I will start with the room. I opted for a one bed apartment. It was spacious with a flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, kettle and hob. The bed room had two single beds and the living room couch turns in to a bed (though its not very comfy).
There was also a small but adequate balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
I didn't use air-conditioning so can't comment on that but it is available.
The bathroom was fantastic. Newly fitted, clean with a really good shower.
The hotel has a few facilities, small gym, ping pong table etc.. as well as 2 pools. One of which has an attached baby pool.
There was plenty of available seating and the bar was convenient and not over priced. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment but did buy a takeaway pizza which was fine for ten euros.
The area doesn't have a lot going on at night but enough for the five days I was there. If you are looking for more excitement you would have to go into Alcudia, which isnt that far and there's plenty of buses or taxis.
My only warning is the buses on market day in Alcudia can be a nightmare. Its so busy. Every other day was fine.
Overall I loved it.

We had a great stay at HSM Lago Park.
The first day we requested a room change at the reception, which was taken seriously and made it happen despite the hotel being fully booked. We were very satisfied with our second room, which was quiet and big.
The mini club is run by Erika, who is kind and patient and has plenty of activities for all kids - highlight: cookie baking. Our son loved it and wanted to visit her every day. That allows parents to chill by the pool while the kids play in the playroom.
The pool is nice and there were DJ sessions in the afternoon, which we also enjoyed. The evenings are quiet.
The woman at the bar, Marga, is lovely. She was kind and generous, especially with our son, who loved spending time with her whenever she had a free minute. All the ladies in the service were attentive and always had an extra kind gesture for our kid.
There is breakfast/brunch available at the restaurant until 13.00 and some snack options (bowls and pizza) at the bar, all for very reasonable prices, so you don't need to move if you feel like spending the day at the pool. The beach is in a very short distance, just few minutes walk, and on the way you find restaurants and a café with ice cream, and there are plenty of shops and mini markets around.
We definitely recommend this place for families!!

We spent 5 lovely days here!
The location is fantastic – close to everything: beach, good restaurants (like Nu), and car rental options nearby. The staff is kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Mari at the reception – she’s simply the best! So genuinely warm and helpful (not in a fake way). We love you, Mari! ❤️❤️❤️
Also, Antonio the bartender was amazing – you’re doing a great job, thank you!😎❤️
A quick heads-up: this hotel is perfect for families with kids. So if you’re traveling with children, it’s a great fit.
If you’re coming with friends and not a fan of crying babies… well, maybe this isn’t your dream spot – but it’s still totally manageable. 😊
The breakfast kitchen is quite loud – the waiter is super energetic and friendly, but the way he handles the cutlery feels like a percussion solo 😅
On the plus side: it helps drown out the sound of screaming kids 😂
Overall, we were really happy with our stay.
Kids will be kids – but next time we might go for an Adults Only place… just for a different vibe 😉

We had a family vacation with children a week ago. We really liked everything! Unlimited brunch - a large selection, everything is delicious. We are delighted! The location of the hotel is ideal, 5 minutes and you are at the sea! The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Thanks to the hotel staff for our wonderful holiday!

Hotel states on the website that they have air conditioning. But its not always available, but only heating. In my room, I had 30 degrees at night with the window open and heating off. The manager refused to offer a solution and basically said "bad luck".

A good, clean hotel with varied breakfasts and dinners. Cleaning and towel changes are available on request, as they care about environment. There is a small pool with some sun beds. The nearest beach is super good.
The only thing I didn't like was the old air conditioner, which were very noisy, and the extremely uncomfortable toilet brush. Seriously, replace them with normal ones

We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews, this hotel truly doesn't deserve them. The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic. Anytime we had a question or request, they were happy to help.
Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We've stayed in other hotels before, but here we enjoyed the best and most varied food we've ever had. Even when we arrived late, they made sure there was food waiting for us.
The beach is right in front of the hotel, just across a small road, and it's absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. We felt completely at home during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The air conditioning in our room was not working, even though the heat was unbearable. With 10 month old baby suffering from the high temperature, the situation quickly became unbearable. It was a real nightmare. What was even more shocking is that no one informed us about this issue earlier during the day.
We were then offered a lower category room, facing the parking lot, next to the reception, with a bad smell and insects. When we asked for compensation for the difference between the room we had originally booked (with a sea view) and the one we were given clearly of much lower quality, we were simply offered a drink worth €7, which was truly shameful. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive.
I sent a detailed complaint to the hotel right after we left, but to this day, I have received no response, despite the seriousness of the inconvenience we experienced.Customer service is non-existent when there is a problem, and there is a clear lack of respect and concern for guests’ well-being. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, and I have to say the food was absolutely sensational! Compliments to the chef — every meal was a delight. I especially loved the Italian night with pasta cooked in the Parmesan wheel, the seafood night with incredibly fresh and sweet shrimp, and the Mexican night where the burritos were simply delicious. The variety of food throughout our stay was impressive, and the salads were always fresh and tasty. A truly great culinary experience!

A lovely hotel clean and friendly. Food was good with excellent choice except for some reason they stopped putting butter out at breakfast only margarine (yuk)
Waiters were great particular mention to John and Adrian who were efficient and friendly. All were good though.
Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Well done to the ladies who do this job.
However not the best of views unfortunately. Overlooking car park. They did offer to change but it would have been two days later at extra cost so we didn't bother. Overall a wonderful holiday. Would recommend.

