7 night stay at this hotel for 3rd year running. We go for self catering as we prefer flexibility to eat out but we ate at the snack bar and pizzeria and both times were great with friendly staff. It was also fairly priced.
The pools are amazing. A splash park with slides, a pirate ship pool, kids pool and just a standard pool. I don't understand the reviews about the lifeguards. Any I came across were very friendly and I'm glad the no Floatie rule exists otherwise the pool would be chaos!
I enjoy the location, it's 10 mins outside salou but very easy to get to on the bus. Cap salou has lovely restaurants so we didn't go into main salou a lot.
Staff were all friendly and helpful to me. I did find some guests rude though. A Spanish family threw our stuff on the floor of the splash park while we were right there and stole our sunbed (I had 1 for my whole family) . No fault of the hotel but there does seem to be a bit of sunbed wars so just bare in mind if leaving valuables!

Truly had the best time ever at this hotel . I’ve stayed at all the H10s in salou and this was the best.
The food was outstanding truly . Every area was spotless. Although sadly the room floor never seemed to be cleaned even when asked. But apart from this everything about the room and hotel was excellent. The staff were super helpful all the time and so friendly and quick to help. Joe on reception was always happy to help my endless questions.
Everyone I encountered were so welcoming.
We didn’t stay for the entertainment as sadly it was far too loud for us (we’re autistic) but it sounded good from bits I heard.
Pools were absolutely fantastic and made my daughter’s holiday truly. The new water park is brilliant. It’s in a secure area that little ones are safe inside . The waters not deep at all so little ones can run round safely enjoying the water . There was always enough beds around every pool. Yes I didn’t go until mid afternoon each day but I always found a bed. The snack bar is delicious truly and again staff were second to none.
I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough truly I am a single parent traveling alone with a 10 year old Autistic child and the staff and hotel made our holiday the best yet so thank you to everyone to H10 med village

Ok firstly... this is not in Salou. It's 10-15mins by bus to Salou. Hotel is ok but the rooms are very dated and need a lot of attention to bring them into line with other H10 hotels we've stayed at previously.
The facilities for kids are very good. There are multiple pool areas and plenty to keep children of all ages entertained. The entertainment team are also very nice, engaging and friendly.
The food was very good. We stayed half board which included breakfast and dinner. Theres lots of options and the quality of the food is good for all inclusive resort and the staff in the restaurant are friendly.
We had a 2 bedroom self catering apartment for 8 nights. There is an issue with the drainage in the room because there's a foul smell coming from the sinks. Asked to change room but no other 2 bedroom apartments were available during our time there. Avoid room 366A. Ask for a room facing towards the main pool area if you want to keep an eye on the entertainment or on the opposite side if you prefer quieter evenings.
Also- we had no wine glasses in our apartment and when we attempted to bring the wine glasses from the restaurant we were told we couldn't so we did without them during our stay.
Also- they need to relocate the smoking area. Theres countless people smoking immediately outside both foyer and bar towards the pool area meaning you've to pass theough clouds of smoke each time you walk past. Not ideal for any non smokers or families with small children.
We were told its a cashless hotel at checking in however when we attempted to get towels for the sunbeds - they only take cash. Also when kids wanted to play pool the machine only takes cash but there's no option of cash back at the bar.
Not up to the same high standards as other H10 hotels we've stayed at. Unlikely to revisit.

We are staying here at the moment.
First time solo travelling with my son who has additional needs and I have my own mobility annd health issues.
He loves the water and I wanted somewhere safe. This place is incredible. The slides in the picture are in an inclosed area that you can only get in or out of with your hotel wrist band. (Life saver with an eloper!) food is lovely, staff are beautiful and the pirate ship slides are a win with water at 1.1 metres so he can manage without me worrying.
Plus there is a beach cove! It’s 4 minutes down to the beach and they have a lovely little shop that’s not overpriced across the road. I’m really impressed!
Kids club is a must. He loves it and it’s not on too late either. We will be coming back for sure!
BM OConnell
Lovely modern hotel and small but nice self catering apartment. Good decor. Air conditioning worked and good shower. Cleaned every day, bed once during week, bathroom cleaned and floors swept every day.
2 Pools were lovely but closed early at 6:00??!! Never have seen this anywhere? Also no where near enough sun beds for the size of the pool?!
Even the pool and gym inside closed at 4:00?
Now if you’re going with kids and grandparents you’ll be happy enough with most of the entertainment.
BUT if you’re with older kids or as a couple the music is awful and loud and blares until 11:00! Forget turning in for an early night. One out of 7 nights was bearable.
Food in hotel buffet was good but overpriced. Except in Il Forno cafe and pool cafe.
If constant entertainment is your thing you’ll love it.

