After revisiting this hotel for the “second year’’ I can confirm that myself and my family love it here. It has all you need for a fun time in the sun ☀️ The mini club, awesome pool games and the entertainment all make this hotel such a fun place to be. My children and myself all got involved with all of the games hosted this year by Jordan, Tiago, Jenny etc who work so hard effortlessly providing fun times by all. We loved the sports complex as it has the pool and splash part so suits both ages of my children. I also love the music and the atmosphere here in my opinion makes this the perfect place to be. The guys on the bar are always friendly and kind to the children and must work so hard every day, the reception staff welcome you professionally and Carlos has to be mentioned personally as he is so friendly to everyone and gave us good advice when approached. The children wanted a McDonald’s however was too far to travel to, so he suggested a few places we could go for food and one being an Italian pizza place which was beautiful. Obviously we had the hotel restaurant however fancied going out and exploring the surroundings. Angie was on the entertainment side last year alongside others and my daughter was so happy to see she was still working at the hotel but in her new job role. The awesome ladies in the shop always gave us a smile and a very warm welcome too. The hair braiding lady is amazing and my daughter loved her hair. I apologise if I have not mentioned everyone. We cannot wait to come back, hopefully next year please!!! Thank you to you all ❤️

I liked it. The food was fine for a 3 star hotel. The service was genuinely always very nice and enjoyable to be around. My only problem was my room. The toilet on some days was barely functioning, and the shower was a bit too worn and old. But my friends who were in another room said theirs is fine, so i guess its up to luck. If you wanna save money, a pretty good choice.

It was my first time staying in a 3* hotel. We booked very last minute, and it was the only one available at a decent price… and honestly? Amazing! Much better than most 5* resorts we’ve stayed in. Maybe the decor is a little less modest and the rooms are smaller, but for me, that’s not the most important thing on holiday. Food… There are fewer options than in 5* hotels, but it’s delicious. Whatever I tried was tasty, and I’m actually very fussy when it comes to food. Maybe it’s repetitive, as some people would say and that’s true. But since when do you get about six different dinner options at home? Just choose one a day instead of eating every single available option, and it won’t feel repetitive. :) There’s a lot of entertainment for both adults and kids. The animation team is amazing. Tennis, volleyball, table tennis — everything you need, and it’s FREE! You only have to pay a deposit, which you get back once you return the equipment. Drinks… Well, I’m not a huge drinker, but I did try a few, and they’re okay. I liked the pins colada. The vodka tastes a bit cheap, but it’s not the end of the world. 😅 People behave much better than in most hotels I’ve stayed in. They don’t get drunk to the point of passing out and make id...iot.s of themselves. The place is not overcrowded. Nobody comes at 6 a.m. with a towel to reserve the sunbeds, which is a huge plus! I come at 11 a.m. and there are still plenty of free sunbeds. Well done! 👏 There isn’t much around the hotel, but that’s not a problem for us because we always rent a car so we can explore everything we want to see. However, the hotel offers a free transfer to a beautiful beach nearby, where there’s also a small town. Overall, I really recommend this place. Maybe it doesn’t have marble walls or huge spaces where you get lost every day, but it’s clean, peaceful, there’s plenty of entertainment, delicious food, and decent people. 😊

Visited for my first all inclusive solo holiday and I would definitely return. It was a last minute decision and booking with me feeling quite nervous to be alone. However, the staff are extremely friendly. Coming from a hotel and restaurant background myself: The room was spotless (and believe me I know where to look) - they are outdated but only in aesthetics. Huge praise for the well lit desk mirror for make up. (The wardrobe did smell old and fousty which did eventually after a few days linger on my clothes so they could do with a blast) Food: delicious with a good range for everyone. Plenty of vegetables, paella and fresh fish but also meat, pasta and chips. Chefs were very quick on replacing any dishes that ran low. Waiters and team very friendly and on top of clearing tables. My main complements go to the bar staff! There were the same five guys every “shift” during my four days there and each one was incredibly welcoming and friendly. As a solo traveller, They made me feel at home and safe. There was one male guest who was looking me up and down while I got my drink and the bar tender called his attention and told him “no”. They’re all an asset to the hotel! I didn’t venture too far from the hotel. However there is a lovely costal walk just to the right as you leave the hotel (there are many steps) which covered three beautiful small beaches with bars.

