Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating. It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food. Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hippy market on a Weds. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars. Es Canar is the perfect base to explore the islands beauty.

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches. The room was clean, had a kitchenette, and the balcony views were awesome. The room service was professional as they kept checking on us for towels or cleaning when requested.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The hotel wasn't too crowded so there was never a wait for anything. We only breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out every night for our dinner. Good selection of drinks at the bar and snack bar was fab. Would definitely return in the future.

Had a lovely stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, comfy beds. Pool side didn’t seem that busy but couldn’t get a sun bed as the same people had the same sun beds each day, so they must have got up at 6am. The only downside of the hotel was in the restaurant, there wasn’t enough staff to set the tables and clear away the food. You had to set your own table with cutlery when you arrived in the restaurant otherwise you would never get any. Pizza was lovely at the snack bar until they ran out of cheese and put Parmesan on instead for our last few days which was awful. The animation team are awful, music too loud. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms-good size, clean and a good view of the pool. Location-spot on, near to everything the resort has to offer. Resort-pleasant , good for families, unspoilt . Food in hotel, truly awful, this is an all inclusive offer, same cold food everyday, quality poor, more like mums gone to Icelands!! The all inclusive drinks are not all inclusive.... unless , lager, and soft drinks ! This is not a 4 star hotel!! 2 at a best. If your budget was to incorporate the all inclusive offer your family will be going hungry !!' Disappointment!!

Great location, easy access to buses, boats and taxis. Food and drink was average all inclusive, staff friendly and hard working. Rooms are small but beds very comfortable and a mini fridge. Are only complaint was the sun-beds, not enough of them for size of hotel. It was also like going back 20 years with people getting up at sunrise to reserve sunbeds! In the entire holiday we never got one.

There's something insulting and cynical in the way this hotel claims four stars. Its biggest success is how many people it crams into the space, while not providing enough, deck chairs and tables, whilst serving highly processed food on shabby and worn furniture. If your idea of breakfast is sausages and overcooked bacon this is the place for you. Dinner is bland and the salad bar consists of colourful decoration from a can. I paid extra for sea view and can see mostly the roof of the hotel below. The room itself is clean(ish) but worn, and the pillows and beds are old. The bathroom is worn and a bit grubby and the tub in my room is rusty. The staff, for the most part, are decent and friendly. There's also a delightful restaurant on a nearby beach, Cala Nova. As for, Hotel Leonardo, I won't return and will always feel somewhat cheated by the experience. It baffles me how positive some of the other reviews are. Perhaps the other guests are not well travelled, perhaps the reviews are fake, or, given the shoddy and intermittent Internet access at hotel Leonardo, perhaps the guests just gave up trying to post their reviews. When I spoke to Gaby at reception she was most unhelpful about the Internet request, even after explaining I needed to take a work call. All in all, Hotel Leonardo is a disappointing hotel.

We had a superior room and it was very comfortable and offered what you need . The hotel is on a beautiful position and is very pleasant to spend time at . The selection of all inclusive drinks is not great and is served in small plastic cups at all times. The food isn’t labelled in the restaurant and it is difficult to know what you are eating which is also danger anyone with allergies. The selection of food is ok as all inclusive goes you won’t go hungry . We didn’t stay at the hotel for the entertainment so I can’t really comment on it but during the day you don’t see them around the poolside at all you have to look at a board to see what’s on offer . Overall we really enjoyed our 5 day stay here and would return for a similar duration.

The hotel was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.The room price was reasonable, and the view of the pool and the sea was amazing. Room service was great, the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well. There is also a supermarket directly across from the hotel, which was very convenient, and the parking opposite the hotel was free 🆓 The reception service was fast and helpful, the hotel itself is large and spacious, and the swimming pool was very clean with enough sunbeds for everyone. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Paper thin walls, slow showers, many people on the desk weren't overly welcoming, hot part of the breakfast quite dissapointing and sun beds all had towels 'saved' on them by 8 which they didn't do anything about. Positives room was clean, veiw very nice and the area is nice. Would not recommend to couples.