Just home today from here and it didn't disappoint. The staff are all very pleasant and so friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is of a very high standard. The food has so many choices available even if you are fussy with food you will find something. And the roof top bar with the pool is the most beautiful part of the hotel it is so relaxing and stunning. I will be returning and recommending this hotel to family and friends. Also the location is fantastic everything so easy to get to from this hotel

Very good stay, large room with pool view. No cash option at the bar, customers had to load cash onto their room key wristband, could have been explained better. Food generally good.
No children😀

Just back from 4 nights at the H10 Vintage Salou. We booked through Jet2. We had a lovely double room with pool view. The hotel is lovely and deserving of its 4 stars. We went half board. The food, drink, staff, etc, was/were of good quality, value and pleasant. The location was excellent. Centrally located in a lovely city, close to all amenities and a 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade. The evening entertainment was a mixed bag. Monday featured bingo and a one man band, who was mediocre. Tuesday was a pretty boring quiz. However, Wednesday featured "Mr & Mrs Smith," a very polished and professional duo, who would do justice to any club, cabaret or international floorshow. This is an adult only hotel, which attracts lots of cyclists and an older clientele, who love to enjoy themselves. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would love to return. In addition, from start to finish, Jet2 were exceptional. We'd travel with them again.

Just got back from this hotel , our 3rd visit in a row and will be back next year. Staff friendly and helpful as always, food great fab choices and not ripped off with drink and food prices in bar, always spotless in rooms and lounge area, staff work so hard to keep everyone happy, pool area is great plenty sunbeds and outdoor seating and the terrace pool is quiet and relaxing with a bar. It has one of the biggest lounge areas with plenty of comfy sofas, this hotel has a water machine to get free ice cold water,
Well done H10 vintage staff for making our holiday fab. Not forgetting cleaning staff who work very hard.hotel close to beach and shops and restaurants, we jumped on bus just opposite hotel to visit cambrils and reus,, walked into cap de salou, all really lovely areas, there is also a busy strip further along,, beautiful long palm tree prom for sitting and walking. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a good location and is reasonable tidy. It is well up to date and for most parts friendly staff. The pools and food are good, love the roof pool.
Disliked · We had a terrible experience witht the night watch, me and my spouse had a night out and checked out the bars and clubs, we came back to the hotel very decent at around between 3-4. We are of different races, I am white and she is black. When we came in, and this being our first night at the hotel, she says hi to the security guard and asked if he needs to see some identification or something, he responded I, the boyfriend could go up to the room but she would not be allowed, she asked again and he states the same, I figured out what he was on about and when my girlfriend asked why, he just said she could't but I could. I realised by then that he thought she was a corner street girl, and instead of making sure first if she was a guest, he just assumed it. I gave him one chance to back down, but then he just asked us to go to the counter check in and speak to his colleague. We did that and of course he apologised when he realised what the security guard had done. But not deeply and the security guard didn't.
When we woke up next day we raised a complaint and we were told they would review this instance with the quality department. But we never got any response, later the security guard gave a sorry excuse, but that was it.
Nothing from management or anything.
I was truly horrified and my girlfriend didnt really enjoy the rest of the stay at the hotel.
So we can not recommend it to anyone of who is of different color than white.
You could have done million times better.

Great location for Salou and Reus Airport. The hotel was clean and welcoming. For families, it's a brilliant choice. There is constant entertainment and the pool area is just about large enough, though there is some competition for sunbeds. Poolside rooms are noisy until gone 11pm, and the patio doors block close to no noise. There is however a quiet rooftop pool for adults. Just be warned poolside bars close way before the pools do. Food and drink is reasonably priced. My main criticism is the breakfast. There isn't a lot of room to manouever around the buffet and vegan breakfast options are VERY limited. I asked a member of staff what options I had and he said there was no vegan breakfast and gestured vaguely towards a corner of the buffet. Aside from the noise and breakfast, I enjoyed my stay with my family. I would not stay if I did not have children, however.