Visited here with my partner and two young children (4&2). We were really impressed with the service we received. We had a room with 1 double bed, 1 single and a travel cot, we required two single beds, reception immediately offered bunk beds or a room swap. We swapped to a bigger room which meant we lost the balcony, however we didn't mind that! Throughout the day the children loved the splash park and pools, although the pools were very cold! Food was nice but very repetitive. If you have fussy eaters you may find it difficult, its not a restaurant that serves nuggets and things every day for children , it was fine for us as our children fortunately aren't too fussy though. Evening entertainment was really fun for the children, plus adult entertainment later on (karaoke, music quiz). The bar can get really busy so getting there early to get a table is best I will say it can get quite nosiy late at night with people making their way back to their rooms after the bar closes. Overall we all reslly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay, but if I’m being completely honest, I don’t think we would return. Food: The main food was okay. Basically, it feeds you and that’s about it — nothing particularly special. With children, though, we really struggled at times. I absolutely cannot fault the snack bar. It was a godsend for us, as there was constantly something available to eat. Yes, it’s the same sort of food every day, but with kids that really doesn’t matter! They offer nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, chips, salad and fresh meats, so there was always something we could grab. Entertainment: Unfortunately, the entertainment wasn’t really for us. I personally didn’t feel that the entertainment team had much enthusiasm, although that’s just my opinion. Other people may really enjoy the activities, so I think this is definitely one of those things that comes down to personal preference. Pools: There are three pools to choose from, so you really can’t go wrong. The biggest issue for us was people taking other people’s belongings, particularly floats, when they clearly knew they weren’t theirs. It’s honestly just blatantly cheeky! If you’re coming here, I’d recommend marking your floats and belongings — I know it sounds extreme, but it has happened so many times while we’ve been here. Drinks: The drinks are what you’d expect from a basic all-inclusive. The queues can be a bit of a pain, but again, that’s just part of it. One thing that really made us laugh was the midnight shutdown. By midnight, it’s literally lights out, everything is done! We were still drinking our drinks when they actually turned the lights off on us. 😂 Staff: Overall, I haven’t had any major issues with the staff and there’s nothing specific I can raise as a complaint. However, I wouldn’t describe them as particularly friendly. The restaurant staff especially rarely smile and, unfortunately, often come across as if they’re miserable in their jobs. Overall: Have we enjoyed our holiday? Yes, we have. There are definitely positives, especially having the snack bar and three pools to choose from. But would we return? Probably not. I think there are better options out there, although we’ve still made some good memories and enjoyed our time away.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Club Cala Romani. without a doubt, the worst all-inclusive hotel I have ever experienced. The food was absolutely terrible,The quality was so terrible Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with very little choice. The snack selection was even worse every day the same thing warm bread with ham, burgers and chips. We paid for an all-inclusive package, but we ended up eating out at restaurants, as the food gave me and my son bad tummy’s. The service was very hit and miss. Another shocking issue was the WIFI for my little one’s iPad in all the hotels I’ve stayed at I’ve never been asked to pay such a high fee. Not an awful lot for younger children to do, never saw the kids club open, the park was always full of bigger kids the toddler pool is lethal. Also being woken up several nights on the trot in the early hours from screaming shouting and banging, people running up and down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those expecting a genuine all-inclusive experience. It was a very disappointing holiday experience and certainly not worth the money. Rooms Rooms are not bad ,We didn’t get fresh bedding or towels every day it was clean but not throughly clean.but to watch tv you have to pay for remote control.

