their energy and enthusiasm really make a huge difference and have made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Firstly, the hotel itself is nice. Location is not too far from the main area maybe ten minutes walk. The pool is FREEZING and so is the kids pool unfortunately. The food is extremely basic and really really disappointing as a vegetarian. I basically ate carbs and salad the entire holiday they had 0 protein options. I wouldn't recommend staying here if vegetarian. I also wouldn't recommend for families with young babies. The options for lunch are a snack bar (toasty and fries 7e / hotdog 7e or pizza 15e - salad had no dressing and really basic for ten euro) they should sell an option for young children even potatoes and vegetables - -again no vegetarian protein options or full lunch at 18.50 per head. They then use the leftover lunch and put it out for dinner. The guy working in the basement in the pool area was sooo rude he really annoyed me and all staff have very little english. My dad actually said " the people who come here don't care what food they eat they just want plenty of it" and I agree. The cleaning staff in the main restaurant are so friendly and really nice. We came with a baby and they put us in a room with a shower and facing the stage so loud music all night. Not much for babies just one small circular pool that isn't graduated in height. Overall I wouldn't return for the reasons listed above.

Currently sat by the pool writing this. So far this hotel has been perfect. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Every member of staff from reception to the bar staff to the animation team have been amazing and so friendly. The food has been great,usually with hotel the food is average but here it has been really great and a great selection. You will always find something. The rooms are nice and spacious and housekeeping keep on top of it. I would give this hotel a 6 star review if it let me. Will def be back.

The Hotel is amazing! We decided to book this hotel due to location ( just 10 minutes walking to Portaventura and Salou center/ beach). We booked with Full board and I must say that the food in all meals was with very good quality, variety and worth it to come with full board, specially if you are a big family like us. The food was always delicious!!! The Recepcionists were very kind, the Animation Team as well, very friendly. Also very good facilities with a very nice exterior swiming pool, the gym very well equiped, sauna, etc... Also, the rooftop area is amazing! Last, but also importantly... the rooms. The beds and pillows...oh my God! Super Super confortable... I think the best ones so far. The Rooms are big and nice. The Hotel also offers external and inside parking, which is great!

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. If you wish to get a bus to explore further a field the hotel is just a few minutes walk to bus stops. We like the roof top pool, which is a small plunge pool but the views are great and you can order your drinks/snacks up there too. The wristband system in the hotel is so handy, no need to carry cards/cash in the hotel you can do everything with the wristband. I also like the hotels commitment to the environment, with staff even helping out on beach clean up days too. Rooms are a nice size, we are never in them much. Most rooms have large walk in showers too. Things like hair dryers and fridges are all standard in the room too. Great hotel, we love it.

We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip which was really lovely to experience. The only fault we had with this hotel was that all 3 pools were so cold that they were unusable, we spoke to quite a few people around the pools who said the exact same thing and that they were unable to stand the cold temperatures of the pool and didn’t use it. The food was good and had a decent variety and the hotel is brilliantly placed being so close to the beach!

The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day. The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6). I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel. The room were perfectly acceptable with a small fridge / safe supplied free of charge.Bed was comfortable and bathroom had overhead and hand held shower heads.Shower door frame isn't wide enough and water can spray onto bathroom floor ,so be aware if the same in all rooms, otherwise fine. Worth mentioning that there is no kettle in the bedroom...Also supplied is a dental kit toothbrush/ paste/ comb . Housekeeping came to the room daily and changed towels as requested.Rooms maintained to a high standard by the friendly staff. Water at evening meals is chargeable,but there is a supply of water available near the pool if you want to fill up your water bottle during the day or you can purchase bottled water from the bar or supermarket across the road who were also friendly / helpful when I asked about English newspapers. Breakfast/ Evening meals were good with a wide range to choose from( buffet style).There was plenty of tables to choose from at all times. All the staff were super friendly and could not do enough to help you. You gain access to your room via a wrist band and you can load money onto this so you just tap the band against their machine so no need to carry a card around with you whilst in the hotel. You can go in the pool/ shower/ sea with your wristband on...no issues. If half board you can get a light lunch at the Hotels outdoor pool bar or walk into Salou and try a cafe like 'Faraggi' which offers an amazing Banana split. The lifts are small and there are only two...and on a few occasions one was out of order so it was rather busy on occasions. Being an adult only hotel it was generally quite and very relaxing and there was no mad scramble for sunbeds in the morning and there is plenty of plush seating inside near the main reception. First time at this hotel and happy to give it a very big thumbs up. September 2025 Travelled with Jet2 and credit to them for supplying this hotel at an excellent price and making the total experience very smooth and enjoyable.

Hotel very clean , staff so nice , best shower in room ever. Breakfast and Evening meal were ok for a weeks stay. Pool very cold , sea and beach clean , sea was warmer than hotel pool lol 😆.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Staff - They are very kind and will always be around, taking orders and clearing tables. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and it is clear they love their jobs. Rooms - The rooms are good sized and well air conditioned. We loved the large/powerful shower. Rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. All cleaning staff are very friendly and will always say hello. They seem to enjoy their job and always have a smile on their face. Food - Breakfast was lovely. There was a large selection every day. We were half board and had dinner twice (as we enjoy eating out). We felt there could be slightly more options available for dinner, although we did enjoy the food we had! Can’t complain much though. Sunbeds/pool - The pool area was always exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the games played throughout the day. We never ever found an issue getting a sunbed, and some days we went to the pool at 11am and never reserved a bed with towels. Huge pool and nice atmosphere - we loved it! Overall we would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had an amazing holiday and spent a lot of time in the outdoor areas.
