Very poor quality hotel, we arrived at 21:30 local time and the restaurant was closed, we were given a paper bag with 2 sandwiches in (gross) and 2 mouldy pears. The rooms are very dated, safe did not work, shower room leaked everywhere, bed was made but marks on the sheet and the pillows are in tatters. Me and my partner both got bitten in the night a d theres bugs in the room. The hotel moved us to a different room but the same problems but even worse wi-fi and no safe. They clean the room everyday but there is still dust everywhere, the towels stink of the buffet food. There is no fresh water provided by the hotel just tap water at the bar. You would be better off in a hostel. The food is terrible same stuff everyday, really basic half cut bananas, they serve onion rings at breakfast. The pancakes are tiny you need 10 of them just to make a breakfast. Check out is 11am our flight home was not till 21.20 we asked if we could stay until 5pm but was told the room isn't available and to ask the hotel next door. My advice is to go self catering as there are some lovely restaurants in faliraki (desert rose) and the bus to rhodes is only 2.50pp.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel may not be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, but what truly makes it special is the amazing staff and customer service. The level of care, communication, and willingness to help is something that is missing even in many five-star hotels. The staff helped me quickly when I had an issue with my room, and they also went out of their way to help organize a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which meant a lot to us. Their kindness and dedication made our stay much more enjoyable. The food is also good, with plenty of options available. Another thing we really enjoyed was the entertainment program. There are regular themed events during the week, such as Latin Dance Night on Wednesdays, where guests can enjoy a show and even learn some dance moves themselves. On Fridays, there is a Greek Day event with local culture, music, and dancing. Overall, while the hotel could improve its cleanliness, the fantastic staff, good food, and enjoyable atmosphere more than make up for it. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Olympia Faliraki and really enjoyed the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The pool area was a great place to unwind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent - close to the beach, with a convenient shop nearby. We were lucky with the beautiful weather, which made the whole experience even better. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed with my Grilfriend at TUI Suneo Faliraki at the beginning of July last year and honestly – we were very positively surprised. The hotel has a really great location – very close to the beach, and at the same time quick and easy access to the center of Faliraki, so everything is within reach (shops, bars, nightlife). It’s also a very good base for exploring the whole island. The place was clean and well-maintained – both in the room and in the common areas. The room was very neat, regularly cleaned, and everything was in order. The food was very tasty, fresh and – importantly – different every day, so it never got boring. A big plus for the opportunity to try local Greek specialties. The pool was great – clean, well-kept, with plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no problem finding a spot even when the hotel was busy. The atmosphere by the pool was very nice – relaxed but still with a proper holiday vibe. Additionally, there was a very well-organized drink bar and snack bar by the pool, which was a big advantage and very convenient during the day. The staff deserves special recognition – very friendly, helpful and engaged. They had no problem assisting us with planning our trips, recommending what’s worth seeing and how to get to different places. Thanks to that, everything was much easier. You can really feel a nice, family-like atmosphere in the hotel. People are polite and friendly, which truly adds to the overall comfort of the stay. To sum up – great value for money, a very good base for trips and a place you’ll gladly come back to. We already know we’ll definitely return and we can’t wait for our next stay at this hotel.

Overall maybe the most 3/5 hotel i've ever stayed at. Food is just ok to meh, the bar feels like they use zero alcohole in drinks. Location is close to the airport and the town is pretty good. Rooms/service are decent with functioning ac units. Very close to the beach.

don’t listen to the bad reviews, i stayed here for a week, at first we were put in apartments a 2 minute walk from the hotel, we went to reception and asked to be moved and they moved us the next day into a room in the hotel. the food is just standard all inclusive food. its in an ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the beach as well as to the bars, restaurants and shops. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned every single day with fresh bedding and emptied bin. i don't have a bad thing to say about this hotel and i really enjoyed my holiday.