We did not expect a 5-star luxury experience, but this is literally the worst place we have ever stayed. We stayed for 10 nights, but it was so bad that one member of our party actually left early. The rest of us just counted down the days until we could go home. I know there will be backlash from some for writing this, but people need to know the truth. The hygiene levels at the pools were shocking, with both children and adults defecating in the water. The pool was closed 5 times in a single 24-hour period, which is nowhere near enough time to properly clean and sanitize the water. my son ended up quite poorly during the trip; we had to visit the doctors, and he is now on antibiotics with a severe ear infection The hotel food was also terrible and left us completely ill. We were forced to spend extra money eating out for the rest of the trip, completely wasting the money we had already paid for our food package. To top it off, The customer service here is appalling. A lady who identified herself as management stood behind the reception desk and openly spoke poorly about us in another language to another staff member. They both just kept looking at us and laughing right to our faces. The rest of the staff were incredibly rude too, and the entertainment was absolute rubbish. Other 3-star hotels are miles ahead of this place The only saving grace of the entire holiday was Restaurant Mallorca. The people there were lovely, and it provided a comfortable, welcoming place to sit and eat with my family away from the hotel.

I feel that this resort gets a lot of misleading reviews. First and foremost this is not a 5 star resort but it's very nearly a 4 star. I have given it 5 stars because it's exceptional value for money. I paid £1250 for a week all inclusive with my 5 year old daughter, during the school summer holidays!. Nothing else came close. My expectations were low after reading other reviews but all I cared about was a big, clean pool and not having to worry about feeding myself or my daughter. This place has delivered. The hotel is modern and the reception area brand new, clean and professional. The whole hotel was clean and fresh. The rooms modest and comfortable. We had a sea view and the A/C was very effective in the room (although motion activated to save energy, which was annoying during the night when it turned off). The resort is huge, the pools are massive and clean. There is one main pool bar with free cruzcampo larger and white and red wine and cocktails on offer and fizzy drinks dispensary and slushy machines for the kids. (Hack) buy the penguin cup for the kid, it frees up a plastic refillable cup for you to get an extra drink as sometimes the queues are 5-10 minutes at the bar and the drinks cups are small. The resort put on various free activities during the day around the pool and there is a Mini disco every night for the kids and a show after in their brand new air conditioned theatre/club/bar. There is a snack bar and poolside cafe and huge buffet restaurant and a second bar near reception. The daily food menu was very samie however lots of choice!. The rooms were cleaned everyday and ALL the staff were friendly and efficient. The gorgeous beach is a gentle downhill paved 10 minute walk and was beautiful. I'd 100% recommend this place and would return, hopefully the prices don't shoot up. The only thing I think some of the negative reviews relate to is that there are two other apartment blocks attached the resort which may be sister hotels but used as overspill. They're a bit dated and probably used by larger family groups. They have access to all the same facilities.

Holiday here July 2026 for 10 days. Room is dated, aware that there are more modern rooms elsewhere so maybe in the process of refurbishment. We had ants at the start of our stay because there were remnants of food under the refrigerator. We spoke to the cleaners and they were very helpful with cleaning and bug spray. We were ant free after a couple of days. The dining room felt chaotic at times just didn't feel like enough food stations for the number of people. Snack bar was typical British food (burgers, hotdogs. Chicken nuggets, chips and toasties) would've liked more Spanish options. People smoking in the non smoking areas at the bar was disappointing too as the majority did move away from crowded areas but no one was policing the smokers that we could tell. We felt the children's disco was a bit slow compared to others. The beaches are a short walk away, Google maps would suggest longer ways but it's well signposted in the hotel. Lovely places to eat nearby and a few shops.

