We had a very positive stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As a vegan family, we really appreciated that vegan options were clearly marked. The restaurant staff were always happy to help, and they even arranged an extra vegan dessert when there was none available on the buffet. The food overall was varied and very tasty. The guest relations team were also excellent and regularly checked whether guests were happy or needed any assistance. The hotel is especially good for families with younger children. The kids’ club is available throughout the day, and the children clearly love the staff. Activities and animation are not really our thing, but there was a good variety available and guests were warmly encouraged to join in without feeling pressured. The evening entertainment was varied and often very funny. We chose the location based on reviews of the house reef, and although it was not spectacular, it was still one of the highlights of our stay. We made a point of visiting it daily and really enjoyed the opportunity to snorkel right from the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service, good food, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

This year we returned to Tropitel and brought 24 of our friends with us. We came back with great pleasure because we already knew what to expect. It is a wonderful resort with friendly and welcoming staff. The food is varied and delicious—you will never go hungry here. The cleanliness is impeccable, which is very important to us. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you for everything, especially for the warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will gladly recommend it to others in our country! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families with children. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the animation team for their outstanding work and energy. Their involvement with the children was truly exceptional. They made every day fun and engaging, ensuring that all the kids felt included and entertained. Our children especially loved the evening activities, including the face painting, dancing, and games with the animation team. The nightly disco was a highlight of the holiday, and they looked forward to it every evening with great excitement. The animation team’s enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication helped create unforgettable memories for our family. Thank you all for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to return! 😊

We have visited several times to Tropitel and have had a lovely visit every time. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Room cleaners are consistently checking whether we need anything extra for the room even on days when it doesn’t necessarily need cleaning. All bar staff and waiters provide very quick service and remember our orders. The hotel has a jetty which leads out to the sea, in which we found we enjoyed snorkelling in the area. Overall, we love the hotel and have always said we will return again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The restaurants offered great quality and plenty of choices for everyone. The view was absolutely amazing, especially the sea view and the beautiful surroundings. The beach was clean and relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful vacation. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until check-out. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation in Sahl Hasheesh. I will definitely come back again. We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome throughout our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Where to start with Kaisol…. From the moment we entered the hotel, to the moment we left, we felt so welcome, comfortable and surrounded by luxury. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food will never leave you hungry as there is a great variety. Both pools have beds available at all times and the Spa was exceptional (we had 3 couples massages within our 12 day stay, highly reccomend Naeema and the lady specialising in Thai massage). Ibrahim at reception helped my fiancè plan the most romantic evening on the beach prior to arrival and he was beyond happy with the response time and level of service. Youssif, who took photos of us was amazing and the pictures turned out excellent! Sayed, the lovely gentleman who cleaned our room daily was exceptional and made our holiday even more special by putting a smile on our faces daily. Sabry (the beach towel centre) was so kind and went out of his way to make us feel special and looked after, aswell as the lovely life guards and Abdo from the smoothie hut. The gentleman who was security at the front of the hotel (we didn’t catch his name) ensured we were safe whenever we left the hotel, and gave us great recommendations of best places for shopping. Maher, who served us drinks in the evenings was so attentive and personal. Only a few have been mentioned above, however all staff were amazing and truly helped make our first time in Egypt very special. We are already planning our next trip to Kaisol and are heartbroken that we have left, the beach was beautiful, crystal clear waters. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are newlyweds, and this was our first trip together, so we honestly didn’t know exactly what to expect. We chose this hotel almost by chance, as we had never been anywhere like this before, and it turned out to be one of the best choices we could have made. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay much more than we ever expected. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic, the hotel was comfortable and easy to explore, and everything we needed was close by. We especially loved how relaxing the whole experience felt. We never felt overwhelmed by crowds or noise, and we were able to truly enjoy our time together. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the food and drinks were enjoyable, and we loved spending our days between the beach, the pool, our room, and the jacuzzi. It was the kind of vacation where we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort at all. Our only regret was that we stayed for just four nights. We really wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, due to some circumstances, we couldn’t. This hotel made our first trip together truly special and gave us beautiful memories that we will always remember. We would definitely love to come back again in the future, and next time, we will stay for longer. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our honeymoon such a wonderful experience. ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Kaisol Romance Resort. The service staff were all excellent ranging from hosts to waiters. The rooms were always well kept and the food was delicious. A special highlight was the romantic beach view dinner we had. All in all very pleased with my stay and would definitely come back again.

Just returned from a lovely 2 week break at this Hotel, our first time here. Have already booked another trip for October here. This is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in. Rooms are very comfortable. The Hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are all amazing, very friendly and helpful, they are a credit to this Hotel. Food is superb. Beach is lovely with Crystal clear water. Too many people to thank but would like to give our cleaner Mohammed a special mention who kept our room 1225 spotless for the duration of our stay.

I recently stayed at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh, and overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort has a beautiful location in Sahl Hasheesh with direct access to the beach, making it a nice choice for anyone looking to enjoy the Red Sea. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Throughout my stay, I found the service to be professional, and the team worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping maintaining it well every day. While some areas could benefit from renovation, the room provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The food offered a good variety of international and local dishes, with enough options to suit different tastes. Some meals stood out more than others, but overall the dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurants and bars also provided good service throughout the day. The resort’s beach is one of its biggest highlights, with clear water and beautiful views. The swimming pools were clean and well maintained, and the landscaped gardens created a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment team organized daily activities and evening shows, giving guests plenty of options to enjoy their time. Overall, Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh offers friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing beachfront holiday. While there are a few areas that could be refreshed, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to families and couples looking for good value in a beautiful location.

The animation team was amazing – they were friendly, energetic, and made every day fun for both adults and children. They really helped make our holiday unforgettable. Mohamed Aboud at the pool bar, couldn’t do any more for us! He always made sure we were looked after. Mohamed, remembers everyone’s drinks. He is fast and very efficient. An excellent asset to the hotel. The hotel renovations are almost complete. The restaurant is great. There is a lot of variety of food on offer. The food is too a very high standard. I suffer incredibly with IBS and yeah, I’ve had zero problems here. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. The spa is very good so far we’ve had six massages of a very high-quality. The spa is excellent. I had the Cleopatra treatment on day one followed by four reflexology full body massage massages and feel amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel for six nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff is exceptional, always smiling and very attentive. The food is delicious, with fresh products at every meal. The facilities are very well maintained, and our room was always spotless. You truly feel welcomed throughout the entire stay. The manager, Hassan, who was working at the front desk, was extremely kind to us. I would also like to highlight a very thoughtful gesture: we were supposed to check out at noon, but since our flight was at night, the manager kindly allowed us to keep the room for the whole day. A real plus that makes all the difference! We are extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