Very much recommended. We stayed there for a week in May. The buffet was excellent (we had breakfast and dinner) — huge selection and tasty food (the breakfast spread alone was worth the stay). The whole surroundings of the hotel have a laid-back, relaxed vibe — calm, friendly, and exactly what you want for a proper chill-out holiday. The pool area was great too: lovely big pools and loads of sunbeds so we always found the perfect spot without excessive stress. Nice atmospheric music also played by the pools. Great service, friendly staff, good rooms, and that peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a real getaway for us personally. Would love to come back. The surrounding bar can be a bit loud at nights, nothing that the hotel can probably really do about.

Had an amazing stay here this week for our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a superior double sea view room as we had indicated in our booking that it was our honeymoon. From the moment we came in, we were greeted by Paula, who was very welcoming. Got given a glass of blue bubbly which was a nice surprise! We couldnt access our room until 3pm but we were able to use the facilities. When we got into our room, it was very tidy and looking at the view... WOW!! There's a different themed food night every night which was really nice and we always had a full plate! The menu is all buffet themed, there's a grill station, salad station, bread station, desserts station. As we were in a superior room, we had access to the infinity pool and the sun beds up the top which was really nice as there was always some available. A big shout out to Carlos, who was always happy to bring us drinks, we had such a laugh with him and he always had a smile on his face... you can tell he loves his job! Another shout out to Valentina, she was hilarious on the bingo night! Got the energy up in the crowd and we were always laughing! Housekeeping would come by every morning and refresh our room, change our bedsheets and bring us new towels. This was my first time abroad and I can say it did not disappoint! Thank you so much to all the Alua staff for making our honeymoon truly unforgettable 💖

An enjoyable stay.. Room was tired but comfortable. Eg. Curtains were hanging off the track; shower door at the base and needed replacing, balcony rail cover was missing in places. Location was perfect. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food and drinks (AI basis) were very good, good quality & lots to choose from. Entertainment we never watched. Pool area was a nice place to sit and chill. Overall an enjoyable holiday and we would return.

Our 6th stay great location, brilliant pool area always get sunbeds no problem at all. Clean and great eating outside if u want , great breakfast choice; lunch; dinner always enough I’m fussy & always found something. Went AI this time but drinks prices if not AI r very reasonable similar to rest of resort. Friendly staff we always try Spanish & this is appreciated. Would defo recommend and adult only !

We had a great stay at AluaSol Ibiza in early September. We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! The bed was oriented within the room so that when we drew back the curtains all that we could see was the beach, sea and blue sky - an absolutely perfect start to every day. The breakfast was excellent - a huge selection. The evening meal was good but there was a limited selection for myself as a vegetarian. The staff were 5* and so helpful. The pool was well situated although I think in the peak months getting a lounger may have been an issue - we had the upgraded separate sunbathing terrace so no issues with getting seating there and it had it's own pool which was a nice touch. The area was perfect - not too busy but enough to do in the evening - walking around the bay was lovely at sunset. We will definite return. My only slight niggles were that the floor in the room needed to be replaced and there was a glass door on the toilet which didn't reach either the floor or the ceiling. The room cleanliness was better than five star hotels that we have stayed in - the sheets were changed twice even though we had only booked a five night stay!

Love a Meliá hotel. The hotel in itself was great. Spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms and beds. Mini fridge restocked regularly. Great breakfast options. Rooftop terrace was fab. Drinks are a little pricey but it’s Ibiza. Reception Staff were sometimes incredibly friendly and helpful or incredibly rude and unprofessional. The glasses in the room were never clean or changed. You could see the tide mark on the glasses from the previous drinks. Air con took two days to cool the room but never down to actual cool temperatures. I’d come again I’m sure

This hotel is a total vibe and easily deserves a five-star rating. The modern design and chill atmosphere make it the perfect spot for an Ibiza getaway. I loved the rooftop area; the views of the sunset are absolutely breathtaking and probably the best in the bay. Everything from the room decor to the poolside music felt curated and fresh. The staff were super attentive and always had a great attitude. Plus, having direct access to the beach and being close to local spots was very convenient. If you want a stylish, high-energy yet relaxing stay, this is definitely the place to be. I cannot wait to come back next summer.