We had a lovely stay at Calas Park. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and amazing, especially Alex, Ivan, Garoe, and Tommy — but not only them. Everyone we met at reception was also very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and perfectly fine for us. We really enjoyed the daytime activities around the pool, which were fun and kept us entertained. The evening shows by the bar were also very good. The staff were wonderful with our daughter, and she really enjoyed taking part in the activities. One thing that seemed a little strange at first was having to keep your plastic cup with you or exchange it for a reusable token, but we soon got used to it. The main downside for me was the number of steps. There were a lot of them, and they were really hard work! Overall, we had a great time and really appreciated the friendly staff and the activities for both adults and children.

The hotel is a solid ☆☆☆. The price matches the quality. Key points: friendly staff, good cuisine, almost home-cooked food, generally delicious, and always available fruit and ice cream. Two Cala Domingos beaches are nearby. Sun loungers are available for rent. There was entertainment every evening. Cons: a huge number of children under 10. Keep this in mind if you're traveling during school holidays. The pool is very shallow—about 1 meter deep—so it's impossible to swim, and small children are constantly splashing around. The beds by the pool are always occupied from the morning. If you arrive at 11 a.m., you'll find strangers' towels on them, empty. The room itself was old and had some minor defects, but these didn't bother us much.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are modern, the air conditioning works brilliantly, and the restaurant and bar staff were especially friendly. They always took the time to say hello to our little boy and make him feel welcome, which we really appreciated. The daytime entertainment team also did a great job and created a good atmosphere around the pool. A few things to keep in mind before booking: * The airport transfer doesn’t stop directly outside the hotel. Pick-up and drop-off are around the corner, so you’ll need to walk a short distance with your luggage along a fairly uneven road. * If you’re travelling with a baby, toddler, pushchair or wheelchair user, I’d think carefully before booking. Not just the hotel, but the surrounding area has lots of steps and relatively few ramps, which can make getting around difficult. * All of the rooms have showers only. If you’re travelling with a young child, this is worth knowing. We hired a baby bath from a local company. * The rooms are clean, but during our stay the bed linen wasn’t seem to be changed very often – the bed was simply re-made each day. * The rooms have a kitchenette, but no cups, cutlery or utensils are provided. Kettles and TV remotes are available from reception but require a €10 refundable deposit. You can also collect cups and any cutlery you need from the restaurant. * We did have ants in our room and on the balcony throughout our stay. Housekeeping were aware of the issue and sprayed the room, which helped keep them under control, but they never completely disappeared. * The toilet in our room also had an unpleasant smell at times. * Soundproofing throughout the hotel isn’t great. We could regularly hear doors slamming and noise from the corridors. * On arrival you’re given a token to exchange for a reusable plastic drinks cup. You’ll need to keep the cup with you throughout your stay to refill your drinks, which can be a little inconvenient if you’ve been out for the day. The bar will happily swap it for a clean one when needed. * Sunbeds can be difficult to get unless you’re up early, with many being reserved from around 7–8am. * The food offered a reasonable variety, but the quality was average. There was fish available most evenings, while the choice of other meats was more limited. Breakfast was also fairly basic, with most of the meat being processed. We also noticed that leftover fish sometimes seemed to be reused as a pizza topping the following day, which wasn’t to our taste. * The beach is around a 5–10 minute walk away and is lovely. There’s a path from the back of the hotel which is the quickest route, although it does involve more stairs. There’s also a small fair nearby which is nice if you’re travelling with children. * There isn’t a great deal to do within walking distance of the hotel. The local supermarkets are mostly the same chain, with limited choice for fresh produce. We’d definitely recommend catching the bus to places like Cala d’Or or Manacor for a day out. The journey takes around 30–40 minutes and both have much more to see, including shops, restaurants and a much livelier atmosphere. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff are welcoming, and there are plenty of positives. Hopefully these tips help anyone thinking of booking so they know what to expect.