We have been staying at H10 Salauris Palace for the past 14 years, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. Year after year, the management and staff have provided an exceptional level of service, making every visit special and memorable.
The management team are always welcoming, professional, and dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. The staff are truly outstanding — friendly, caring, and attentive, with many going above and beyond to make our stays enjoyable.
After so many years of returning, it is the people who make this hotel so special. The warm atmosphere, excellent service, and genuine hospitality are the reasons we keep coming back.
A huge thank you to the management and the entire team at H10 Salauris Palace for 14 wonderful years of fantastic holidays. We look forward to many more visits and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at H10 Salauris Palace in Salou. The food throughout our holiday was excellent, with plenty of choice every day but the Mexican themed night was definitely a highlight for us - we absolutely loved it!
The location was great too, only around a 10 minute walk into the centre of Salou, so it was easy to explore the area while still being in a quieter spot.
The hotel facilities were excellent and everything was kept very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a lovely place to relax during the day.
The staff really made the stay special - every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Mariana in the restaurant who was so lovely and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. The bar staff also deserve a mention as they made some lovely cocktails!
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!
Olivia Wright
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly to a high standard. The bar service was superb, a big thanks to Victor and Yulian for making us feel welcome . The food was nice and a great variety available. However the sunbed situation let the hotel down due to the queues and the lack of controlled environment. Apart from that , we had a fabulous stay.
Courtney Burch
Lovely hotel with a great location. Paid extra for pool view and even though we were on the pool side it wasn't much of a view. Staff were wonderful, easy walk to the local shops and beach! Pool area was nice and clean. The snack bar was so yummy but sadly the buffet at night let it down. Quite basic, same things every night and not that warm! Entertainment is loud until late at night, that didn't bother us but could see that being complicated with young children

We were very pleased with our stay at the H10 Salou Princess. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food and restaurant also good. The staff are very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and It is only 4 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely go back.

Just returned from a 7 night stay. Fabulous hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. They always greet residents and are genuinely pleased to see you. The waiting staff are extremely hardworking and run the restaurant with precision. The choice of food for breakfast and evening meal was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean and the daily housekeeping is wonderful.
The hotel is very well situated for both the beach and local shops, bars and restaurants.
Květina Tesařová
H10 Salou Princess is listed as a 4-star hotel, but I definitely wouldn’t agree with that rating. Compared to another hotel from the same H10 group in Barcelona, this one in Salou is definitely a class below, whether you look at the rooms, the amenities, or the restaurant. If it were rated as a 3-star hotel, I would review it positively, but for a 4-star standard, I have to be critical. The pool was probably the best and nicest part of the entire hotel. Another huge plus is the excellent location—if you don't mind a longer walk, you can easily reach the PortAventura and Ferrari Land amusement parks on foot. Since we were traveling with children, we opted for half board. While there was enough to choose from, the food was rather average and definitely not up to a 4-star standard. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations. Next time, I would only book bed and breakfast here, or look for a different hotel in the same price range.
Jessica Blankley
Recently stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and we were not disappointed. It was our first time staying at this hotel. Reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in was slightly "dated" you could say but it didn't really bother us as we only in the room at night and was out all day so didn't spend much time in there so it did the job. It had plenty of storage and bathroom facilities were all very good, especially with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Whilst we were out during the day, our bed was made fresh every day and bins were emptied by the cleaners which was a nice touch after a long day out.
The food in the restaurant had plenty of options and had something different everyday so you dont get bored of the same thing.
The pool was very nice and clean, but if you want a sunbed you have to get down early as people but towels down (which is to be expected). But the beach is only like a 2 minute walk away so we spent alot of time there.
The bar staff were great. Very friendly and if you were sat down at a table, they would come to you and ask if you want a drink and you could pay at your table which saved you having to get up and go to the bar during the entertainment in the evening.
The entertainment at this hotel has to be one of the best things about it. Every night had something different. We saw a lady gaga tribute and a Bruno mars tribute which was absolutely incredible and so many more great acts.
And every night before the main entertainment, they either had Bingo or a quiz which was always great fun. One of the entertainers called Mike was very friendly and always made the evening very fun, so big shout out to him!!
Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay at the H10 salou princess and we will definitely be back!!!