The rooftop pool staff were extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful towards guests. They seemed to look down on customers and their attitude made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. For a hotel of this standard, it was also surprising that there was no valet parking service available at the entrance. Additionally, the rooms are very poorly insulated. We could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and hallways, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The service, comfort, and guest experience were disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Our 2nd stay here, we had a lovely time, great hotel, easy and quick to get taxis, about 10 euro to Mambo area. Breakfast is amazing it's the best I've had anywhere in the world and should be commended. Rooms clean, staff attend daily to clean. Beach towels free for use around hotel and beach. The lunch food was delicious. The rooftop bar waitresses are miserable and need to be a little more friendly, a smile would have been a start. The DJ Jesus Martino was amazing, both breakfast tunes and rooftop too, fantastic. The food at the rooftop bar on our first evening was not so great, cold and just basic for the cost, I would not recommend eating here. I would definitely return here but would eat out after breakfast. Reception staff friendly and lovely to see the cleaners keeping the place spotless.

During our stay, we noticed that cash left in our room (not placed in the safe) was stolen. We immediately informed the hotel, however the hotel did not take responsibility. Later, we were informed that there are no security cameras on the guest floors. 🚨‼️ For this reason, guests traveling with valuable items such as expensive bags, shoes, or accessories that cannot fit into the room safe should be extremely cautious. Due to the lack of cameras, it is unfortunately not possible to make any claims in such situations. In our opinion, this hotel is not suitable for guests traveling with high-value personal belongings. We strongly recommend future guests take this into consideration before booking.

This is an adults only hotel which offers a quiet peaceful setting at the end of Portinatx ideal for a relaxing stay. We had an apartment on the 4th floor and a large balcony with sun loungers, hot tub, deckchairs and a two person sun lounging bed with sun protection. The staff at the hotel from reception to bar to restaurant to cleaning are all magnificent, really friendly, and they work incredibly hard to make your stay a great one. There are two pools and a pool bar with more loungers, a fitness area and a beach across the road. There is a wellness menu although we only used the morning yoga, but that was excellent. Great walks are adjacent one which we did to the lighthouse offering great views. We would highly recommend the breakfast it was amazing, lots of choice. Overall a lovely hotel in a great position.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed here early Sept 2025. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Located next to a small beach in a cove with stunning sunsets. Shout out to the amazing Guy who runs the beach beds and bar. Brilliant cocktails served to your bed. Restaurant on the waterside serves amazing fish dishes and low price. Hotel has lots and lots of steps so not recommended for anyone who is not a lover of steps!! Bit strange but the safes in the rooms are screwed go the floor so lots of kneeling down to get stuff out. We were only B&B so only can comment on breakfast which was good. It’s about a ten minute walk into the main resort but it’s a much better location. All in all great holiday in Portinatx.

Lovely hotel, we stayed for a week in May this year, after visiting last year for just 4 nights. Worth noting that the hotel itself is in quite a remote location, so either walking/taxi journeys are required to the nearest ‘town’.

Had a fantastic week end of September to beginning of October. Everything from the staff, the food, facilities & x2 pools were brilliant. Stunning location, chilled vibe, so pretty. The hotel is right by a small picturesque cove, where you can rent sunbeds, umbrella's & sip cocktails made by the very charismatic Carlos. The sea is safe & easily accessible, with watersport equipment to hire & plenty of lovely restaurants overlooking the cove. Didn't want to leave, we'll be back again!!

