Great location for Salou and Reus Airport. The hotel was clean and welcoming. For families, it's a brilliant choice. There is constant entertainment and the pool area is just about large enough, though there is some competition for sunbeds. Poolside rooms are noisy until gone 11pm, and the patio doors block close to no noise. There is however a quiet rooftop pool for adults. Just be warned poolside bars close way before the pools do. Food and drink is reasonably priced. My main criticism is the breakfast. There isn't a lot of room to manouever around the buffet and vegan breakfast options are VERY limited. I asked a member of staff what options I had and he said there was no vegan breakfast and gestured vaguely towards a corner of the buffet. Aside from the noise and breakfast, I enjoyed my stay with my family. I would not stay if I did not have children, however.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel and our room were very clean. We had lots of space in our room and didn’t feel cramped. The adult rooftop pool is lovely and the main pool was great too but a bit busy as end of school holidays. The buffet food was okay but not great. The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk into the main centre and right near the parks. Evening entertainment was okay but good for kids. Some staff weren’t particularly welcoming, mainly in the restaurant. Overall we had a nice stay.

We have had the best 11 nights here! Everything is perfect! Clean, tidy, friendly and the food is amazing The perfect location with Ferrari land, Porturventura theme park and water park a 10 minute walk. In the opposite direction you can walk into Salou. Nothing was too much trouble. Massive shout out to the entertainment team their energy is fantastic! Special mention to Carla, Havi, Carla, Alex and mercedes you are amazing

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly to a high standard. The bar service was superb, a big thanks to Victor and Yulian for making us feel welcome . The food was nice and a great variety available. However the sunbed situation let the hotel down due to the queues and the lack of controlled environment. Apart from that , we had a fabulous stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m currently on holiday and have spent most of my time by the pool and at the pool bar. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to relax, have a few drinks and enjoy the holiday. Would definitely recommend!

Let’s start with the negatives so we can finish with the positives. Cons. - the rooms are dated, and that’s what makes it look unclean, untouched. - paint work, renovation is needed (nothing crazy) - the food is okay, it’s made for the British tourists here (British myself) i understand Salou is not big on traditional Spanish food here and that’s ok. - I fiddled with the aircon but staff came to rectify it Pros - service from front desk was helpful, friendly and accommodating - location is excellent, not too far from main attractions and far enough where you don’t hear the party goers. - hotel is kid friendly, with not many kid attractions but entertainers were great all rounders and made sure everyone was included. - pool bar staff are lovely too. - despite the dated look, it is adequate in cleanliness I think it just needs updating. All in all, I thought it was going to be a Benidorm situation here but I was pleasantly surprised as to how peaceful it was.

Have just come home from here on the 17th sad to say, had a fantastic holiday here, it is a lovely hotel, the rooms are a tad dated but are spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by the very hard working cleaners. The food we found was excellent all really fresh and a good variety of different dishes every day, the only criticism I have is that you do have to pay for water with your evening meal which shocked us a bit to be honest as it is the first time have ever had to pay for water in a hotel half board. The pool is gorgeous, plenty of sunbeds but not enough sun umbrellas unfortunately, people do reserve sunbeds with there towels but we did notice the staff putting tickets on the beds if left unoccupied for a length of time, especially in front of the pool area. The evening entertainment was very good, with very good tribute bands playing most evenings. Really good locations for the shops and beach which is just a short walk away, We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the H10 Salou Princess. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food and restaurant also good. The staff are very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and It is only 4 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely go back.

We have just arrived back home from an amazing 7-night stay at the H10 Salou Princess resort, and I wanted to reach out to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Knowing that our flight was delayed and that we would miss the standard dinner service, the staff thoughtfully plated up four dinners for us to enjoy upon our arrival. Check-in was simple and quick, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we were well set up for the following morning. The entire holiday was incredibly pleasant and memorable, thanks to the exceptionally clean hotel, the great pool area, and the amazing selection of fresh, hot food. Additionally, the resort's location is perfect, being very close to local shops, the beach, and nearby attractions. To the management team at H10 Salou Princess, you truly have an incredible team. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, hardworking, and attentive. I would just like to say a sincere thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special and full of great memories. Truly had the best time ever at this hotel . I’ve stayed at all the H10s in salou and this was the best. The food was outstanding truly . Every area was spotless. Although sadly the room floor never seemed to be cleaned even when asked. But apart from this everything about the room and hotel was excellent. The staff were super helpful all the time and so friendly and quick to help. Joe on reception was always happy to help my endless questions. Everyone I encountered were so welcoming. We didn’t stay for the entertainment as sadly it was far too loud for us (we’re autistic) but it sounded good from bits I heard. Pools were absolutely fantastic and made my daughter’s holiday truly. The new water park is brilliant. It’s in a secure area that little ones are safe inside . The waters not deep at all so little ones can run round safely enjoying the water . There was always enough beds around every pool. Yes I didn’t go until mid afternoon each day but I always found a bed. The snack bar is delicious truly and again staff were second to none. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough truly I am a single parent traveling alone with a 10 year old Autistic child and the staff and hotel made our holiday the best yet so thank you to everyone to H10 med village

We are staying here at the moment. First time solo travelling with my son who has additional needs and I have my own mobility annd health issues. He loves the water and I wanted somewhere safe. This place is incredible. The slides in the picture are in an inclosed area that you can only get in or out of with your hotel wrist band. (Life saver with an eloper!) food is lovely, staff are beautiful and the pirate ship slides are a win with water at 1.1 metres so he can manage without me worrying. Plus there is a beach cove! It’s 4 minutes down to the beach and they have a lovely little shop that’s not overpriced across the road. I’m really impressed! Kids club is a must. He loves it and it’s not on too late either. We will be coming back for sure!