Overall we had a good stay. The location was great with very pretty beaches nearby, which we loved. check-out was easy and straightforward. The hotel was very clean, cleaners did a great job and the pools were always clean too. The food was good overall — some dishes were a bit too salty for our taste, but there was a good variety and it changed every day. Drinks were good, although you do have to keep your cup the whole holiday or you would get charged for another but it’s fair enough. Entertainment was good fun and there were lots of cute little shops around the area. It’s a good place if you’re looking for a family holiday. We travelled with our autistic son and there were a few safe foods he would eat, such as chips, nuggets and bread, so we found it fairly SEND-friendly. The only disappointing part was the room situation. We paid extra for a sea view room, but when we arrived the room wasn’t ready until 2pm. Then when we came back at 2, we were told our room had been changed and we lost the sea view aspect we had paid for. We were disappointed that we weren’t offered any refund or compensation for this. Also, you have to pay a deposit for the TV remote and there were hardly any channels available. Overall, it was a nice and clean hotel, just a shame about the room issue.

We are currently staying at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. The only reason we are giving 2 stars is because the room is clean, modern, and well maintained. The biggest issue is the food. We paid a premium for an all-inclusive stay and expected at least a reasonable standard of dining. Instead, the food quality has been extremely poor. There is virtually no variety, and many of the meat options are the cheapest cuts imaginable, often tasteless and sitting in excessive amounts of oil or water. Some examples include rabbit pieces with almost no meat on them, liver that was so tough it was nearly impossible to chew, and highly processed sausages and other low-quality products. I’ve included a photo to illustrate the type of food being served. Another concern is that much of the food appears to be recycled from previous meals. For example, canned carrots were mixed into rice from earlier days and served again, soaked in oil and water. Similar dishes repeatedly reappeared throughout our stay. Dessert options are equally disappointing. Typically there is only one fresh fruit choice, while the remaining desserts are low-quality processed products, such as powdered mixes combined with water and presented as mousse or cream desserts. The salad bar is also poor. Vegetables often appear to come directly from cans and are left sitting for long periods. The olives are stored in cloudy water that does not inspire confidence in their freshness. The advertised snack service is misleading. Rather than offering dedicated snack options, it is essentially the same food served at lunch, with even fewer choices available. What is most frustrating is that previous reviews have raised the exact same concerns. Management has responded publicly by saying improvements would be made, yet based on our experience, nothing seems to have changed. The repeated recycling of food, the consistently low-quality ingredients, and the lack of variety suggest that minimizing costs has taken priority over guest satisfaction. If food quality is important to you when booking an all-inclusive holiday, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

We came in August and had the best time. Children aged 9 and 6. The pools and slides are amazing! Food was standard all inclusive food and entertainment was okay. The kids enjoyed the mini disco. Rooms cleaned daily without asking. Rooms spacious, could do with odd improvements but nothing that ruined the holiday. The hotel is sat back a bit but couldn't fault the free shuttle bus to the beach. Our daughter had an accident requiring 2 stitches, just wanted to say thank you to reception for helping and calling us a doctor and easing the stress. Would return in the future.

We arrived in the room and found medicine, trash and nappies left from the previous person. Bar and restaurant staff are not very friendly. Food not great and not alot of choice. For me an all inclusive should offer everything for free, but for the evening entertainment for kids and the evening snack bar you have to pay…?! We wanted to have a longer sleep one morning and turned the ‘do not disturb’ sign on but the cleaners still came into the room at 9.30am!! When we left the room at 11 and put the cleaning sign on, they did not come back to clean the room. Another day when they ‘did’ clean the room, all the dirty dishes were left. If they would provide cleaning rags and soap i would happily do it myself, but of corse they do not provide it, so why did they not take care of it? Overall very disappointed and will certainly not be coming back or recommending this place!!

Just got back from our family holiday 20/07/26. It’s a nice hotel 1 hour from airport. To be honest staff at the reception not welcoming at all. People working in a hotel need to smile and be more welcoming, customer service very poor. Bar manager Ricardo is extremely rude. Also lady working at reception for TUI her name is Ewelina is very rude. Restaurant is extremely busy you can’t even have a conversation. Entertainment is very boring. Nice swimming pool and slides for the children. The best thing about this holiday is the beach.

