Enjoyed this hotel from the moment I walked through the front door. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly booked us in. I had a suite, which was perfectly spacious and clean. It was nice to see a pod coffee machine in the room. Food at the hotel was great, plenty of variety and always fresh. Plenty of entertainment going on throughout the day. The two entertainment staff were crazy!! The bar staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone's glasses filled. I had access to an area reserved for guests who had booked certain type rooms. This had plenty of loungers and it own pool. Was a great hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely hotel in nice seaside resort. A quiet resort, with not a lot there, so, depends on what you like.
The hotel is lovely, good is lovely with lots of health options, and the staff are so very nice, helpful, kind, patient.
The one thing that could make this hotel excellent? Pool management would do it ( yeah, I know... a cold day in hell, right!!). Too many people doing their own thing and flaunting the published rules: reserving loungers, bringing their own music boom boxes to the pool, bringing their GLASS wine, beer, cocktail glasses to the pool and leaving them there, the list goes on. Selfish people ruin the experience for the majority of pool users.
But that's every hotel, anywhere in the world, right?

Es Canar is a quieter resort, not what I imagined Ibiza to be like - but it suited us perfectly. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby for some variety and the ferry and local bus are very close to the hotel. As well as a land train tour of some local beaches.
Hotel itself is overall very good. There are a couple of negative points, but I would definitely stay again and we enjoyed our time here. It's spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly - particularly the bar staff. Food is well cooked and tasty, just lacks variety at times. The theme nights are only a small variation on a theme.
We had access to the reserved pool area, so sunbeds were never an issue. Most of the time the main area seemed to have plenty free as well.
Room was nice, but a little dated in places. Water leaked under the shower door sometimes. It also has partially transparent doors to the toilet and shower (which I can't stand).
Entertainment is standard all inclusive hotel entertainment. Good to keep you occupied for an hour or so.

Very much recommended. We stayed there for a week in May.
The buffet was excellent (we had breakfast and dinner) — huge selection and tasty food (the breakfast spread alone was worth the stay). The whole surroundings of the hotel have a laid-back, relaxed vibe — calm, friendly, and exactly what you want for a proper chill-out holiday. The pool area was great too: lovely big pools and loads of sunbeds so we always found the perfect spot without excessive stress. Nice atmospheric music also played by the pools.
Great service, friendly staff, good rooms, and that peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a real getaway for us personally.
Would love to come back.
The surrounding bar can be a bit loud at nights, nothing that the hotel can probably really do about.

My girlfriend and I have just returned from a week-long stay at AluaSoul Es Canar, and we felt it was only right to share how wonderful our experience was.
The service and food are absolutely exemplary. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; it genuinely felt like they couldn't do enough for us. They managed to be highly attentive without ever feeling overbearing.
A special mention must also go to the following staff members who worked tirelessly (seemingly 12+ hours a day!) to make our week special:
Gervhino, Valentina, Carlos, Jasmin, Stella, Natalia, and Felix.
The facilities are perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. The pool area is well-maintained and stacked with plenty of loungers and parasols, so there’s never a struggle to find a spot. The dining area was equally impressive—immaculately clean with a constant supply of fresh plates and glasses.
There was a very varied selection of food throughout the day. Breakfast starts early at 7:30, and dinner runs until 21:30, offering plenty of flexibility.
If you’re looking for a more active nightlife scene that isn’t quite as intense as San Antonio, aim for the "busy" season which starts around the 3rd week of May through September. During our visit, many bars and clubs in Es Canar hadn't fully opened yet, so peak summer is your best bet for a livelier evening.
Overall: A clean, welcoming, and high-quality hotel.