We have just returned home from our 10th stay at H10 Mediterranean Village, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. We were first recommended this hotel over 10 years ago and were so impressed after our first visit that we have returned year after year. The fact that we've already booked for next summer says everything about how much we love this place. The hotel offers excellent facilities, fantastic food, and outstanding service throughout. Every member of staff works incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have the best possible holiday. A special mention goes to Kevin from the bar team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond for guests. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference to our holiday. We would also like to thank Niko and the animation team. The entertainment was brilliant from morning until night and was one of the highlights of our stay. Niko's energy and enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere, and the whole team worked tirelessly to make every day enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to everyone at H10 Mediterranean Village for another wonderful holiday. Ok firstly... this is not in Salou. It's 10-15mins by bus to Salou. Hotel is ok but the rooms are very dated and need a lot of attention to bring them into line with other H10 hotels we've stayed at previously. The facilities for kids are very good. There are multiple pool areas and plenty to keep children of all ages entertained. The entertainment team are also very nice, engaging and friendly. The food was very good. We stayed half board which included breakfast and dinner. Theres lots of options and the quality of the food is good for all inclusive resort and the staff in the restaurant are friendly. We had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment for 8 nights. There is an issue with the drainage in the room because there's a foul smell coming from the sinks. Asked to change room but no other 2 bedroom apartments were available during our time there. Avoid room 366A. Ask for a room facing towards the main pool area if you want to keep an eye on the entertainment or on the opposite side if you prefer quieter evenings. Also- we had no wine glasses in our apartment and when we attempted to bring the wine glasses from the restaurant we were told we couldn't so we did without them during our stay. Also- they need to relocate the smoking area. Theres countless people smoking immediately outside both foyer and bar towards the pool area meaning you've to pass theough clouds of smoke each time you walk past. Not ideal for any non smokers or families with small children. We were told its a cashless hotel at checking in however when we attempted to get towels for the sunbeds - they only take cash. Also when kids wanted to play pool the machine only takes cash but there's no option of cash back at the bar. Not up to the same high standards as other H10 hotels we've stayed at. Unlikely to revisit.

Just got back from a 4 night stay with my 5 year old and we both loved the hotel. Nice pools & splash park, great size room with good views from the balcony. Great food and drinks from all 3 restaurants and lovely staff in every department of the hotel. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic hotel we couldn’t recommend it highly enough! We have had an absolutely fantastic stay at the H10 Delfín and honestly could not rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after by the staff. Every member of staff we came across was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, but we especially want to mention the two chefs in the restaurant. My partner has a dairy allergy, and they went above and beyond to make sure she was able to enjoy her meals safely. They took the time to point out exactly what she could and couldn’t have and even prepared food separately for her. This meant so much to us and really took away the worry of eating somewhere unfamiliar. The ladies working in the restaurant were also incredibly helpful and attentive, always making sure everything was okay and helping wherever they could. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests rather than simply doing their jobs. The outside pool on the bottom floor was lovely, clean and well maintained, and the bar staff were fantastic too. Everyone was friendly, approachable and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The whole hotel has a really welcoming atmosphere, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are leaving very happy, although sad that our holiday has come to an end! A massive thank you to every member of staff at the H10 Delfín, especially the chefs and restaurant team, for making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. We will definitely be returning one day and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Salou. 5 stars without hesitation!

this hotel is perfect if ur above 60+ years of age. Usually when I’m in Salou I go for the same hotel everytime but this year it was full so I had to choose a new hotel. I saw hotel Delfin on internet it looked good and fun so decided to book it. The second I stepped into the hotel I felt the most depressing and boring atmosphere ever. The staff wasn’t friendly, as an example my boyfriend wore a t-shirt without sleeves for dinner, just a regular top for men. They didn’t tell us this wasn’t allowed until we we’re looking what food to get, so as we we’re just looking around one of the ladies who worked there just came up to him and raised her voice and said “sir, shirt” in a very unfriendly tone and look on her face. So he had to go change. The poolside looks beautiful and clean, but it’s so silent and boring that I haven’t sat there once in my 8 day stay. The rooms we’re good just a regular hotel room. At dinner I was shocked to hear I had to PAY for drinks, I think that is ridiculous. There was not alot of choice for dinner but it was tasty, just not so much options without meat. For example Me and my boyfriend don’t eat pork and 80% of the food had meat in it and mostly pork. Overall this was the worst hotel I have stayed. The hotel itself was beautifull and clean, just the most boring and depressing place ever with unfriendly staff. We tried to stay out the hotel everyday, just sleep and eat there. I recommend this if you are either over 60+ years of age or if you want to have the most boring vacation of ur life. Next time i’m going to Salou I will make sure that I book extra early so I can go to my regular hotel so I will never have to come here again.