Rooms are small and clean but the shower screen is too small and the bathroom floor ends up drenched!
Hiring a kettle for €4 a day isn’t right for a 4* hotel. A €20 deposit is fine but the daily fee is ridiculous.
One bed was ok, the other was broken and tilted.
Air con was fine, not super strong but definitely cool enough.
Reception is clean, tidy and large with lots of comfortable seating. I find it bizarre that the allocated smoking area is at the main entrance. It looks and smells awful to walk through - not a great first impression.
Location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything.
Unfortunately the pool lounger situation is so frustrating. Like lots have mentioned, the staff don’t enforce the no reservations policy and people do reserve loungers for hours on end without returning. One family didn’t come back at all for the whole day! It’s just silly and unnecessary, this really needs to be looked at as guests repeatedly can’t relax by the pool and the morning sprint by other guests is embarrassing!
Would we return? No, too much improvement is needed.

this hotel is perfect if ur above 60+ years of age. Usually when I’m in Salou I go for the same hotel everytime but this year it was full so I had to choose a new hotel. I saw hotel Delfin on internet it looked good and fun so decided to book it. The second I stepped into the hotel I felt the most depressing and boring atmosphere ever. The staff wasn’t friendly, as an example my boyfriend wore a t-shirt without sleeves for dinner, just a regular top for men. They didn’t tell us this wasn’t allowed until we we’re looking what food to get, so as we we’re just looking around one of the ladies who worked there just came up to him and raised her voice and said “sir, shirt” in a very unfriendly tone and look on her face. So he had to go change. The poolside looks beautiful and clean, but it’s so silent and boring that I haven’t sat there once in my 8 day stay. The rooms we’re good just a regular hotel room. At dinner I was shocked to hear I had to PAY for drinks, I think that is ridiculous. There was not alot of choice for dinner but it was tasty, just not so much options without meat. For example Me and my boyfriend don’t eat pork and 80% of the food had meat in it and mostly pork.
Overall this was the worst hotel I have stayed. The hotel itself was beautifull and clean, just the most boring and depressing place ever with unfriendly staff. We tried to stay out the hotel everyday, just sleep and eat there.
I recommend this if you are either over 60+ years of age or if you want to have the most boring vacation of ur life. Next time i’m going to Salou I will make sure that I book extra early so I can go to my regular hotel so I will never have to come here again.

Loved our second visit to H10 Delfin. Chef was amazing as I have a very fussy vegetarian other half. He explained what he could eat from the buffet and on two nights got his dinner made for him and brought to the table. Hats off to the chef!!
Room and whole hotel was spotless, towels were the whitest I've seen in a while! Drinks were reasonably priced and bar staff were friendly and offered a speedy service.
Lovely hotel and location is fabulous for getting around Salou

H10 Delfin is a lovely hotel. Its location is great for the beach and the shops. We spent 7 nights here but would happily stay for much longer. The staff are so friendly and the food is lovely with a great selection. The entertainment is really good and the activities hosts are brilliant. Will definitely be back

Fab hotel with a bit of an issue at the end of our stay, spotlessly clean with excellent attentive daytime staff. The evening entertainment was really good with quality acts for varied tastes. On our final night though the Bruno Mars tribute was good but the sound system was just far too loud for the space in which they were performing it forced us to retreat to a quieter spot despite asking for the volume to be lowered. Shout out to Pepe who was such a friendly guy, he made every effort to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves selves throughout the day. We had opted for half board, the food for both breakfast and evening meal was really good with a varied & wide ranging cusine available on the buffet to cater for all tastes. The beach was a short stroll away from the hotel. The outskirts of Cambrils is 1.5 hr walk away for the more adventurous energetic souls, a trip to the marina area is well worth a visit, that took approx two hours walking, maybe get a taxi or bus if needed. As we walked we were able to take advantage of one the numerous beach bars on the way.
I regretfully need to add to my review as I’d initially submitted it before the end of our stay. Two days before we left the room next to us, room 119, was occupied by at least a couple of very loud French guys who were part of a larger group. They were extremely noisy from the outset, the first night moving things around and shouting, playing music at approx 3:00hrs. The final straw was on the morning of our departure they arrived back to their room around 5:00hrs the noise persisted for around 45 minutes until they dropped off to sleep, at which point I discovered the walls are pretty thin as we could hear someone snoring in their room. As I left on the morning of Sunday 17/5/26 I attempted to make reception aware but the older guy on the desk, I guess you’d call him ‘the night manager’ couldn’t understand English and upon hearing the word ‘complaint’ the younger staff member made a sharp exit into the back office never to return whilst we were there awaiting our pickup. Sadly a less than enjoyable end to an otherwise nice stay.