We spent 8 days in that hotel. And it was absolutely fantastic time. As much we were disappointed at the begging when we got rooms outside the main hotel (50 metres away) as much we didn't care after a day. Staff was amazing, Dori bartender so patiente, working almost every day with a huge smile on his face, Johnny our activity coordinator was mind blowing. People who work in the dining room were so friendly. Food was tasty and I think the variety was big enough to everyone. For us 10/10. Definitely would come back again. Thank you Stamos ♥️

Stayed at this hotel for 12 days. Firstly I can say it is a lovely hotel very tidy some rubbish slightly where guests can’t be bothered to take it to the bin. The hotel is in a good location 2 minute walk from everything which was great for us. But sadly I wouldn’t come again, we was in the “ new block “ which was completely out the hotel. The room we was given wasn’t new at all. We couldn’t sit on the balcony all 12 days due to one of the chairs on the balcony had fallen through whilst sitting on it, went to the reception and reported it said they would sort it but was still left with this broken chair all holiday. Had no hot warmish water every morning for some reason. The balcony table was on its last legs couldn’t put anything on it because it was so wobbly. There was a kettle but with no tea and coffee sachets which was pointless. No bedside lamps which is basically standard in a hotel. No toiletry sachets which wasn’t much of an issue as we brought our own. But still basic stuff in a hotel. No dressing table chair, WiFi never worked the whole time it didn’t reach this block very well as it’s out the hotel. Toilet seat fell off all week, no matter how many times we put it back on.. The room was just below basic considering how much we paid to stay there, so personally we wouldn’t stay again, nothing much going on in the hotel as it’s basically quiet all day. Not much music for background noise. Food hit and miss if your Fussy you’ll struggle we ate out most nights. Our lady who cleaned our block was a lovely lady. She works hard. Do need do not disturb signs given though. Plenty of sun beds. Pools are lovely. But sadly this hotel wasn’t for us.

Just had a great week here with my adult daughters. Everything has been fabulous and we've thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Pool areas were spread out with plenty of sunbeds - however some extra moveable umbrellas would have been nice as the only ones available are fixed in place. The staff were all helpful and friendly... from reception to housekeeping and hospitality - they all made us feel very welcome. The food was tasty with plenty of choice and whilst the all inclusive drinks menu had enough on it, there was also the option to upgrade drinks at a small cost. Entertainment has absolutely made this holiday. Themed nights, music, dancing... hats off to the team for their hard work. Not just in the evening but throughout the day too. Johnny and Sammy provided a great mix of activities and kept us laughing. They have really looked after us and we are leaving with some great memories. The hotel itself is well placed on a quiet street but it's only a short 10 minute walk into the livelier areas and the beach. Perfect for those relaxing times or for when you're ready to throw some shapes on the dance floor! I could carry on with the compliments but my advice is to just book it and come! This really has been one of our best holidays for fun and it's all down to the team so thank you!

The whole 10 days were not good, we arrived at the hotel, just had a form put in front of me to put my home details on, asked to pay the hotel service charge of 50 euros, given key and told room was up 2 flights of stairs, I did ask for a ground floor in my requests due to hip, back and neck problems, no help to carry the bags up the stairs, wasn't told where the restaurant was, restaurant????? Very questionable, more like a out building with 1 small bar, the food was not that brilliant, very repetitive, even down to chips every morning with breakfast menu, and on occasions the foid tgat was put out at lunch time was the same in the evening, so we ended up eating out 7 days and nights out of 10. Drinks were free until 10.30 only, cocktails were served in plastic cups which made them look like cups of pop, the whole all inclusive feeling was just not there at this hotel. Desserts were hit and miss, you would go up and the dessert trays were empty, and there was no rush to get fresh ones out. Ice cream bar, you only had 1 ice cream scooper, with 6 different flavours of ice cream and a half pint glass of water for the whole meal time to wash the scoop in, so it looked like you were washing the scoop in muddy water ( disgusting ). We were in a room which had tea and coffee making facilities, cups and a kettle, good job we took our own tea bags, we bought milk from the local shop. The cleaning staff didn't wash our cups, we had to go and ask for a dish cloth and washing liquid, they never cleaned the shower tray all the time we were there, the sand in the shower tray would have built up if we didn't wash and clean it down every other day, the toilet waste bin ( dirty toilet paper ) was only emptied every other day so it started to smell. The beds were meant to be made daily, but sometimes it was every other day and sometimes it would only be 1 bed made. On our return to the hotel 1 day, my partner notice that someone had dropped a large blob of custard on the floor about 6 feet away from our door, my partner notice a wet floor sign leaning against the wall across the landing, so he put this wet floor sign over the custard, the next day the weymt floor sign had been removed but the custard was still there, so we put the wet sign back over the custard, this went on for 3 days. There were health and safety issues around the pool, a drainage grid on the edge of the pool nearest reception was sticking up, so a trip hazard, I tried to put it back, but it didn't seem to fit properly, at the same pool there was a wooden sunlounger i went to sit on, but noticed the base was falling through and screws sticking out, reported it to reception, 5 days before we left, and it was still like it the day we left. All in all the stay at the hotel was a total let down, so glad we went out and about most of the time, as our 1st experience in Rhodes would have been a complete let down. But we have booked to go back to Rhodes next year, and looking forward to a better experience. Hasen to say not at the Stamos Plus Hotel.