Loved our second visit to H10 Delfin. Chef was amazing as I have a very fussy vegetarian other half. He explained what he could eat from the buffet and on two nights got his dinner made for him and brought to the table. Hats off to the chef!! Room and whole hotel was spotless, towels were the whitest I've seen in a while! Drinks were reasonably priced and bar staff were friendly and offered a speedy service. Lovely hotel and location is fabulous for getting around Salou

H10 Delfin is a lovely hotel. Its location is great for the beach and the shops. We spent 7 nights here but would happily stay for much longer. The staff are so friendly and the food is lovely with a great selection. The entertainment is really good and the activities hosts are brilliant. Will definitely be back

Fab hotel with a bit of an issue at the end of our stay, spotlessly clean with excellent attentive daytime staff. The evening entertainment was really good with quality acts for varied tastes. On our final night though the Bruno Mars tribute was good but the sound system was just far too loud for the space in which they were performing it forced us to retreat to a quieter spot despite asking for the volume to be lowered. Shout out to Pepe who was such a friendly guy, he made every effort to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves selves throughout the day. We had opted for half board, the food for both breakfast and evening meal was really good with a varied & wide ranging cusine available on the buffet to cater for all tastes. The beach was a short stroll away from the hotel. The outskirts of Cambrils is 1.5 hr walk away for the more adventurous energetic souls, a trip to the marina area is well worth a visit, that took approx two hours walking, maybe get a taxi or bus if needed. As we walked we were able to take advantage of one the numerous beach bars on the way. I regretfully need to add to my review as I’d initially submitted it before the end of our stay. Two days before we left the room next to us, room 119, was occupied by at least a couple of very loud French guys who were part of a larger group. They were extremely noisy from the outset, the first night moving things around and shouting, playing music at approx 3:00hrs. The final straw was on the morning of our departure they arrived back to their room around 5:00hrs the noise persisted for around 45 minutes until they dropped off to sleep, at which point I discovered the walls are pretty thin as we could hear someone snoring in their room. As I left on the morning of Sunday 17/5/26 I attempted to make reception aware but the older guy on the desk, I guess you’d call him ‘the night manager’ couldn’t understand English and upon hearing the word ‘complaint’ the younger staff member made a sharp exit into the back office never to return whilst we were there awaiting our pickup. Sadly a less than enjoyable end to an otherwise nice stay.

Stayed here in room 429 end of July. Looked out on road and other accommodation but very quiet room. Room was comfortable, bed and pillows comfy. Could have done with a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobes and they could have done with a cut out in the ends of them to put dress straps in and my dresses just slipped off them. Good bathroom with shower, space to put things and nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Cleaned every day. Food actually hot/warm off buffet and a decent choice out each breakfast and evening. The speciality puddings were lovely apple crumble and chocolate melt in the middle sponge especially. Ice-cream could buy by the bar was delicious. Had to wear wristbands these were to open your room and a cashless hotel. Could pay cash at reception and put an amount on your room, then just tap wristband to pay for things around the hotel. Safe in room was free, which is excellent, not many places do that! Plenty of sunbeds round the pool, we always got one. Not many with brollies, so these beds went first with the 9am queue ! Towels were removed off sunbeds when one particular pool guard on and people reserved and didn't appear, which it did say they would do. About a 10 min walk down to the front. Hotel in a good and quiet position. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

Just home today from here and it didn't disappoint. The staff are all very pleasant and so friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is of a very high standard. The food has so many choices available even if you are fussy with food you will find something. And the roof top bar with the pool is the most beautiful part of the hotel it is so relaxing and stunning. I will be returning and recommending this hotel to family and friends. Also the location is fantastic everything so easy to get to from this hotel

Excellent location, easy walking distance to beach, bus stops and shops. Adults only so much more relaxing. Food was varied with fantastic choice and plenty of it. All facilitieswere extremly clean and all staff very helpful and courtious. The morning side show of 'sun lounger wars' was an added bonus and very amusing

Just got back from this hotel , our 3rd visit in a row and will be back next year. Staff friendly and helpful as always, food great fab choices and not ripped off with drink and food prices in bar, always spotless in rooms and lounge area, staff work so hard to keep everyone happy, pool area is great plenty sunbeds and outdoor seating and the terrace pool is quiet and relaxing with a bar. It has one of the biggest lounge areas with plenty of comfy sofas, this hotel has a water machine to get free ice cold water, Well done H10 vintage staff for making our holiday fab. Not forgetting cleaning staff who work very hard.hotel close to beach and shops and restaurants, we jumped on bus just opposite hotel to visit cambrils and reus,, walked into cap de salou, all really lovely areas, there is also a busy strip further along,, beautiful long palm tree prom for sitting and walking. Highly recommend.