When we arrived, service staff was very polite and courteous. There was some issues when we first arrived but the stay overall was good. On the first night we arrived the room was very hot because the air-con was not on for our arrival. We needed help to work it however the staff was very helpful with this. Our Hot tub was broken when we arrived and couldn’t use it the first day due to it was not filling up with water however the local site manager did fix the issue as quick as he could which am thankful for. Our room wasn’t cleaned well when we first arrived. Clear dirt on the floor. Our room service food was still in the room from the night before which showed us the room wasn’t even cleaned in the day when we was out chilling by the pool However again the staff was fantastic when I made them aware of the issue but on the other hand I shouldn’t need to make them aware, as the room should have been cleaned in the day which was problematic. Other issue that was problematic was the extra toilet roll I requested. It was left on the toilet brush stick which I thought was unhygienic, rendered us from not being able to use it. The manager gave us a bottle of cava to say sorry which I totally respect and very happy with. This for me was good customer service. The songs on the radio around the pool kept repeating thought-out the day so I would recommend some variety with the playlist. The Lana del rey summer time saddest kept playing which got boring, more songs of different types the better. The buffet was ok, breakfast buffet was fantastic, sausages and eggs was the highlight of the meal. The dinner buffet needed more variety for people who do not like seafood, more cooked meat would be better. Restaurant staff was very good and the buffet was clean and the drinks were fantastic. Food was average overall with the exemption of the pool bar restaurant which had a fantastic for menu choice and the food tasted great and to mention the staff were excellent by the pool. Drinks were also a highlight of the trip. Cocktails were very good, bar staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was also very clean. Overall the pool area was the best bit about the hotel. Overall our stay was probably 4/5. The staff was lovely and fantastic. Very polite and very helpful. Facilities were good overall. Lost one star due to the issues we had when we arrived but improved as the week progressed. Wish this establishment all the best in the future because the staff were great and the hotel has a lot of potential moving forwards !

Having just returned from a weeks stay at Els Pins Hotel I must say how impressed I was with this hotel. The hotel was chosen as a base for my friends daughters week long wedding celebration in Ibiza. The party consisted of around 85 guests of all ages, from very young children to slightly older guests 😂 Firstly the hotel staff were excellent starting with the front of house staff to the restaurant staff and bar staff. The house cleaning staff to the gardeners. The hotel was constantly being cleaned and it showed! My room was cleaned daily and new towels provided. Plenty of sun-beds round the pool even though the hotel was at full capacity. The hotel was full but it never seemed busy and was very relaxing The breakfast selection was plentiful and of a very high standard as was the food in the restaurant. All of the wedding party staying at this hotel never stopped commenting how nice a time they had staying there and a great many of them said they would return. And some were return guests! My only criticism is not the hotel but I wish English guests would try to learn a few words of the language of countries that they stay in on holiday!

We were received by a friendly receptionist with a welcome drink. The room was huge, modern and had a nice view to the sea. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a big outside pool area and a small gym. The housekeeping did a good job. But we didn't enjoy the SPA. It was a little bit poor designed without any decoration or details. Moreover there were groups of young men shouting and behaving inappropriate like sitting on the wood bench in the sauna with dirty, wet slippers. They used the SPA as a kids waterpark and the staff came inside, noticed it and didn't do anything. For this reason we never booked it again during our stay. But besides that we enjoyed our stay a lot!

We stay 5 nights during April 26. Location is good even if plenty of abandonned programs in the near area. The pool and spa are good. The breakfast is very good and complete. The room were quiet and with a balcony. In a normal condition i would rate 4 stars but during the stay a cloth of good brand has disappeared. This for sure brought a bad experience at end.

Just got back from Els Pins and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant does good food for lunch and dinner too. We upgraded to the sea view and we're glad we did because it was beautiful. The location is a little bit out of the way so we had to get taxis everywhere, which was our only down point. The rooms are nice although our twin beds were very close together. 2 queens beds for two friends sharing would be ideal.