Aside from the two good men at the reception, the rest of the hotel is unclassifiable. The rooms are dirty and lack basic essentials like soap and shampoo. There's no shower curtain, which floods the bathroom. The window curtains were stained with insect blood, and with no mosquito net, you're forced to sleep with the window open. Air conditioning is an extra charge. The location is a plus only if you have a car, as the hotel is on a hill, making public transport difficult. If you're simply looking for an affordable place to sleep, this might be a good option given the competitive price.

Ideal place for a get away. Staff are great, big shout out to Ben who works the nights, very easy to get on with. And the chap who looks after his cousin in the day. They’re good people and always seem happy to help. The rooms were clean, mattresses were nearly new and very comfortable, the air-con units are really good and is worth the additional fee given the price to stay here is low. I recommend you get a taxi driver on WhatsApp, ask the staff on reception and they’ll sort it out. €10 to Faliraki square, split that with your group and you’re golden. The hotel feels and was safe. In fact, the island has nearly no crime. Views of the sun rise are spectacular. My wife and I have found our annual hide away. Thank you to all the panorama staff and owners. Really happy. Oh, bring bug spray!!

Very friendly and helpful staff . Pool area clean and always a sunbed to lounge on . Rooms are large and equiped well enough ( not if you want to do ‘Proper’ cooking , but ok to prepare and store snacks) . No cleaning equipment , so take dishcloth / washing up liquid or buy there . Clean enough , a bit ‘tired’ . My aircon was a godsend ( but remember you have to pay about £40 a week for it ). Felt comfortable and safe there as a solo female traveller . A bit of a hike to shops / bars / beach , so unless you plan to get a car you’d need to be happy to walk 25 minutes each way ( and a big ish hill to get back up and enjoy the view ) . Decent full size fridge in room . Sheets and towels changed once in my weeks stay and bins emptied once . This was fine for me . I would stay there again if I was planning to get a car - but otherwise I wouldn’t . Taxi 10euros from Faliraki to panorama studios .

We spent 5 nights at Hillside. Location wise, it is quite secluded up some large hills, the hotel does offer shuttles 3x a day to the beach though. It was about 20 min drive from the airport and 25 min walk upwards to anything decent in Faliraki. There is a mini market on site for things you may need. The staff were very helpful at helping us arrange moped/quad bike rentals. If you are hoping to explore a bit more I would definitely recommend this. The pool is a good size, very clean. The pool bar served delicious food and drinks, with friendly staff. People got up early to reserve beds so we didn’t get the chance to sit by the pool in the day. As for the room, we had a ground floor studio. It was clean and we didn’t experience the bathroom flooding like other guests mentioned. The aircon was incredible. The only issue we had was the noise - We could hear every little noise and it woke us up multiple times in the night. The WIFI was also very bad and weak and we struggled to use our phones. The staff were vey helpful and friendly with all of our questions. Overall I would recommend staying here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff and reception team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking Faliraki. Waking up to the view each morning was a real highlight. The pool area is clean, relaxing, and perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. We also appreciated the free minibus service to the strip at 11am, 3pm, and 5pm. As the hotel is on a hill, the walk into town takes around 20 minutes and is quite steep, so the shuttle made getting around much easier. We also rented electric scooters, which were a fun way to explore the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The beautiful views, spacious accommodation, helpful staff, and great value for money made for a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended!