We spent a week at HYB Eurocalas in early June and came away really happy. The hotel sits in a quiet spot, which made it ideal for relaxing after busy days exploring the area. The food was good overall — plenty of variety at dinner and decent quality throughout. The only small letdown was breakfast, which got a bit monotonous after a few days; the selection didn’t change much from morning to morning. Not a dealbreaker, but a little more rotation would go a long way. The staff were the real highlight. Everyone was lovely and genuinely helpful, always happy to answer questions or sort out any small request. A special mention goes to Aida at reception — she was fantastic, warm, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. People like her make a real difference to a holiday. There’s a lot on offer for kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained, so families will feel right at home here. One thing worth noting: in early June the pool water was still a little on the cold side, so if you’re travelling early in the season, be prepared for that. A few other things we appreciated: the rooms were clean and comfortable, the grounds were well kept, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The location is a good base for getting out and seeing the nearby coves and beaches. All in all, a solid choice for a family holiday. We’d happily come back. 8.5/10.

This was a first all inclusive family holiday through a jet2 package holiday. we booked it for the 2nd to the 9th of may and only paid about £2k for 3 adults and 2 infants. The rooms are adequate for the short amount of time you’ll be in there. The resort offers 2 water parks. 4 swimming pools (2 small, 2large) a small but fun arcade for slightly older kids. The resort also has a shop onsite that stocks a lot of your average English essentials (e.g. pg tips 🤣 Pot noodles, drinks, toys, and stuff for the pool like inflatables and pool accessories) The food hall offers a verity of choice through breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast consists of your typical continental essentials as well as some more traditional English breakfast (bacon, eggs fried and scrambled, sausages, beans) there’s also fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Lunch is typically a selection of meats from chicken, pork, beef with Italian dishes such as pasta and pizza with an antipasti servings too. Theres a salad bar and a desserts bar that vary from cakes and brownies to an ice cream machine and wafer comes. Lunch and dinner selections are mostly the same but vary from day to day. There is a snack bar by the bigger pools that serves lunch and snacky foods like pizza, chicken nuggets and other things. The all inclusive side of things in regards to drinks are fantastic there’s a bar you can get your drinks from or in the food hall and at the snack bar there are self serve taps for, soft drinks, larger, sangria/wine and water. Just down the road is a very well laid out shopping space that’s a stones throw away from a beautiful blue water beach. This area has everything from gift shops. Rentals for quads, buggies and mountain bikes and also offers leaflets and information on other attractions not far away. Overall I would fully recommend this as a jet2 package holiday especially if you’re on a budget. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and their English is second nature.

Just spent 4 nights here as a couple and from start to finish we have had a wonderful time! We booked about a year ago and I started checking the reviews again a couple of months ago and was a little worried when reading them. I wish I'd have not bothered worrying! The hotel is spotless, we were in the annex next to the hotel lovely quiet clean room 1 min from the main hotel. The food was really good! There was something for everyone. We were AI so as well as breakfast lunch and tea there was a pizzeria open 11 till 6, lots of freshly made pizzas, pastas, burgers hot dogs, salad, fruit and sweet treats you could grab and eat by the pool. The 2 pools were really good sizes and well maintained. Ample sunbeds and umbrellas, away from the pools there were 2 other areas for sunbathing again with plenty of beds. My only teeny gripe was the pool closing at 6 pm. The small beach a few mins walk away was beautiful 😍 crystal clear water and a little beach bar if you run out of drinks. The staff were all very pleasant, the gent doing the aqua aerobics is the pool was a lovely jolly character an asset to the hotel. I would absolutely return here and are hoping to next year! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Globals America Hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The meals were great, with plenty of delicious options every day, and the view was absolutely amazing — such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with anything we needed and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special thank you to the cleaning ladies for their kindness and hard work. Especially the lovely lady who left us some candy and a sweet note — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Thank you so much for your kindness and care. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience!

