Great location for Salou and Reus Airport. The hotel was clean and welcoming. For families, it's a brilliant choice. There is constant entertainment and the pool area is just about large enough, though there is some competition for sunbeds. Poolside rooms are noisy until gone 11pm, and the patio doors block close to no noise. There is however a quiet rooftop pool for adults. Just be warned poolside bars close way before the pools do. Food and drink is reasonably priced. My main criticism is the breakfast. There isn't a lot of room to manouever around the buffet and vegan breakfast options are VERY limited. I asked a member of staff what options I had and he said there was no vegan breakfast and gestured vaguely towards a corner of the buffet. Aside from the noise and breakfast, I enjoyed my stay with my family. I would not stay if I did not have children, however.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel and our room were very clean. We had lots of space in our room and didn’t feel cramped. The adult rooftop pool is lovely and the main pool was great too but a bit busy as end of school holidays. The buffet food was okay but not great. The hotel is in a good location, easy to walk into the main centre and right near the parks. Evening entertainment was okay but good for kids. Some staff weren’t particularly welcoming, mainly in the restaurant. Overall we had a nice stay.

We have had the best 11 nights here! Everything is perfect! Clean, tidy, friendly and the food is amazing
The perfect location with Ferrari land, Porturventura theme park and water park a 10 minute walk. In the opposite direction you can walk into Salou. Nothing was too much trouble.
Massive shout out to the entertainment team their energy is fantastic! Special mention to Carla, Havi, Carla, Alex and mercedes you are amazing

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly to a high standard. The bar service was superb, a big thanks to Victor and Yulian for making us feel welcome . The food was nice and a great variety available. However the sunbed situation let the hotel down due to the queues and the lack of controlled environment. Apart from that , we had a fabulous stay.

I’m currently on holiday and have spent most of my time by the pool and at the pool bar. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to relax, have a few drinks and enjoy the holiday. Would definitely recommend!