We stayed a couple of years ago however the reviews are still relevant so thought i would add mine. There are 2 types of rooms available, the nice suites you see in the pictures and the main block at the bottom of the car park where most people stay when booking without realising. We had 2 ground floor rooms which were very tired, damaged worktops, rusty hobs and showers that overflowed. The rooms were cleaned most days but the toilet and shower area was very dirty and hadnt been cleaned for a very long time. The rooms and their cleanliness completely spoiled the stay for us. We had the half board option and we found the food good. There was very little choice (about 4 dinner options) but what we did have was home cooked and tasty. There was a greek night which was also very good. Aircon was rubbish and £10 per room per night extra. Pool was small but nice. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hillside Studios & Apartments was very disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the photos online. The room was not clean when we arrived. The bed sheets appeared dirty, the floors were dusty, and overall the room did not feel properly maintained throughout our stay. We also booked a room advertised with a sea view, but the view was extremely limited. We were genuinely disappointed, and when we mentioned it to reception, the response we received was: “It is a sea view. We can’t bring the sea in front of you.” We found this response rude and dismissive instead of helpful. Another concern was the hotel fee. We were asked to pay it in cash, and no receipt or proof of payment was provided. We found this unusual and would have appreciated receiving a receipt for our records. The location was another downside. Although the hotel is advertised as being close to Faliraki, it took us around 20 minutes to walk there. At night, the road is very dark and isolated, which felt quite unsafe for two young women walking back to the hotel every evening. The one highlight of our stay was Kyriakos, who was always kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about the guests. He was polite, helpful, and made the experience much more pleasant. He is a real credit to the hotel. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed. We had been looking forward to this holiday, but unfortunately the cleanliness, misleading expectations, customer service, and overall experience did not meet the standard we expected. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

Family-run hotel, all staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is a bar/restaurant on site next to the pool which serves good quality for food for a fair price and is open 8am-10pm daily. They also offer room service (at no extra cost) which is a bonus. There is also a small shop on site with basic groceries (food, toiletries and other essentials) which is open 24hrs a day which came in handy, although slightly more expensive than other shops in town. The room was clean and in good condition upon arrival, and cleaned/replenished frequently throughout. Had everything we needed. The shower doesn't have a full door/curtain so the floor gets quite wet after using it but otherwise no problems with the room. Free WiFi is available on site and is generally alright however can be temperamental. Aircon was not included so the room did get quite hot at times, but just about manageable and saved €10/day. The hotel is located on a large hill and all shops/the beach is a 30minute walk. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service to and from the beach, 3* a day, which was an added bonus and something we didn't know about before coming. The pool was lovely and hygenic, we always found sunbeds, however alot of them don't have shade or an umbrella. Overall a great hotel, lovely staff the 3* rating doesn't do it justice!! Would recommend

Good view of the sea. Nice staff, good breakfast and lunch here. For a three star hotel it’s nice. However not being given a second key to the room is weird, we are two people and sometimes we arrive different times. As I don’t have a second key the AC won’t function as it needs a card to get power… Their private beach has too few sun beds, every hotel has their own private strip of sunbeds. Not the most comfortable beds. Flies over food etc is also not very nice. The internet is very bad U can pour ur own drinks, beer etc which is very good. The doors are not «sealed» so it’s very noisy, u can hear people talking, if someone talks in the corridor u can hear it very well. It’s a gap between floor and door. Also found mold in the shower, not very nice feeling.

Basic budget hotel. Relaxed and laid back attitude so if you want to take your lunch out of the restaurant to you sunbed you can… but don’t expect the buffet to be 1st class… it’s a budget setting so set your expectations accordingly. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but some fixtures and fittings need looking at … wall sockets working but might be a little loose. And they can’t necessarily help the drain smell in a morning. Staff were generally accommodating… mostly with a smile. Not accessible if you are mobility restricted - they do state this on the website and when we booked with TUI - lots of stairs to reception, only one lift. Great views from most rooms: sea view with amazing sunsets over Turkey which you can see easily. Road crossing outside (not difficult to cross as some have suggested) and beach accessible through a car park… with free sunbeds and fixed parasols! You can even take your bar drinks over to the beach (don’t forget your bar tokens from reception on arrival!) alcoholic drinks are limited to beer and wine during the day but include some spirits and cocktails 6-11pm. Soft drinks all day. Snacks include sandwiches, pizza slices and nuggets, with a limited fruit selection and ice cream. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffets were adequate with a reasonable selection: tzatziki and dolmas were great! Usually a few meat selections. Pork and beef always good. Chicken probably overcooked. Plenty of salad options and a few simple desserts. Not extensive as it’s a relatively small hotel but equally we never had to queue. Easy to and from the airport: taxi about €28 / 25min drive. Bus stop, decent supermarkets and cash points all close. Entertainment three times a week (singing, dancing and karaoke!) and other nights you get to chill!! Would consider going back if it remained the cheap option…

Basic hotel that provides a good base. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, provided a great service and was very informative. The room was very clean and comfortable, bit dated and basic but was comfortable. The bar was shockingly bad. They didn’t even have Vodka, now that’s a pretty main ingredient to have at any bar. The bar staff lady wasn’t the most attentive and I didn’t feel very welcome at the pool bar. Overall it’s a good base for the price we paid, I personally wouldn’t go all inclusive here as I think you would be rather disappointed. Just book room only and do your own thing, if wanting all inclusive I’d personally look somewhere else.

