Let’s start with the negatives so we can finish with the positives.
Cons.
- the rooms are dated, and that’s what makes it look unclean, untouched.
- paint work, renovation is needed (nothing crazy)
- the food is okay, it’s made for the British tourists here (British myself) i understand Salou is not big on traditional Spanish food here and that’s ok.
- I fiddled with the aircon but staff came to rectify it
Pros
- service from front desk was helpful, friendly and accommodating
- location is excellent, not too far from main attractions and far enough where you don’t hear the party goers.
- hotel is kid friendly, with not many kid attractions but entertainers were great all rounders and made sure everyone was included.
- pool bar staff are lovely too.
- despite the dated look, it is adequate in cleanliness I think it just needs updating.
All in all, I thought it was going to be a Benidorm situation here but I was pleasantly surprised as to how peaceful it was.

Have just come home from here on the 17th sad to say, had a fantastic holiday here, it is a lovely hotel, the rooms are a tad dated but are spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by the very hard working cleaners.
The food we found was excellent all really fresh and a good variety of different dishes every day, the only criticism I have is that you do have to pay for water with your evening meal which shocked us a bit to be honest as it is the first time have ever had to pay for water in a hotel half board.
The pool is gorgeous, plenty of sunbeds but not enough sun umbrellas unfortunately, people do reserve sunbeds with there towels but we did notice the staff putting tickets on the beds if left unoccupied for a length of time, especially in front of the pool area.
The evening entertainment was very good, with very good tribute bands playing most evenings.
Really good locations for the shops and beach which is just a short walk away, We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the H10 Salou Princess. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food and restaurant also good. The staff are very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and It is only 4 minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely go back.

We have just arrived back home from an amazing 7-night stay at the H10 Salou Princess resort, and I wanted to reach out to share our experience.
From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Knowing that our flight was delayed and that we would miss the standard dinner service, the staff thoughtfully plated up four dinners for us to enjoy upon our arrival. Check-in was simple and quick, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we were well set up for the following morning.
The entire holiday was incredibly pleasant and memorable, thanks to the exceptionally clean hotel, the great pool area, and the amazing selection of fresh, hot food. Additionally, the resort's location is perfect, being very close to local shops, the beach, and nearby attractions.
To the management team at H10 Salou Princess, you truly have an incredible team. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, hardworking, and attentive. I would just like to say a sincere thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special and full of great memories.