I just returned from this hotel, and I honestly don’t understand how it has a 4-star rating. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom had a constant sewage smell from the day we arrived until we left. We also saw cockroaches in the evenings. The reception staff were very kind and helped us get a room close to my parents’, which we really appreciated. However, the rest of the staff were quite unfriendly. The housekeeping staff didn’t speak any English, making it impossible to ask for anything, and the restaurant staff often came across as rude. The restaurant organization was frustrating. Large groups had to wait while many two-person tables sat empty because the staff wouldn’t allow tables to be joined. If guests tried to move tables themselves, waiters would immediately tell them to separate them again, often quite abruptly and without any explanation. Another frustrating point is that no complimentary bottled water is provided in the rooms. Water is only available from dispensers, but guests are not allowed to fill their own bottles, so unless you buy water, you can only take a glass back to your room. The hotel constantly tries to sell extras, even though it’s all-inclusive. Bottled water costs €2.50 for 500 ml, fresh juice at breakfast costs extra, and staff regularly come to your table trying to sell premium drinks or the “cocktail of the day.” The food was probably the biggest disappointment. The selection was very limited and barely changed throughout our stay. Same breakfast selection every day. Pork stew was served every day for both lunch and dinner, and the main buffet usually consisted of just two meat dishes, two fish dishes, and vegetables. There was a salad bar and a cold cuts section, but overall the menu was repetitive. Dinner included a small “special” section, but it only added a few extra dishes and wasn’t nearly as varied as it appeared. The desserts were also essentially the same every day, just presented differently—for example, one day there would be a plain cake, and the next day it would be the same cake with chocolate cream on top. The worst part was that I suffered from food poisoning for two days, which seriously made me question the hotel’s hygiene standards. What’s even more disappointing is that the hotel replies to many reviews by blaming food poisoning on the summer season ( high humidity and heatwaves?!) instead of addressing the hygiene concerns. When 9 out of 10 guests report the same issue, that’s not an acceptable response. The only real positive is the location, as the hotel is right next to the beach. However, the beach itself is very small and extremely crowded. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but I think it’s worth mentioning so future guests know what to expect. Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one week through TUI. The hotel has a great location, the staff were always friendly and helpful despite being clearly understaffed, and the animation team did a great job. Daily room cleaning was also good. Unfortunately, the hotel was not prepared for the peak season in July. There were not enough staff to clear tables in the dining area, so guests often had to queue for a table. The pool area was quite dirty, and some areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The dining areas also needed better air conditioning and ventilation. The smell became very unpleasant after a few days. The food was acceptable, but unfortunately 3 out of 5 members of our family experienced some degree of food poisoning during our stay. We also saw a few cockroaches in both our room and the common areas. The all-inclusive drinks were very basic, with better options available only at an extra cost. Our bed was broken and wobbly, and although I reported it to reception, it was never repaired. The terrace was never cleaned, and because we were on the first floor, cigarette ash regularly ended up on our clothes and belongings. Overall, this was an average experience. The hotel has potential thanks to its location and hardworking staff, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene issues meant it did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

This hotel was lovely and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were lovely and catering and given the good price is a lovely hygienic hotel and destination. The beach is also a 5 minute walk and there’s a huge drink selection. Good entertainment all around me and my friends have had a great time here i definitely recommend!!

Lovely hotel stayed for a week. Food was excellent but need to cater more for younger children. Location was great with shops and bars within walking distance. Rooms were good and spacious for three people. Pool area was good and the staff work very hard, always lots of beds so no need for sun bed wars early in the morning. My only negative was the lifts as there was often a long wait as only two small lifts to service 8 floors

Better than many other 3 star hotels. Better than a 4 star hotel in the vicinity. The positives - The food is themed differently every day, maybe for a week. Then it's recurring, but is good. Variety of meals. Great variety of fruit. Access to the beach, which is 5 minutes away. Receptionist are very good and are there for you, to ensure whatever issue you have, they fix it. The not so good stuff - loads of ultra processed food at the snack bar. Maybe not enough parasols around the pool. Only two elevators with up to 4 people each. One was broken, and there is no service elevator, so you can imagine hundreds of guests and cleaning people trying to access it.