Overall for the price this hotel is decent. It is advertised as 3 stars and that’s what i would say it is. Rooms are good sized and cleaned daily, location is good supermarket right next door beach over the road and bars and restaurants all around (budget or not) very good views from balcony however very small. provide you with robes on the first day but remove them on the second. the shower is very very small and the room does not provide a mini fridge so water is always warm, the breakfast is the same as any other, not amazing not terrible. the pool is freezing but you can always get a sunbed around the pool side, the air conditioning in the room is temperamental and has a very strong smell from it but overall for a budget holiday it’s perfect, not somewhere if your looking for luxury though.

Rooms are clean, bathroom was a bit narrow. Good staff. Agree with other comments, a bit noisy because of nearby hotel's central cooling/heating plants. Close to the beach. There are some restaurants and supermarketsclose to the hotels as well. Brealfast is fine

We had an amazing stay at Happy Days Hotel in Theologos, Rhodos. The hotel is lovely, but what really makes this place special is the incredible staff. A huge thank you to George, Entri, and Dimitris for their outstanding hospitality. They were always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel comfortable and happy. Their kindness, professionalism, and great sense of humor made our holiday even more enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile. It’s people like them who turn a good hotel into a place you never want to leave. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Happy Days Hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay overall. A special thank you to both Jorges, one at the reception and one at the bar. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and their excellent service really made our holiday. They truly keep this hotel running. The breakfast wasn’t really to our taste, but if you’re booking through VakantieDiscounter and it’s included at no extra cost, it’s still worth adding. There isn’t much to do in Theologos, but you can rent a car for a good price through the hotel. I also recommend booking a Superior Room, as the standard Double Room is quite dated. Overall, we had a fantastic time. The pool was nice and quiet, in the time that we were over there.

A lovely hotel – not too big and not too small. The swimming pool is excellent, and there is no need to fight for sunbeds, which makes the stay very relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was especially kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. The best thing about this hotel is that it is adults-only, so it is peaceful and quiet throughout the day. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel itself is very affordable and provides excellent value for money. I will definitely come back next time because it is truly worth staying here. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants around. We had a transfer to take us to Rhodes and Faliraki and they gave us a great deal! With great commentary on Rhodes. We had the bed and breakfast stay and enjoyed the selection of breakfast available! The pool and bar was our favourite spot at the hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff, who were happy to help with anything. We would recommend this hotel to couples who want a few days of peace and relaxation. Thank you to the hotel staff and shoutout to Demetrius for making our experience at Rhodes so memorable! We will be back soon.

Lovely hotel , adult only so nice and quiet. Visited at the end of June to the beginning of July and was not too busy, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Pool area and reception upgraded about 1 year ago. Room nice an clean, quite basic but comfortable. Anything we needed the reception staff provided, Leo and George were amazing. George was always happy to help and himself and the young lady booked trips for us which were cheaper than elsewhere. Lovely cocktails at the bar and the gyros was very tasty and a bargain at 5 Euros. Billys bar and beach bar fab places to visit. A trip to Lindos and Simi highly recommended. x

This hotel is very close to the airport, so you can hear the planes, but it honestly didn't bother me. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was lovely. However, I really have to question the decision to install a partially see-through bathroom door. It offers almost no privacy when using the toilet or shower, which was quite an odd design choice. Some of the rooms are a little dated, and the toilet door in the ladies' bathroom didn't close properly. However, these are only minor issues because the hotel is exceptionally clean. The family who runs the hotel is absolutely wonderful, and so is every member of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They make you feel genuinely at home and give you a real taste of Greek hospitality. I would recommend renting a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The hotel also offers car rentals, although I didn't use this service myself. The breakfast was a little repetitive, and I was expecting a bit more variety. However, the dinners were absolutely amazing and more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great stay. The warm hospitality, cleanliness, and fantastic evening meals far outweighed the few minor drawbacks, and we would happily stay here again.