Stayed at the hotel three times now and would highly recommend. The staff are extremely personable and helpful. The cleaning staff are excellent at their job, the room and the hotel are always immaculate. The food is decent and exactly what is required post an Ibiza night out! The location is perfect, close enough to San Antonio but yet removed enough to allow for some need relaxation. One bonus is the spa, the sauna and steam room is a very undersold gem within the hotel!

We are just back from a one week stay at Melia Ibiza, my review is only for ‘the level’ part of hotel as we didn’t use the main hotel. The Level is self contained so no need to use main hotel. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, we stayed in a ‘The Level Junior Suite Supreme Sea View’ the layout, the decor, the view and amenities. Everything was 10/10. The hotel solely provides Rituals amenities which is lovely. The Level Food - Breakfast is nice, there are plenty of options laid out for self service, however you can also order à la carte from a small menu. The plates brought are small but just enough to start your day with the added pastries, fruit etc. I did hear people amend their orders from menu or add / take away and the staff were happy to do so. The snacks are basically just crisps, olives, various pickles. The tapas in the evening between 5-6pm are great and options vary every evening. The drink options included are great, the rose wine was delicious. Full range of soft drinks, still water, sparkling water, white, red and rose wine plus a beer (the only thing is you’re only supposed to get your included drinks from the bottom level area) The roof top pool exclusive for the level guests is gorgeous and the bar is also lovely. The views are fantastic. Location is good, a 10 min walk to the marina, as the hotel is adults only it’s very quiet and peaceful. There are daily activities including yoga, hiking & art & wine hour. The yoga spot is so nice, the views are great. Such a lovely peaceful way to start your day. I feel the only thing that let the hotel down at times was the service. At breakfast the staff are not very attentive. I do think this is because there seemed to only be one person taking orders but it seemed as if they weren’t paying great attention. One morning we waited 30 mins for a coffee. That being said, the rooftop bar staff were great & the reception staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Loved this place. Great location just overlooking the beautiful coast, so always a lovely breeze. Great walks nearby. Close too the Marina and a swathe of lovely restaurants. Much nicer than Ibiza Town in my opinion. Hotel service was amazing - staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean everywhere and if I return I would definitely opt for the level service again. Much more civilised! Lovely sea view rooms with water and nespresso machines, sole use of the rooftop bar and pool area with comfy loungers and own lounge/breakfast and outside areas on the ground floor by lovely gardens and sea. Personally, I wouldn't like the other side as the loungers were not as thick as upstairs and the breakfast area was nowhere near as nice. Level incs endless supply of drinks and food - to the point we hardly ate a meal out in the evenings as were stuffed!! Also incs own concierge area with drinks upon arrival. LOVED THIS HOTEL - THE BEST YET. THANK YOU TO MELIA IBIZA STAFF

I have just returned from a week at the Melia hotel . First it is spotless, the receptionists were great and the pool people worked so hard . BUT the food in the alacarte restaurant was dreadful, who expects to go to a Spanish hotel and only get Italian food , food I cannot eat , so many people were disappointed, if you want lovely Spanish food do not book here. I would have expected at least a buffet style restaurant.. Absolutely spoilt my holiday that took a lot of saving up for .. There was nothing on the web site to warn you if this and nothing on the jet2 site .