Here’s my review on this hotel: Hotel room was lovely and spacious, we had a beautiful sea view. We were on floor 7. Rooms were clean and tidy, beds made daily, towels changed daily if you wanted them changed. Snack bar was great for us as fussy vegetarians, so pizza and chips were great to have 10-6 daily. You could get ice cream pots all the time, vanilla, strawberry and vanilla, chocolate and vanilla and coffee I think the flavours were. Drinks were fine, when we first arrived we were a little gutted by the selection we could have. I’ve always loved baileys on an all inclusive and this is the first time I couldn’t have a “fake” baileys. Cocktails were fine, my favourite was tequila sunrise, we also enjoyed their Malibu and orange juice. You could always get hold of juices, water, hot drinks and fizzy drinks without needed to use your token at the bar. The token system is easy, you get given a token per person when you arrive and when you want a drink you go to the bar give your token in and get a drink, you keep your cup and then when you don’t want a drink no more, you give your cup back and you get given a token back. If you lose your token or leave it in your room it looks like they are quite lenient with it. Staff were loving Raquel at reception was always super helpful. The guy behind the snack bar was lovely and would put another margherita pizza in when he saw us coming, bar staff were super friendly. Animation team had something going on multiple times through the day. Evening entertainment was okay, we had flamenco dances, bingo, music quiz and acrobats while there. The animation team speak 4 languages during the evening, English, Spanish, French and Italian. I found it pretty amazing how they speak one language and then straight into the next! I saw a few posts about people saying it was mainly French, this certainly is not the case in my eyes. Location was great, lots of shops outside the hotel, a 5 minute walk to the beach which is absolutely beautiful! Buses were great, we used the bus to get to manacor and then another day we used the buses to get to Cala Millor. You tap your card and tap out again, it is cheaper to use card than cash, just make sure to use the same card each time. You can tap your card 5 times for a group of people, the more people the bigger the discount. The bus cost us £21 for the two of us for a trip to Manacor and Cala Millor. We spent 4 days and 3 nights here, we were able to use the all inclusive as soon as we arrived, our room was also ready an hour earlier. When we checked out we were able to book a shower room so we could still enjoy our day by the pool and feel fresh and clean before our flight. Overall we absolutely loved our holiday, for such a bargain!

Where to start! Firstly what a beautiful clean hotel, on arrival greeted with very friendly professional staff so can't complain there. But....what you don't expect is to be pushed, shoved ,grunted at, looked down at and fully disrespected by the French!! Pushed out of lift, pushed out of food que pushed off the stairs, my mum was pushed that hard she had an hematoma on her hand! Kids shouted at for splashing in the pool, now not forgetting this is a family resort!?!? We teach our kids to be respectful am not the only brit person to have this opinion, we spoke to at least 15 families all saying the same, although I am not saying anything bad about the hotel it self, which leads me to my next fault. This is my own fault for not using the safe but at 50€ and only 10 back it's very expensive, anyway I had 100€ took out my case, on complaining staff were rude and not the least bit interested but what really fueled my fire was that she accused my 68 yr old mum and 9 yr old daughter of taking it rather than taking responsibility, no apology or anything! Lesson learnt for me but will definitely not go back and neither will a lot of other bits! Which is a shame cos hotel and location were absolutely beautiful.

Rested at the beginning of June 2026. An excellent budget hotel for families and children, as well as for the older generation. The beach is within walking distance. Very tasty and varied cuisine. Special thanks to the animators (Elis, Alexy, Ivon) wonderful positive guys.