An incredible establishment to say the least. Beyond welcoming after we had to move to this hotel after ours was fully booked for the first two nights of our holiday. Beautiful breakfast. Amazing facilities. The Greek Night was incredible! Both the BBQ and the dancers were exceptional. Thank you for looking after us and we look forward to returning in the future!

I stayed for 5 nights and honestly wish I'd stayed longer! A lovely family run hotel, basic rooms but clean. It's super close to the airport and a little remote but that's what I was looking for! Great bus routes a few minutes from the hotel. Lovely pool and fantastic cocktails, Sab makes the best cocktails and the daily specials were incredible. I understand now why everyone comes back every year! And a special thank you for the vegetarian meals, they went out of their way to accommodate me. I'll be back 100%

Wow. So... Our original hotel was overbooked for the first two nights, and we were moved here by chance. I have never been as happy following a booking issue! Despite not booking under them, they treat us like their own guests, well more like their family. It is ran by the most amazing group of people I have ever seen at a hotel. The atmosphere was beautiful, they were always willing to help and the space was clean and well maintained. Whilst checking out, we saw the sign for the Greek Night. And we were welcomed back with open arms for what was my favourite night of the week. Amazing BBQ food, great entertainment and overall atmosphere. Thank you for having us, and I hope to book with you next time I return to Rhodes.

Not a pleasant experience, first our room was located next to a chicken farm that stunk of crap and had 12 dogs barking constantly we did complain and get moved but seriously that was the worst night ever . The food was the same every single day and was poor and cold most people was reverting to beans on toast for breakfast but due to micro wave not working they was having cold beans on toast , all inclusive food out of eating times is dry sandwiches thats left out all day only , no snacks . Zero evening entertainment just a blue tooth speaker by the pool . No tea or coffee available out of dinner times unless you pay and all inclusive ends at 10 so you cannot have a morning early drink as no drink facilities in room . Also your room can be a good way from the complex . Only good part of the hotel is the pool and some of the staff where helpful .

We have just spent 10 nights at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. We read the trip advisor reviews before coming which were mixed but we came with a positive mindset. The first night we arrived after checking- in, we heard a lady complaining about her room and how her family cannot be in there because her mum has health issues, which immediately worried us already. CLEANING : When we got to our room, it looked clean until later on, we saw swarms of ants all over the floor. There is a cleaning lady that comes every morning and offers to clean the room who is lovely. She makes the bed, gives fresh towels and mops the floors. STAFF: The staff in general were kind expect one blonde lady with curly hair that puts out food in the buffet. On my first day at the hotel, we entered the buffet for lunch and did not know there was a one way-system, there was no arrows or any guidance. I went to pick my food up from what i now know to be the wrong side and the lady approached me and said sarcastically “You are so smart you don’t know that people are lining up on that side to get their food ”. WIFI: The wifi is poor, it works slow when you are able to connect and sometimes says we cannot connect at all. FOOD: The food is good in taste itself, however for lunch especially, it has been cold every time because the food is not heated from underneath on the buffet, and the food choices are very repetitive, maybe 2 things are different every day. POOL: There is no pool entertainment. There are 2 pools, one is very small at the back of one of the buildings and the main pool, both clean. FARM: Our building was right next to a farm which had lots of dogs that barked at night and chickens that also woke us up very early in the morning. DRINKS: The all inclusive drink times are 10:30-22:00 which defeats the point of paying for an all inclusive hotel, because most people want an evening drink but they have to pay after 22:00. At other hotels i have been to, all inclusive drinks finished around midnight. The all inclusive drink menu is also very limited- only 2 cocktail choices and no whiskey. Overall, we had an amazing time in Rhodes because we rented a quad bike and explored the island and didn’t really stay in the hotel during the day apart from for food. For those looking to spend all day in the hotel, we do not recommend Diagoras.

Had a great holiday, rooms were basic but clean, maid service every day. We stayed at the lower apartments by smaller pool and bar. We had great service from staff and the food was better than I expected ( wife is a fussy eaten, but had no issues with food served ) table service was great, tables cleaned as soon as they could see you had finished. Free mini bus all day from hotel to the beach with collection 👍 will be going back 🙂

For me i had a lovley time, friendly staff and helpful. It is a walk to town but taxi only 15 Euros Free bus to beach we walk most of the time Food and drinks theres is a lots you can choose from b, l, d some is nice some not my cup of tea but everyone i was with did enjoy something that was on offer The Greek night was a great entertainment and really good food that night. U had to pay for drinks after 10 pm but it does state this in the hotel information Rooms - we had a two bed apartments It is quite basic but very spacious the cleaner came every day to clean the room. Where we were it was very quiet but quite windy so it was hard to sit on the balcony Pool- very good space we were by the main building we didn't need to get up early to get a space by the pool it was quiet throughout the day there was a little music playing This is a three-star hotel so please expect a three-star hotel main thing is it is clean and people were very friendly and helpful I hope you have a good summer season best of luck

This hotel is a true gem. The staff are all incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. The location is beautifully clean although fairly isolated. Public transport is easily accessible as is the beach with a free shuttle service daily from the hotel. I can highly recommend a stay here.