Thanks to some of the lower-rated reviews, my expectations were quite low before arriving at the hotel. However, once we got here, I was pleasantly surprised. This is a really nice hotel for a family vacation, especially if you are traveling with children.
The room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception team gave us a particularly warm welcome on our first day. While this is not a 5-star hotel, it is an excellent 4-star hotel that offers great value for money.
At the time of writing, we still have five nights remaining, and we have already spent four wonderful days here. So far, our experience has been very positive.
The only point I would mention is the half-board option. It includes breakfast and dinner, but drinks at dinner are charged separately. I understand charging for drinks during the day, but having to pay extra for them during dinner feels a bit unnecessary.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing holiday.
AAL
The hotel was overall decent and the staff was generally polite, but the service did not consistently match what we would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Several requests and concerns required repeated follow-up before they were properly addressed, which made the overall experience feel less attentive and less organized than expected. Communication was friendly, but the level of responsiveness and guest care could definitely be improved.
Not a bad stay overall, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service quality and attention to detail.

This is my 2nd year back to the hotel with my family, the staff are so accommodating the room they gave us was so nice,
Entertainment is brilliant we love bingo and the quiz!
Food is amazing so far I would say the Italian
And the Mexican nice in the main restaurant was yummy! But I have to say Carlos the chef at the dunus bar he knows how to do a bbq and have his favourite sauce I think that was a big win for me, I'm hoping we have it again today, it's
Our last day today and would defo come back,
The only thing I have missed this year is the bar next to the pool open as we loved that last year,
And moet for breakfast 🤗
David the receptionist was helpful and lovely for check in and check out great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thanks for making our holiday with my family extra special
Manuela Aicher
It would be nice if there where special leg massages for cyclists. €56 for 25 minutes is too much to get a massage every day or every second day. I went to a different hotel for massages.
Room could have a little more shelf space if I went there with another person. For one person was enough.
Everything else was perfect, especially the personal was very friendly and helpful.
Food is great!

Fantastic vacation. Very friendly staff, always there to help and to make us feel welcome. Very well equipped hotel, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court, etc (that being said, bring your own racquet if you want to play, the ones they provide are quite bad - not complaining about it, just informing you). Easy access by public transport A32 bus from the PMI airport. Public transport very reliable. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Pros:
Great staff; everyone was friendly and helpful.
The pools were large, and even with a lot of people, you could easily find space to swim.
There were plenty of food choices, so everyone could find something to eat.
The rooms are nicely designed and spacious. I would say their spaciousness is their best feature.
Nice activities and shows.
Really quiet for such a big complex.
Absolutely perfect location near the beach.
Cons:
When we arrived, the bathtub molding was fallen off (though they fixed it immediately after I reported it).
None of the bathroom doors have locks. I am not sure if this is a common thing for hotels in Spain, but we also stayed at Prinsotel Alba and experienced the same issue – no locks on the bathroom doors for some reason.
The water in the pools could have been a bit warmer, but it was acceptable.
While it is extremely nice for families with children - I would not recommend it for couples.

Jet2 booked. This 4star hotel was a great stay! The staff went above and beyond. The half board food was excellent and catered for everyone. They had great entertainment staff.
One heated pool, but the weather was starting to warm and the children's area was used constantly. Keep up the high standards!
The main thing that caught my eye was that all staff were very relaxed with rules. E.g a Mother wanting to use the gym, so her son was in there with her even though it is for over 16s. Nobody worried and everyone was happy.
Also children were playing football outside the restaurant. Instead of moving this to the court, the staff joined in.
Children also helping themselves to the food and learning how to balance plates and cups without staff fussing.
It made for a relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in April. We had booked the 2-bedroom suite, which was perfect for a family with 2 children. We all enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We liked the aesthetic of the rooms and the cleaning service was daily and detailed. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The pools and garden area were lovely and it is a paradise for kids. The service was impeccable. Everyone was very helpful and fulfilled all our requests. This hotel is highly recommended for families wishing a trouble free holiday.

Wonderful. Perfect for families.
Location: few minutes for the beach Cala De Mauro and the main promenade.
Room: large, modern and comfortable.
Food: great big breakfast buffet and a delicious grill restaurant. Close proximity to the main avenue with plenty of restaurants
Service: friendly and helpful staff. Special shout out to the team that made our holiday super special. Thank you Laura, David, Joanna, Bea, Carolina, Marcos and the Animation team with Christina, Andrea, Marlene and all the others that made our daughters holiday very special.
Amenities: both cold and heated pools for adults and kids. Lots of kids animations. Indoor play area. Spa and treatments were perfect for a relaxing holiday

The hotel complex is beautiful, and our Club room with private pool was very nice. We would also like to highlight Carolina, who was always kind, attentive, and genuinely tried her best to help us during our stay.
Unfortunately, the overall service of the hotel was far below what can be expected from a 4-star property. On the very first day, we experienced a highly unpleasant and unacceptable situation – another guest entered our room using his key card because he had stayed there just before us and still had access. This was a major breach of privacy and safety, something that should never happen.
Our room was also not properly prepared: the fruit basket, sweets, minibar and toiletries were missing, and even the shower gel was diluted with water. After it was finished, housekeeping did not replace it the next day. At breakfast, we were even served an omelette with noodles for soup instead of cheese, which shows a lack of basic attention to detail.
The restaurant service was also poorly organized. There was a fixed seating plan, which meant we could not simply sit where we wanted, and it all felt confusing. On top of that, in the Club half board we unexpectedly had to pay for drinks at dinner, which was never communicated in advance and clearly surprised other guests as well.
Overall, the hotel itself and the facilities are lovely, but the service, organization and room control were simply not at the standard of a 4-star hotel. Instead of enjoying peace and comfort at the start of our holiday, we had to deal with issues that should have been avoided completely.