We stayed at Meliá Ibiza for one week for our wedding this year and absolutely loved it. We had one of the suites in The Level area of the hotel and it was truly beautiful. From the glass of bubbly on arrival to the stunning rooftop pool, everything felt really special. Although we were self-catering, The Level offered drinks throughout the day, plus snacks and a tapas hour in the evening — all included with the room, which was such a lovely surprise. Our suite was a dream: a large bathtub, huge balcony and the most incredible sea view. We were also greeted with a bottle of champagne on arrival, and again on our wedding night — such thoughtful gestures. The hotel team were so patient and accommodating, allowing all of our suppliers to meet us there in the lead-up, and welcoming our wedding party on the morning of the wedding so they could get ready with us. We honestly can’t recommend The Level at Meliá Ibiza enough — we’ll definitely be back! Location is also great, it was round the corner from our wedding venue, but also only a short 15min walk into the harbour where you'll find lots of restaurants, and 10 mins further into the main Santa Eularia town & beach. The only thing to note is that some of our guests booked standard rooms in the main hotel and felt they were quite small, so we would highly recommend booking within The Level if your budget allows.

My experience at Melia Ibiza was extremely disappointing. I booked based on the facilities advertised on the Melia website, including a large pool and a fully equipped gym. On arrival, I was not informed that the hotel was in the process of closing for the winter. The next day, I discovered the pool area was fenced off and the gym had been reduced to a tiny space with almost no equipment. I had to pay for a local gym just to maintain the experience I had booked for. When I raised these issues with management, they were defensive and dismissive. The only offer of compensation was a single free dinner, which in no way made up for the misleading information and lack of transparency, especially as the food was poor and the restaurant was empty at night. After submitting a formal complaint to Melia, I have received no response even after two weeks. This experience shows a clear disregard for guests and a failure to deliver what was advertised. Melia Ibiza misrepresented its facilities and provided no accountability or proper customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel — they will take your money but not deliver the experience you paid for.

A really nice hotel on the Ibiza seafront. The hotel is spacious throughout, spotlessly clean and has lovely friendly staff. It’s right on the seafront, so access to the path along the shore and the restaurants there is very easy. It’s only 10 minutes from the airport, so super convenient for travel, cheap by taxi. The rooms are well appointed, airy and clean. The AC works well and each room has a balcony, which is nice in the evenings. The overall decor is excellent; modern and stylish, and looks brand new. Breakfast buffet was fine - lots of choice and decent quality. We only tried the lunch once, and it was OK and reasonably priced. Overall, a really good experience and a good choice for a short break.

Incredible experience, we are still at the hotel but can’t wait to leave our review. You can relax with and amazing views, excellent service and cleanliness, A+ food and drinks, really nice environment. Helpful and friendly staff, mention to Chavely on the restaurant and Isabel on the healthy point. We had an issue with a water leaking and the maintenance team knocked or door in a couple of minutes after our call. Recomended 100%, we will be back with friends and family.

I got married at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel on September 27, 2025, and our experience was truly amazing! The hotel provided a very well-organized wedding package with great value. Special thanks to Neus and the gentleman with glasses who helped us coordinate everything — the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The food, atmosphere, and overall vibes were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive - so many options and great quality, definitely worth it! If you’re planning to get married in Ibiza, this is absolutely a great place to consider. We stayed in the Suites, and it was the perfect choice for our wedding preparation. The view was incredible, the stay was comfortable, and it made the whole experience even more special. Truly worth it!

We have just enjoyed an excellent all-inclusive week at this hotel as part of a TUI package. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I cannot compliment the staff highly enough for their willingness to assist with any of our needs. It makes a refreshing change to see staff with a smile on their face - Fran at the pool bar was our personal favourite. The food was an extensive buffet style with variations on every night. The 'loud music' entertainment that some other reviews mention was between 10-11pm, which we enjoyed with an alcoholic beverage most nights before going to bed. The South facing sea view from the pool area is spectacular and boat trips, car hire and other excursions are available within walking distance of the location. The only minor negative we had is that when you stay at a hotel in Ibiza, some other guests will return from a night out in the early hours and be a little noisy. This isn't a fault of the hotel and we were only disturbed briefly on 1 night out of the 7 night stay.

I loved every bit of my trip to the twiins. The service from all staff was amazing, my favourite thing i took away from the visit was the table service provided so quick and efficient. The room was lovely and kept clean by the superb maids , the whole hotel was so so clean.