I would not stay here again it was not as advertised at all. Its in the middle of no where down a country road. Its absolutely not all inclusive, as soon as you go to the very small food area there's lots of signs telling you that you can only have certain things within certain times for example you can only have a cocktail for 1 hour, from 22:00-23:00 and there's no choice of a cocktail they only server one type of cocktail a day. This is the same for beers and ciders and spirits, they are only available for 3 hours of the day. The beach shuttle is at 10 i believe and the last shuttle back is 13:00 so can only spend 3 hours at the beach before having to figure out how to get back yourself. The beds are absolutely horrendous!! Basically a concrete slab and you can feel the springs in the mattress. We did not sleep well at all. You dont get any towels for around the pool, there's only snacks at certain times too. The soft drinks are just a syrup mixed with water so they are horrible. The bathroom is very small, it was very difficult to wash yourself in the tiny shower. And the shower head was broken with water coming out the pipe and not the actual head. The food available was also poor, hardly any hot food, mostly salad. The times breakfast, lunch and dinner are available are also very short periods and once you miss it the staff of the hotel come in and eat what's left so if you've missed it you have no chance of getting anything. Just really poor, it was fairly cheap but for £300 per person for 3 nights and advertised as all inclusive I expected better. Would definitely not recommend or stay again, spend a bit more and go somewhere with a better location and better bed!

Firstly, the staff were amazing. Everyone was very kind- panos and the man at the shop :) However, our stay wasn’t amazing. The rooms were clean and nice however after having a shower the shower water would go all over the floor- despite us putting a Matt down. As there was no shower door or curtain. The “all inclusive” is most deffo not. You can only have alcohol from 4pm - 10:30pm. I’m not personally a drinker and didn’t drink but for people who are you’re better off going to a different place with better timings. the food was very underwhelming and we had to eat out a few nights or pay 12€ for a pizza instead. We paid for this and we can’t even enjoy it and having to spend even more money to go out and eat something edible. Breakfast and lunch is about the only edible things they do. Location is very out the way, we knew this when booking however didn’t realise how far. Beach transport is 10am-1pm otherwise you have to make your own way back. Me and my partner ended up walking back the days we went to the beach but couldn’t until the evening as it’s just too hot to walk back. The beach is nice, not sandy though so you’ll have the wear foot wear!! Mini market was a great decision, have soft drinks, alchoholic, snacks, chocolate, towels etc etc. An incident happened to me and I asked for a first aid kit and I was given very minimal materials despite my toenail literally hanging off because of the stairs by the pool. Which I had to also apply myself as there was no one first aid trained. Taxis are overpriced. €11.50 MINIMUM for not even a 5 mins drive. And it advertises “ask reception for a beach towel” which is €2 a day!!! Despite us paying what we paid. And check out is 11am so if you have a late flight ( like we did) you have to leave your suitcases out and do nothing all day, or pay €85 for a later checkout… The receptionist said there’s showers we can use, not at alll. It’s a hose shower, had to go to airport without showering after sitting by the pool alll day. They need entertainment everynight, bingo, more kareoke as the best night we had was Tuesday the kareoke night. Everyone was happy and mingled, apart from that everyone looked tired and bored . Deffo didn’t get our moneys worth. Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff were lovely though can’t thank them enough .

Stayed at this hotel in the end of May. It was fantastic! The rooms are very comfortable, clean. Cleaning is done every day. There are 2 swimming pools and this is great. The staff is very friendly, sociable, communicative. They speak many languages and this is very convenient. The food is tasty and various.

We have just come home yesterday from this place. The rooms are actually not too bad, good sizes and well maintained furniture and fixings. The air-conditioning is preset and you can not adjust the temperature, and it times out after a few minutes too. So in 35° heat as it was when we stayed, it wasn't the most comfortable environments. The rest of the hotel is stunning, the "big" pool isn't overly large nor deep and there is a quiet pool too, thats even smaller. Other than the pool, eating area/bar and reception there are just the apartment buildings. No other forms of entertainment. No entertainment in an evening apart from Tuesday is Karaoke and Saturday is Greek night. There is a "park/play area" outside for children but its very very small equipment only suitable for ages below 6. When they come to refresh the rooms each day, they simply empty the bins and make the beds. No sweeping, wiping sides or changing bedding where necessary. They didn't refresh the toilet roll either. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful when looking for advice regarding car hires or busses into Rhodes Town. Can't really fault them per say. The food is good quality but extremely, extremely limited choice. Breakfasts are rhe exact same each day, the lunches and teas change a few items out occasionally but for the most part its the same. So it gets repetitive. The buffet area is very small, much smaller than I expected. Perhaps this is the reason for the lack of choices. Ice creams and snacks are set to specific times, and again, basic, snacks are just a handful of biscuits and no other selection. Drinks are set times for different things, soft drinks served all day, but only fizzy drinks past 10.30am, ale/larger served until 4.30, then you have a choice of a handful of spirits. Coffees only served during meal times. Not a great amount to do within walking distance, a few shops, a few restaurants, all spaced a while apart at least 20 minutes walk until the first shop, and the beach access is around the same. Theologos beach is not sandy though so keep that in mind. Nor is it a beach with a lot happening ie watersports, bars ect. Overall, brilliant staff, stunning environment, but could do with some more entertainment and better choices on food and less restrictions around drink times. We chose to hire a car so we could see more so I cant comment on the shuttle bus or local bus services but from what I heard from others staying at the hotel, limited choices again in times they ran and came back.

My sister and I spent 5 days here and we have had the best time. The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean. The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pool is great too, with a lovely view of the sea. The all inclusive buffet was good, but if you are a picky eater there isn’t much variation from one day to the next. The location is honestly perfect to explore Pefkos and Lindos. A short stroll to the secluded beach and a ten minute walk to the main row of bars and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and come back again. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, it is doing a fantastic job of being a boutique hotel.

An absolutely stunning hotel, kept to a high standard, cleaned very well every day Inside and out. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. We had a room with a sea view (we paid extra for this at time of booking) and what a view it was, absolutely incredible. The pool was cold initially but once you are in and adjusted it's lovely, especially on those hot days! The sunbeds looked new, clean, and we're comfortable. Tables at the side of the sunbeds and parasols all in good well kept condition. The restaurant and staff was really good. I honestly can't fault this hotel at all. The location is perfect, close enough to the centre of pefkos but far enough away you weren't right in the hustle and bustle of it. It's 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach where the sea is so clean and clear. I really can't rate this hotel enough, I wish we'd booked for longer.

Beautiful hotel and in a perfect location, it's close to the beach and loads of restaurants. The staff are amazing, especially the bar staff Sotir and Louise/Louisa? The rooms are clean and amazing Aircon. Cats everywhere which personally me and my little boy loved. The only let down is the food, it was cold and needs to be more variety. I wouldn't recommend this for kids as no entertainment but for adults looking for a relaxing break away this is perfect. Id love to come back one day.

Not long back from this beautiful hotel. Ten days of ultimate relaxation. This is a small hotel and with that it brings a peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor bar is the place to be and it was gorgeous to sit and unwind of a morning and afternoon with the birds and local cats for company. A short stroll down the hill and you are on the beach. The sea is beautiful and a fantastic way to cool down. Ten mins down the road is a strip of bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. Also lots more beaches to choose from. You can jump a bus outside the hotel up to Lindos which is worth the effort as it is feast for the eyes the beauty of the village. We throughly enjoyed the food at the White olive. I really enjoyed all of the vegetable dishes so fresh and tasty. If you are used to the larger hotels it may be a shock to not have a huge selection. I really appreciated the smaller selection as less choice so much more relaxing. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay gorgeous. The rooms are small but who cares I didn't go to Rhodes to sit in the room. The beds are really comfortable and I had great sleeps and came back fully recharged.

We are in the vacation in that hotel for the second time. All i wanna to say that i never met that much friendly and kindly service in the past on every vacation there are been. Because we are been for the second time we get the wine and plate of fruits. Stuff are very helpfull and all time smiled. Delicious food, something different every day, clean and renovated rooms - I recommend it and will definitely come back again
